Everything was great. Perhaps I misinterpreted the amenity listing I was positive I saw that there would be a travel crib which is how it was listed under amenities and a grill. No grill was a disappointment - no crib was a problem.

We four (60 years and older) sisters loved our getaway on Lake Norman! The condo was exactly as described! It was very clean, well stocked and located within a wonderful community.We would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I recently stayed at the condo for a 2nd time. It is such a relaxing, quiet place to enjoy! We had friends of ours over for dinner on the patio and there was plenty of room for us to sit back and enjoy the view of Lake Norman. I'm sure we will be back again!

We enjoyed the stay and especially liked the quiet, friendly neighborhood and the outdoor patio area of our unit. Our boys, however, were disappointed that there was not a good place to fish or put in kayaks. In hindsight, we probably should have researched that better. The unit was clean and the kitchen very well equipped, although some updating could be done. The property manager was excellent and very responsive to our texts.

The is a great 3 bedroom condo with lake views of LKN, and easy access to Charlotte. Loved the place, great patio by the lake and had everything we needed. Host Kim was very accessible, definitely would stay here again!

The setting for this condo is even more beautiful than the pictures. We traveled down from Ohio to visit friends who live nearby. What a wonderful place to sit outside and catch up. It was so relaxing and just what we were hoping for. Everything inside the condo was perfect and the owners were very accommodating. We are hoping to visit again soon. Thank you Tim and Kim.

We all enjoyed our stay and the many activities in the Cornelius area....shopping and ice skating at Birkdale Village , waterfront dining on Lake Norman, video games at Spare Time! What a wonderful experience my family had in your unit! We rented the unit for 6 family members to stay in while attending a family Christmas gathering at my daughter’s house which is only half a mile away. The unit was very clean and most of all it was well stocked with everything we need from kitchen items to beddings and towels. My 94 year old mom was very comfortable in the unit. The host was very accommodating and responds quickly. We will rent this unit again next Christmas. Thank you for letting us rent your unit.

Beautiful, open concept condo with lots of natural light. This end unit has extra windows which other condos in the building do not have, making the space seem that much bigger and brighter. Soft colored walls and tasteful decorations brought a sense of calm and relaxation to our stay. Our host was a pleasure to deal with. She went above and beyond helping our extended family find a VRBO close by when the VRBO they originally reserved cancelled their reservation without reason. We will definitely stay here, again, when in the area!

We loved this condo just off Lake Norman. We had a group of 5, two couples and another friend and it worked perfectly for us. We spent time in Cornelius as well as drove the 25 minutes or so to Charlotte. The lake views are beautiful from the condo and there is a nice walkway nearby on the lake shore. The house was clean, modern, and has a nice back porch area to sit in. The owner was friendly and communicative. We would love to come back. Highly recommended.

Property was exactly as described. Easy access and parking. Quiet neighbors. Great view. Kitchen had ALL the amenities we needed to cook a REALLY big breakfast. Beds were comfortable. Had a battery back up in the smoke detector go bad and Kim came right away (from her son's ball practice/game) and took care of it. Close to a lot of neat restaurants and shops. Truly enjoyed our visit with friends! We may rent this condo again in the future for our out-of-town guests.
