About this house rental
Well maintained 4000 sq ft home in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. This 5 bedroom 3.5 bath home features the master bedroom on the main level with four bedrooms and a gym with a tanning bed upstairs. For your convenience the home has a laundry room with a large washer and dryer. The fenced in back yard has modern outdoor furniture, 32 and 65 inch cable TV's, pergola, Blackstone skillet, and a charcoal grill. Master bedroom has a king bed with 70 inch LCD HD TV. Master bathroom has a large garden tub and separate tile shower. Each bedroom upstairs has a 32 or 40 inch HD TV with cable or Apple TV . The bedrooms upstairs have one king bed, and three queens. There is a fold up queen bed available to set up in the gym. The living room has a 75 inch HD TV, and an electronic leather couch. The wood fireplace is great during the winter. The backyard features a resort style pool, deck, and hot tub.
Pool is open year round and is heated to 78 degrees from May 15th to October 1st. It is a conversation pool that is 3.5 feet deep all the way across. During the winter the main waterfall is winterized and unavailable. Fire features are not included with the rental.

Our family reserved this house for the Masters which did not disappoint! We especially enjoyed the heated pool, hot tub, and cabana area with (2) 70” TVs. Check in/check out process was very easy and house is located less than 10 minute from August. We would absolutely come back!

Time with Family
This home offered enough space for comfort in sleeping and all the fun amenities outside for a summer vacation. The pool is awesome and we loved that is is a conversation pool depth, we loved the features of the pool, the hot tub was incredible and the outside tv viewing area was perfect for great grandpa! Appreciated very much having pool towels and bath towels supplied.

Relaxation at its BEST
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is full of amenities and exudes nothing but relaxation and peace. The host was perfect. We had everything bc we could possibly need from cookware, excess towels, linen, etc. The bedrooms are spacious with Tvs. The living room is cozy, and the outdoor space is a wonderful place to wind down and enjoy one another. I can’t think of anything bad about this space. It has everything listed and more. This house was just what my siblings and our children needed to enjoy our time together.

The house was amazing however there was a roach and lady bug issue
We enjoyed the property but there were two major issues that we feel was not a pleasant experience for the price. We had bugs roaches and lady bugs in the rooms and kitchen. Also there were nails sticking out of the carpet that injured my boyfriend and his son went through his thumb and foot. I was not a happy camper.

Great pool. House needs some love
We rented this house with friends for the pool and spa- which met our expectations. The beds were very comfortable and the WiFi and entertainment worked well.
The property needs some work otherwise. The faucet on the sink was not bolted down and was taped, which doesn’t work well with water. The owner said he ordered a part overnight, but it never arrived for our 5 days. There were holes in the carpet, the toilet paper holder was broken, and other small repairs that would have been nice to have done before renting. The place was not very clean and the landscaping was overgrown. We saw 3 mice in the house. Garbage was overflowing the trash cans on the side of the house when we arrived and smelled. The owners did come and remove it on trash day.
Despite that, the layout of the house allowed us to have a great visit with our friends. Relaxing in the pool was very nice.

We had a great stay here. The house was a great size and we were able to spread out. After the horse show we enjoyed chatting poolside or soaking in the hot tub.

Very well furnished, comfortable house. The pool/hot tub were fantastic! Lots of towels, insulated plastic cups, and other comforts. It is in a subdivision so we were sensitive about being too loud.

Had a blast in this beautiful Oasis nestled in a great neighborhood
My experience was exceptional. Anthony, the owner was easy to contact and responded promptly before my arrival to the property. The house was everything you see online and more. The character of the owners shine through their home. I rented this home to celebrate my daughter graduation from the University of South Carolina. Leading up to our arrival we loss a loved one, gathering at this home with family away from our home is what we needed to take our mind of the heartache and celebrate this momentous moment. I would definitely rent this home again and would encourage others to do so. Thank you Anthony for opening up your home to me and my family.

Birthday weekend getaway
The house was great for the birthday weekend. The pool, spa and outdoor TV was the highlight of the trip. The one down fall that we had was that the house wasn't as clean as it should have been. The ceiling fans and in master bath had a thick thick build up of dust. Pay attention to the small things. We could tell they had dogs and other pets. But overall we would rent again and we recommend for a great family or friends trip.

North Augusta teleportation to Florida Oasis
I stepped out of the mayhem of 2020 and into the haven of a Florida centered oasis where I felt like we temporarily left it all behind! One of my best stateside birthdays ever! Everything we needed was their! Owner was prompt and super responsive! Not a single negative! Oh and those beds and that gym were handed to earth from angels!

Mom’s 90th birthday
We celebrated our mom‘s 90th birthday at this house and it was an Exhilarating experience. The house is plenty big enough for the whole family and the pool was the highlight of the weekend. We had a glorious time I would not hesitate renting this house again. The owner was more than accommodating in any of our needs or questions and that was very much appreciated. You definitely would want to see this place!!

Ladies Weekend
The process from beginning to end was great!! From the check-in process to checking out. The pictures for this property was amazing but when we saw it in person it was even better! The owners were helpful if we had any questions. They even left a welcome book to places to visit and to eat. The neighborhood was quiet and very family friendly. Our overall stay was great! We will definitely be back for another visit!

KY Girls Bachelorette Trip
We had a great time at this property!! It is just as pictured in the photos and was the perfect size house for 10 of us to safely celebrate my upcoming wedding. Before we arrived Anthony had already notified me that the previous renters had dropped the remote in the pool and gave us clear instructions on how to run the features from the control panel. The electricity wasnt working in one of the upstairs rooms but as soon as we notified him he came out and fixed the issue immediately! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us and being so helpful furing our stay!! We had so much fun and I would definitely rent this property again and will recommend to anyone interested in a safe place to vacation during the pandemic! Thanks again and GO CATS!!

Post Quarantine vacay
We had not seen family in months because of quarantine so this place was perfect for all of us. Aged 66 to 5 months! Highlight is the backyard, not only breathtaking but so much fun! We were all in the pool the whole time. Bedrooms were all very comfortable and the layout perfect for each family! The Owner was very helpful and responded quickly when we had questions. Highly recommend this great place!

It was a beautiful home that is beautifully decorated. The pool... my children lived in the pool while I sat in the swing and watched them. We enjoyed a movie while soaking in the hot tub. A great vacation and a great place to stay and call Home.

Amazing back yard
We had a great retreat from the city at this beautiful house. We spent a majority of the time in the pool and at the various outdoor seating & eating options (and outdoor TV's). Kitchen was great for cooking easy meals, and bedrooms were very comfortable. Plenty of extra room and great layout for our family of 5. Quiet neighborhood.

Wonderful family get away with remote learning
First, the was not meant to be a vacation...we were in the midst of a pandemic and my husband and I were still working from home and our kids were still remote learning from school. We decided to drive out of the cold and rent a home with a pool for the family, This home felt like a home away from home with possibly the best pool we’ve ever had on any true vacation we’ve been on. The home was very spacious...we set up our kids on one “wing” of the house upstairs and another family put their kids on the other “wing”. The bedrooms were big and the beds were so comfortable-we took a picture of what mattress they used to purchase for ourselves at home. The main level had a great kitchen table for one family to work at and we Used the dining room for our family. Once school was done, the kids enjoyed the pool all afternoon/evening. The pool is only 36” deep which was AMAZING for us. We didn’t have to worry about our 6 and 7 year olds in the pool. The only downside was we paid for the hot tub to be heated and it was broken. The owner tried to fix it on multiple days but, again, due to the pandemic, it’s hard to get parts/people out to fix it. He promised to refund us for the heating fee. We didn’t get to explore the neighborhood as much as we would have liked, but we were near plenty of grocery stores, etc and had access to whatever we needed. We would definitely stay here again-such a responsive owner and the backyard is the oasis you see in the pictures. Such a memorable experience for our two families. Thank you!

Our Family Hurrication
We traveled to North Augusta to evacuate for Hurricane Dorian. We needed a place for several families, including great-grandparents, kids, adults and pets. This house was everything we could have asked for and more. The kids were highly entertained with the pool and hot tub. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax. We had everything we needed at the house, and the owners were only a text away. Anthony was very responsive to my questions (I asked about a million) and was very understanding and accommodating to our situation. I would definitely recommend this place! 😊

Perfectly Private with a Personal Feel
This property has a very cozy / family feel, instantly allowing you to relax and make yourself at home.
With 2 grand babies, we spent the majority of our time in the pool. We were pleasantly surprised at how private this was, being in a neighborhood.
Anthony has taken the time to provide all the house details so you can settle in right away. Should you have questions (and I always seem to), he was very responsive and kind.
We would definitely enjoy coming back.

Our family (23 months to 86 years) needed a large upscale and very comfortable home away from home for my grandson's wedding (75% of our family lives in LA, Las Vegas and/or the metropolitan Washington DC area).
We really loved the absolute privacy/tranquility of your property, the unique door bell, the dancing/sing-along "flashback" provided by your 2nd Generation Amazon Echo, the large dining area, remote controlled waterfall, water volleyball, and the large TV screens.

Cons
1) Sounds from the two fish tanks (1 in breakfast nook and 1 in master) kept me from getting a good night sleep; however, wife and kids had no issues.
