Our family enjoyed the excellent location of this St. Simons Island beach villa and the ease of communication and generous hospitality from the host. The home is beautifully situated across the beach with a quaint shell paved walk to the beach access. The villa is spacious as is the porch, so we gathered the most relaxing breezes. Overall, this uniquely adorned villa was the perfect spot for our family to enjoy God's amazing ocean and beautifully painted sky. access.

This condo is beautifully decorated & very close to the beach! Plenty of room for my husband, me & the two other couples that traveled with us! Everything was well stocked! We would all love to stay there again!

This property was actually even better than the photos suggested. We loved the location and the very short walk to the beach and dining. The kitchen was well stocked with very nice appliances and cookware. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful spacious property within walking distant to restaurants and the pier. The best part is the location to the beach access. Just a short 3 minute walk and you are on the sand. Perfect for when the toddler was ready for a nap. Don’t miss out on this gem of a unit.

Beautiful home in an excellent location. 2 min walk to the beach, and easy walk to restaurants, ice cream, and the small village. Extra amenities come with this listing including a garage, beach chairs, towels, fully equipped kitchen and more. Owner was very responsive, check in and out was a breeze. Home was true to the listing. It felt more like borrowing a friend's home than being in a "rental".

This spacious condo has all the amenities. It even had an elevator. We enjoyed having 3 bedrooms with their own bathrooms, a large kitchen, and lovely porch to sit and read on.

We loved our week at this great condo! I could sit on the porch all day, everyday. It’s a VERY short walk to the beach and everything you could ever need is there from a fully stocked beautiful kitchen to beach gear to bikes. 10 stars isn’t enough! We loved being able to walk to dinner and to the nearby King & Prince resort to get an afternoon cocktail.

Perfect property. Everything you need and more. Spotless! Communication was great! The walk to the beach is tops 3 mins. We flew kites everyday and enjoyed all that was provided by the owner. Lovely town with great food and happy hours. The outside patio was lovely, we spotted many birds. The elevator was a life saver. Everything was perfect. Thank you!

To start, this home is the best VRBO I have ever stayed at, the layout is awesome with 2 living areas with tv. The rooms have ample space, with a private bathroom per room. The master bathroom is enormous. The kitchen and porch are beautiful. The elevator really helped this old guy, especially when loading and unloading the car. Location is perfect and close to beach. Sue has the house with just about everything you will need. Excellent home and we’ll managed.

Amazing as always! This was our 5th staying there for our annual girls trip, because we just love it so much. It’s nicely decorated and the kitchen has literally every single thing you could think of. We love that each room has a king bed and nice sized bathrooms, with great counter space! It’s a 3 minute walk to the beach and a short walk to the village. The owner has always answered any question almost immediately. We’ll be back next year!

This home is as described—very clean and convenient with upscale amenities. Comfortable for lounging inside and out. The beach is a very quick walk away, maybe 2 or 3 minutes. The available chairs, towels, and beach items make for an easy trip. Walkable to the SSI pier.

Great home - so well appointed, we only had one thing that should be improved and that is the TVs/internet - these really should be upgraded to newer sets and a Roku or fire stick for each - but otherwise it was more than perfect and even with the TV/internet being less than perfect we would rate this property an A+

The property was very beautiful and fully stocked with everything you would need for a great stay. We was very impressed with the decor the brightness and comfortably of the unit. The location great was in walking distance to the beach and restaurants and the pier. We had plenty of room and space for the family to enjoy. It was a excellent stay. This property was perfect for our annual family vacation to St Simons Island. There were 6 of us and the property had everything we needed for a relaxing time together. It is close to the water, shops and restaurants. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space but also perfect areas for dining together and visiting. We were all very comfortable, and I Highly recommend this property.

Very clean and close to the Beach, just a little walk across the road behind the Villa. Very comfortable beds. Has everything you need with 6 bicycles, beach chairs and umbrella in the garage. The bikes need some TLC but once the tires are aired up on some and the seats are adjusted they are good to go. A couple of the bikes need a crescent wrench to adjust the seat but we didn’t have one with us. There are plenty of DVDs in the second living room book case to watch on a rainy day. The Maid, Cathy is very accommodating and attentive to any questions or needs that arise. It was a lil further from the Village then I thought but it’s still just about a mile. It was a little far for my Mom but that was my fault. I thought it was closer than it ended up being. Beautiful big, comfortable Villa for 6 adults. Great vacation! ♥️🏝

The Owner was very responsive starting with sending the paper work for our reservation.(which I love) and with any other communications. The beach house was lovely & very comfortable. The location….let’s just say Location, Location..Location. ., Our family goes on a beach trip each summer… the beaches & states vary . This is our third stay at St. Simon’s over the years and it will be hard not to contact Sue again when St Simon’s is our destination. Thank you, Sue
