This is the second time my family stayed at this rental. There are many reasons we wanted to stay here a second time! The location is perfect! The place is super cute and clean. Interactions with the host were quick and friendly! Would definitely rent again next summer! Big thumbs up!

We had a fabulous time at Joe’s place. Everything was exactly as it looked. The location to the beach and boardwalk were a huge plus! Also we were able to bring our 2 dogs with us. Will definitely stay there again!

We enjoyed our stay in this unit. It was exactly the way it was described. Very quiet family commuity, steps away from boardwalk, trolly and beach. Next to Hassles Icream and miniture golf. Our pets enjoyed their vacation as well. About 1/2mile from doggie park and doggie beach. Plenty of kitchen supplies and cookware, and cleaning supplies. You can tell the owner takes pride in this building as the unit was not only attractive but well maintained. We appreciate how each parking space was marked for each designated rental unit.

Wonderful lil property with everything you need. So very happy to find a dog friendly place so close to the beach, had a wonderful time. Sofa bed was a great comfy pullout and the grass party under the boardwalk was perfect for walks with the pupper. Right at the beginning of the boardwalk, beach was right there and could see and hear the ocean from the balcony.

I chose Joe’s condo because he accepts pets. I wasn’t expecting it to be as nice as it was because of that, what a wonderful surprise! It’s beautiful and well maintained. My dog is well behaved and it’s nice to find a gem that allows them. I was grateful to find some things in the cabinet, as I am forgetful. It’s loud in the evening, we had the windows open as it was cool enough, but it was not all night and it was nice to hear laughter from the kids. Joe is a gracious host and we would love to return in the future.

It was a short weekend but it was so much fun! The property is exactly what it looks like in the pictures! Short walk to the beach and boardwalk made it easy with a two year old! Ice cream and mini golf place right next door was a bonus. The owner was very accommodating and easy to talk to. Will def keep this condo in mind when we head back down!

We had a really great experience staying at Joe’s place. The location is unbeatable. The ocean is a couple hundred yards away so it made for easy trips to the water as well as an easy trip back on the day we forgot the beach umbrella. It’s a nice neighborhood and everyone in the condo building was friendly and made us feel welcome. Hope to stay there again.

So glad I chose this place right behind the boardwalk. This end of the boardwalk is pretty dead which was great because we didnt have a lot of foot traffic getting to the beach and shops started only one block up! The condo sleeps seven but with two teen and one pre-teen boys im glad we didnt max out so they had breathing space. Would definetely stay here again :-)

So close, you can hear the ocean.

You won’t get closer than this and yet, nighttime was quiet. It’s a mixed shore experience. Our kids liked the boardwalk, the youngest the rides. We all loved the beach. Clean, close, not too crowded despite tgere being a lot of people. If you walk north, you get a much slower shore experience. We didn’t have a car, but everything was walkable. The neighborhood has a lot of new construction and it’s a nice neighborhood.

My partner, my small dog and I throughly enjoyed our stay at Joe’s Condo. The location was perfect and the accommodations were just as described. The kitchen was well equipped with many necessities. Sitting on the corner balcony was so relaxing after a busy day and/or evening. Since I am a walker and bike rider, I especially appreciated the close proximity to the beach and boardwalk. We hope to be back next year for our vacation and would definitely rent the condo again.

The unit is close to the beach and the broadwalk. Me and my two daughters had a wonderful time staying at Joe's place. We also brought our 1 year old Pitbull mix with us. The location is also walkable to the dog beach and dog park which was a lot of fun for her. We almost forgot to our own linens and towels. We will definitely come back next time when we get a chance!

For everything good about the property, there was something bad. Worse mattress I have ever slept on, must be 40 years old or cost $100, just horrible. When you sat on the mattress in the 2nd bed room it squished down so bad the springs came out the sides. Couch was clean but the cushions were totally shot. Thought I broke my back the first time I sat down. The outside lights attached to the house came through the bedroom windows like it was day light. Bed cover was stained really bad and had to have it picked up and cleaned There were no linens or towels provided and we were not informed of this ahead of time, and it’s not listed in the description of the property.like it should be . This Could be a very nice little place but just to many major faults with it. We would not stay there again.
