Beautiful 5BR/4.5BA luxury home located in Palmetto Dunes. Palmetto Dunes is an award winning outdoor-oriented luxury resort full of southern charm and family fun. Our home is a short walk to the pristine private beach, 3 golf courses, tennis and pickleball courts and lagoon activities.
Our home is located in a private cul de sac and is only accessible through security check points. Our location is perfect for your memorable beach vacation. Our beach access is only a short 5-6 minute walk away and is only available to guests of Palmetto Dunes. From the beach, there is access to The Dunes House and the Buoy Bar at the Omni Hotel for lunch, snacks, or drinks.
Our beautiful beach house has the comforts of home. The spacious, vaulted ceiling living room offers comfortable large leather sofas, chairs, and a flat screen TV with a Blu-Ray player. The eat-in kitchen area opens up to the living room. There are 3 bar stools at the island and there is seating for 6 at the dining table. Our kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, bakeware, waffle iron, dishes, cutlery, beverage and wine glasses, and much more. Also, there is a separate dining room with additional seating for 6.
There are a total of five bedrooms in our home which are ideal for a multi-family or golf vacation. The master suite is located on the main floor. It offers a King size bed, sitting area, a flat screen TV, a large private bathroom with double sinks, a walk in shower, and a large walk in closet. The second floor offers 4 bedrooms. First, is a second suite with a King size bed, sitting area, flat screen TV, and a private bathroom. The third bedroom has a Queen size bed, a flat screen TV and its own private bathroom. The fourth bedroom offers 2 Queen size beds and a flat screen tv. The fifth bedroom offers 2 Twin size beds. These last 2 bedrooms share a common bathroom. All sheets, linens, and towels are provided for your comfort and convenience.
The house has a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer for your use.
Also, there is a two-car garage. The garage has a 2nd refrigerator and holds beach chairs and beach toys for our guest's enjoyment.
Our home has a private backyard with a lovely patio surrounding our heatable pool and adjoining spa. The patio provides a table and chairs for dining and chaise lounges for relaxing by the pool. We have an outdoor deck with seating and a gas grill. Also, you can relax in the spacious screened-in porch located off the kitchen dining area. The porch wraps around the side of the house and overlooks the pool and spa area.
Palmetto Dunes amenities are among the finest on Hilton Head Island. Hilton Head Outfitters, a two-minute drive away, offers bicycles for rent as well as canoes, kayaks, and fishing gear for those wanting to explore Palmetto Dunes' 11 mile lagoon. This is located right across from the Pametto Dunes General Store. Just a short bike or car ride away is Sheltor Cove Marina and its extradinary Mediterranean style marketplace full of shopping and dining options. On Tuesday evenings during the summer months, Shelter Cove presents a spectacular firework display over the marina. Also, next to Sheltor Cove is the brand new Mega-Kroger and Whole Foods. The grocery shopping could not be any more convenient for our Palmetto Dunes guests.

Our family of 8 stayed at this beautiful Palmetto Dunes home for a week. The communication leading up to the trip, as well as during, was immediate and detailed. The home is exactly as described - just about perfect! We had tons of space, parking, storage, large kitchen, large bedrooms and baths, 2 fridges, outdoor area with grill and pool/hot tub. The home was in a wonderful location in Palmetto Dunes, easy walk to the beach. We will definitely return!

Great location except a little bit farther walk to beach than we thought, took 10 mins with kids and pulling wagons but not bad. House was perfect for our family of 11! The kids enjoyed the pool in the evenings! Loved riding bikes in Palmento Dunes, playing pickleball and grabbing snacks at the General store, everything is close by!

This was the perfect location for our family of six adults and four small children. The house is roomy, beautifully decorated and has many excellent features. We all felt comfortable in this home-like setting. The beach access is reasonable and the on-site pool is perfect when you want a more protected from the sun environment.

My family and friends thoroughly enjoyed and appreciated this wonderful home in Palmetto Dunes. Within shouting distance of the beach and a short bike ride to the golf course, the pickleball and tennis courts; there were plenty of choices for everyone. The house was perfect: well-equipped, clean, comfortable with elegant touches. Our host was attentive and responsive. We loved every minute.

The property was as advertised. No surprises. It was clean and well stocked. The beds, couches and chairs were very comfortable. The kids ate their meals on the screened porch or at the kitchen table. The shaded pool was a godsend because of the heat and humidity. The beach was a short walk away.
Any questions I had were answered by Robin within minutes.
We had a great time in Palmetto Dunes.

Overall very good week at this property. Only issues were with pool/jacuzzi operation that owner responded to very quickly and "twin" beds were very small. All of our grandkids had a great time - walk to beach was enjoyable - great location for bike rides - fishing in the lagoons, m etc.

We enjoyed a wonderful family vacation and our first time in Hilton Head. The house was great for our family of 7 adults and 4 children ages 5 and under. Renting bikes at the Outfitters is the way to go! The neighborhood is excellent for long, leisurely bike rides. Nice kayaking on the river, too.

Everything we needed
1 Ginger Beer was everything we needed on our annual trip to HHI with our extended family. We love the location in Inverness, quick walk across the pedestrian bridge to the Omni or Disney for the beach with many clutch provided carts and everything you may need for the beach. We also love Inverness for the proximity to the General Store and the quiet neighborhood. This house has everything a family could need inside and out. We loved the pool area and frequented it day and night, sunbathing, searching for lizards, pool games or a dip after a run. Robin provided lots of space to sit, many pool toys and floats and a grill. Perfect. The pool is also quite private, even though it’s on the road. It was the heart of the house. The kitchen is well-stocked and we very much appreciated the spices and extras, felt like home and allowed us to cook in easily most nights, so helpful. All of our group of 10 could find a place to sit and hang out, relax or get away. We also loved the extra fridge space in the garage, the 2 perfect kids bedrooms and lots of dining space. If we could recommend anything for the almost perfect home, it would be a soundbar for the living room TV, as we had a hard time hearing it, and maybe a slow cooker for the kitchen (we packed our own). Overall, Robin was amazing, the house was beautiful & we had an incredible week. We will be back!!!

Terrific rental in a great location!
This is one of the best vacation rentals we’ve stayed in. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and then some! There were eight of us staying at the house and we had more than enough space. The location was convenient to get to the beach, restaurants, & shops on the island. We would definitely recommend this vacation rental to large families visiting HHI!

We had a wonderful week with family.
We were celebrating our 50th Anniversary with our 2 sons, 2 daughter in laws and 3 grandchildren. Beach, pool, bike riding and just being together. The house was perfect. Robin was very quick with text responses when we needed her to contact A/C company. Problem solved quickly with no inconvenience to us. Definitely recommend this house, location was perfect. Looking forward to returning. Thanks for the memories!❤️

This house was fantastic. It's in a quiet neighborhood and is roughly a 5 minute walk to beach. My kids loved the hot tub/pool combo and Robin was extremely easy to deal with. We will definitely visit again.

Whole Family Enjoyed
We truly enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for everyone. Lots of bathrooms & beds - so perfect for larger families, especially with older kids, perfect for multi family trips as well. Pool & hot tub was a great addition, back yard, deck & screened porch were relaxing areas. Lots of gathering areas in the home as well, formal living, living, dining, eat in kitchen, deck, screened porch, around the pool - so larger families can spread out easily while main living room was large enough for everyone to be together. The main level master suite was amazing - massive space, shower was gigantic, walk in closet - way more space than we needed but we thoroughly enjoyed it! Beach was a short 7 minute walk, with a fun bridge to cross over. Lots of beach supplies in the garage though we didn't use them, chairs & wagons, toys etc. TV was easy to use with netflix & my son plugged in his firestick with no issues. Everything you need in the kitchen for cooking, inlcuding a shelf in the pantry with staple seasonings. There isn't a slow cooker, which I use a lot on our large family vacations to cook for all these kids (we have 7), not a big deal, I'm used to bringing my own. Huge fridge, super cold! Communication with host was great and we had to communicate a lot - we left our check in & information packet at home by accident. Check & info is mailed to guests in advance of your arrival. I would just suggest having a copy in the house too for people like us who accidentally forget - I felt TERRIBLE that we had to keep asking questions throughout our stay. We travel quite a bit & don't typically stay in the same place twice, this is the only house that I've said to my husband - I'd stay here again, it was the perfect set up for having all of our older children & their spouses/SO's together comfortably. Great Stay
Had a great stay over the Thanksgiving holiday; the location was very quiet and only a few blocks from the beach walking or biking. Even though it was cool out, the kids enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub every night. We have 6 kids, so it was great to have so many bedrooms for them to split out between. The property manager is excellent in terms of responsiveness and answering any questions. Palmetto Dunes is a great place to stay for families; highly recommend it.

Great Family Vacation
The house was perfect for our family of 10 adults. It is well maintained, was clean, had plenty of beach chairs and toys and all the kitchen accommodations one can need. It has ample space and is an easy walk to the beach and in a great location in Palmetto Dunes. The hosts are very responsive to questions and we will return again.

Spring Getaway
We were looking to get away for my wife’s 40th and our kid’s spring break. This house made that easy with all the room and pool/spa. Plenty of room for our two families. Robin couldn’t be easier to work with if she tried. Every time we reached out we got a quick answer back.

Spent a wonderful month
Five bedrooms, a hot tub, ten-minute walk to the beach, and plentiful tennis and pickleball courts within walking distance made our stay in January a great way to escape the cold weather up north. Robin is an excellent host, answering our questions quickly and providing great guidance to area attractions. We would and will stay again.
One note: Palmetto Dunes charges $25/week for each car pass greater than a two-day stay ($50 max regardless of duration over two weeks). Helps pay for the excellent security staff.

It's easy to stay COVID safe at this property
This home was perfect for our family getaway!! It was extremely clean and comfortable. We spent several early mornings biking or playing tennis and could return to this fabulous pool during the heat of the sun and crowds. The beach is walkable and we found it uncrowded. The kitchen and grill provided most of our meals.

Palmetto Dunes offers the hilton head magic all in one place. Pool, beach, bikes, mini golf, pontoons, and delicious dining. we had a great time and the week flew by with so much to do.

This was a great home--it had a very well equipped kitchen, it's in a great location convenient to anywhere on the island, extremely quiet (we could see cars driving right past the house when we were in the living room, but could not hear anything!), in an extremely safe gated community. The owners were a pleasure to deal with--questions got a quick reply and check-in was a breeze. We are hoping to stay next winter as well, but for a longer time!!
