Exceptional

Very nice apartment in a good location. We would defiantly stay here again :)

One of the men who live or work downstairs asked me twice if I was staying there alone, and was very disappointed when I said I was with my partner. It was hardly an iissue, but may be something to be aware of.

The location of the apartment is really fantastic, only 10 minutes walk from train station. Additionally a good restaurant :-) is opposite the place. The apartment is very cosy, bright, full of light and clean. Highly recomended. I will certainly come again.

I wish there was a washing machine. The rest was superb.

Good location for stadium, but disappointing apartment.

The location was good for us going to a concert at the stadium. The location also wasn't too far from the shopping centre. There was parking.

The place generally felt grubby. The photos made it look like a chic apartment but it felt a little run down. The bathmat had stains on it, the floor behind the bed headboard was bubbling up, the walls were quite scuffed up, and the sofa and the floor had lots of bits on it. When we left we stripped the bedding off the bed and found a long dark hair in the bed we had been sleeping in (neither of us have long dark hair). The place was so noisy making it difficult to sleep. There was loud road noise from the window located right next to the bed, and the people/takeaway downstairs were slamming doors loudly at around midnight. While there was parking for 1 car, it was a tiny space, so you would not be able to park there if you had anything the size of an average family car, or larger. Generally I was a little disappointed to pay over £100 per night.

I enjoyed my stay. A good no nonsense, unfussy experience in a very decent place.

Good location. Apart but not further away from the rather sanitised, tourist centre of Norwich.

The little sign in the apartment and the guide are a bit bossy. This information (like how to rate the place on the Airbnb site) could be more …discreet.

Clean and comfortable, but not for light sleepers

Good location for access to the station, and the apartment was light and had plenty of space. Nice kitchen, fairly well equiped.

The windows were not double glazed so the property was very noisy. As the bed was right against the window I could hear people walking and talking on the pavement below, and the traffic was very loud, so I struggled to sleep and got woken up early.

Brief but good.

A lovely sized apartment with simple finishings, well situated to get to the city centre, cosy, and well kept. Parking spot was small but very convenient.

The apartment smelt like illicit substances upon arrival, likely from the neighbours who were quite loud.. shower was a little low pressure and nozzle was very small. Had to reset the tv to get it to work.

Great property close to the station

Very clean and spacious property with everything you need. Close to the station. Great place to stay!

It was quite noisy at night with the cars passing on the road. If there was double glazing then it would be mich quieter.

The apartment was in great condition, lovely layout and brilliant location, would definitely come back and visit again with my partner the next time we are in need of one.

Would recommend

Great location, in great distance to the city centre as well as the added bonus of local shop downstairs and a good pub round the corner. Overall very good for the money and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would recommend

The apartment itself was very clean. Unfortunately the toilet door handle was temperamental and we did have to buy extra soap and toilet paper.

, it was very central there was a shop right next door there was parking as an Indian restaurant downstairs but that was being refurbished there's also a coffee shop cafeteria on the end of the block so it was very well appointed

The floors with dusty and with other people's hair because when I walked around barefoot when I arrived my feet were covered in fluff and other people's hair the sink in the bathroom was the smallest one I've ever seen you couldn't really wash your face in it because either the water went all over the floor or you hit your head and the taps
