Beautifully renovated barn, tucked away in a quiet corner of the lovely town of Lutterworth

A beautifully renovated property, it was such a privilege to stay here and Janine the host was so friendly, taking the time to show me around when we arrived. The location is great too, right in the centre of the lovely little town of Lutterworth.

Great apartment!

Looks like pictures. Lots of home comforts and treats that we didn’t expect - milk in fridge, cookies, breakfast cereal options etc. given lots of extra towels. Bed very comfy. Janine was a fantastic host. I left my (very sentimental in value) earrings in the apartment when we departed and she very kindly sent them to me straight away which meant so much.

Everything.. lovely apartment.. Great facilities.. close to town which is small but cute.. janine the owner is so helpful & lovely. It's a real gem of a place.. .. would definitely stay again.

Very homely, very comfortable. Beautifully presented, very clean. Everything you could need. Very welcoming host. Great value for money. We had a really lovely stay.

the upstairs loo is in the bedroom and only separated by a screen. the upstairs folding bed is uncomfortable.

amazing place, awesome hosts

I’m not sure what was better, the exceptional accommodation or the great hosts. The place is stunning, very comfortable and has anything you could need for a trip away. When I stupidly left the keys at home midweek (after a last minute trip back home), the hosts sorted a new set with no hassle, even though they were on holiday. I couldn’t have asked for a better service and will be back.

A true find, set back from the road so it's nice and peaceful. Very well equipped so cooking was easy.

The church bells can be a slight annoyance but you soon get used to them.

Great place. Stayed for 4 nights while working at Magna Park. Excellent location great facilities. Comfy bed, great kitchen.
