Beautiful property

Beautiful large room and facilities. Extremely comfortable

I was a bit disappointed with the continental breakfast. It was lovely to receive a picnic basket packed with breakfast, but the croissant/pastries were not particularly fresh and with no means of heating them up they were pretty unappealing.

This B&B was a delightful surprise. being both beautiful and relaxing.

Beautiful with lots of little added extras. Breakfast presented in a beautiful hamper containing a varied continental breakfast. There is no hot breakfast but you don’t miss it. Hamper includes cereals, pastries, croissants fruit, yoghurt and big variety of teas coffees etc. fresh milk and juice with lots more in open fridge outside bedroom door. Welcome fruit bowl in room with homemade cookies and muffins. Spacious room everything you need. Wide variety of honesty box drinks available from fruit juices and mixers to gins beers champagne and much more. Very close to the locks of Stoke Bruerne with canal side pubs and restaurant. Very pretty.

Parking is tight for a large car but we were a group of 4 with 2 large cars and we managed.

Perfect location, nice and quiet, excellent b&b

Very quaint and beautifully well done. Lovely comfortable bed, complimentary treats, even had an honesty bar. Perfect location only a couple of minutes walk to the Grand Union Canal with a choice of 2 pubs and an Indian restaurant, lovely area and our hosts Elaine & Carol were very welcoming. Luxury breakfast hampers were really good quality products though my hubby does like a cooked breakfast. Would definitely stay there again.

Nothing really, though if you like a cooked breakfast then it’s probably not for you.

Superb property, first class, friendly service & beautifully clean

This is a unique, place to stay. Spotlessly clean, the attention to detail is exceptional, from the generous welcome treats, breakfast, and bespoke touches, like the bar & sweets.

Perfect location for a short stay, just five minutes walk from two canalside pubs and a museum.

Lovely room, generous supplies of tea and coffee and our own shelf in a fridge to store food and drinks. Very friendly staff and owner.

The limitations of a breakfast in a hamper, quite heavy on pastries - too much for us.

A wonderful stay

beautiful canal side property, wonderfully converted old chapel and every need well catered - a real pleasure to stay. We were there to visit the canal museum - about 100 metres away.

Excellence in an oasis

Everything! Everything is thought through with great care and attention for the comfort of their guests. The premises are stunning and the garden is an oasis of wonder opening out straight into the canal area. This is an exceptional place to stay.

Very quiet and peaceful location with eateries within walking distance. Extremely comfortable bed and choice of pillows. Lovely and ample breakfast and an extensive range of beverages available. We have already booked again.

I would have liked to be able to hang a robe in the bathroom (no hooks) and a bath mat, but these are minor quibbles!

Excellent B&B, quiet and peaceful.

Location excellent, very close to the Grand Union Canal and the Canal Museum. Very peaceful stay. Lovely continental breakfast delivered in hamper. Fresh milk provided, along with complimentary soft drinks & bottled water. Very clean and comfortable room. Access to seating in back garden. Quality bedding and soft furnishings. Will be returning to this B&B.

Friendly and helpful staff. Room had lots of drinks, snacks and fruit included. Fresh milk too. Breakfast was delivered in a hamper and was huge. I forgot my torch but one of the ladies texted me!

No shaver point. Like many places, no surface space left clear! No luggage stand. But these are minor things!

Lovely stylish, clean and trendy accommodation. The luxury breakfast hamper was delicious with lots of extra goodies. The outlook onto the patio was perfect and being so close to the canal made it a perfect getaway.

A superb stay in a gorgeous unique property!

Very warm welcome from the host, I even had a yummy slice of cake left in my room alongside some complimentary snacks/refreshments. Wonderful property with beautifully designed rooms and the most comfortable beds. The breakfast hamper was just amazing, the pastries were delicious!

Highly Recommended

Our entire stay, from initial contact to final departure, was managed very well. The facilities and attention to detail are excellent. The arrival treats and luxury breakfast baskets are truly impressive. This was one of seven B&B sites we stayed at during a walk along The Grand Union Canal, and it was the best.....by far. Highly recommended.

Perfect!!

Elaine and Nadia went out of their way to accommodate my dietary needs, providing a healthy breakfast hamper with everything I could want.

I'm struggling to think of anything else that could be done to improve my stay, the room is beautiful with everything you could possibly need, the location idyllic. It's the second time I have stayed now and will definitely be back again.

Was 💯 from beginning to end! Hotel is absolutely beautiful and the owners couldn’t do enough for us.

Everything! Room was beautiful and spotless Snacks on arrival and a freshly boiled kettle Netflix 👍🏻 Breakfast 🫶 fresh fruit, yogurts, cereal, selection of fresh pastries, cereal bars and so much more The bed was so comfy with a selection on pillows and a little sleep spray next to the bed
