Good time had by all. Ten of us, 6 adults 4 kids had ample room and plenty to do. Seth was a great property manager and answered all our questions. Would love to come back again.

Very happy with our stay. The beds were comfortable, plenty of room everywhere, easy to get to everything in Hot Springs, a quiet area, nice facilities, a fully stocked kitchen, and great outside area.

My husband and I traveled with our 5 teenagers n a few of their friends. This place was excellent with 2 levels, 5 bedrooms, and tons of space inside and outside. The yard, landscaping, pool, n view was amazing! We rented a pontoon one day n we were able to dock right in front of home n tube on the lake. The kids loved the pool n putting area. Just beautiful scenery and lovely home. This was our favorite vacation so far!

We had a group of 10 adults and we had plenty of room. The decor and landscaping is spectacular. We had the pleasure of meeting Seth, as he was working on a neighboring property, and he was so friendly and helpful. He also gave us a tour of the next door property and it was amazing. Great place to vacation. We took a boat tour and it was very interesting.

We had a large group of family ages ranging from 14 months to 85. Everyone had a wonderful time in this beautiful home with a private pool, hot tub, and directly on the lake. Our 85 year old parents were able to sit on the balcony and watch the grandchildren playing in the pool and on the putting green next to the lake. The home is very spacious and we did not feel like we were on top of each other. The home decor is beautiful and the sunsets over the lake are outstanding. This was one of the best vacations we have had together as a family! Can't wait to go back!

We came to visit Hot springs national Park and this property was perfect. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and being on the lake was just beautiful especially the sunsets. Didn't get a chance to use a pool because it was cool but loved the hot tub.

This was a family vacation for us. We have a large family, 6 children ages 3-13, and 4 adults. The house was spacious, very clean and comfortable, fully stocked kitchen with all the necessary utensils. With a large family we do a lot of cooking. Beds were very comfortable; the house was nicely decorated. The kids loved the pool, putting green and dock for fishing. We were a few minutes from Hot Springs and other activities. I would recommend this house for anyone needing a lot of room. If our future vacation plans lead us back to Hot Springs we will definitely reserve this house again!!

This is a beautiful property with comfy beds, kitchen has everything you need, pool is clean and marina is a short drive away if you plan to rent a pontoon.

The hot tub and pool were clean and clear and we really enjoyed both of them. The lake view is amazing and the water was slick as glass mist early mornings and later in evenings, great work wake boarding. We had a maintenance issue and staff was on it immediately.

This was an amazing trip for us all! In-laws, daughters, son-in laws, and our grandchildren. Eleven of us in all and this house had plenty of space for all of us. Incredibly clean and tastefully decorated. Kitchen was well equipped (except for pot holders 😂). The private pool got a lot of use during our very hot weather! We are planning our trip back down for next year right away!

Everything about this VRBO is PERFECT. Location, lake, pool, room setup, kitchen setup is beyond amazing (everything you could imagine if was available). The HOST Seth could not have been more accommodating and was a phone call away. 5+stars Highly recommend.

Great location. We took paddle boards and enjoyed the easy excess to the lake. The pool was nice. House was nice also. Had a good family trip.

Lovely Lake Hamilton home
This is a lovely property that was the perfect setting for our family of 2 grandparents, 4 adult couples, and 3 young grandchildren. We spent hours in the pool and paddle-boarding off the dock. The toddlers loved exploring the many stone paths that abound on the property. The home has plentiful private and shared space. Seth was very responsive by both e-mail and phone, and was a pleasure to work with.
