Your all-season retreat in the heart of Estes Park, book now. Great downtown location, open year round! On the second, top-floor (guests must be able to use stairs), this is a non-smoking, no vaping inside, no pets studio loft unit part of Lofts of Estes, at the confluence of Big Thomson river and Fall river. Newly furnished, this unit sleeps 1 or 2 adults in the loft upstairs and there's a sofa bed located downstairs in the living room (no door in between). 3/4 bath upstairs and 1/2 bath downstairs for your convenience, in-room jetted tub and grills (outside). This unit has a full kitchen with dishwasher and oven, river view from front deck, skylight and fireplace. WiFi internet, DVD player and cable channels. No washer or dryer available for guest use, but there is a laundromat in town.

Convenient location - walk across the bridge to restaurants, shopping and Estes Park festivals. Follow the creek on the relaxing river walk. This is a downtown location, if you are sensitive to car and people traffic, please look elsewhere.

Great condo for your own refreshing vacation, couple retreat, honeymoon or family vacation. Use it as a base camp to explore scenic Rocky Mountain National Park. Ski at Eldora in winter.

We were visiting Rocky Mountain National Park for 2 days and simply wanted somewhere close. This unit was way more than that, as the location was perfect for exploring Estes Park in the evenings. You can walk to tons of shops and restaurants. The construction is still in process on the road in front of the unit, however, it was not active at night and there was only a mild traffic backup due to it. It did not impede any of our stay. The property management was very responsive and helped make our stay easy. We would definitely stay here in the future.

We enjoyed our stay. We understand you have no control over the construction. We were able to get a spot close to the unit one night. The other night we parked in the lot. I stumbled and fell on the lip of the new curb. It wasn’t pleasant as I had knee surgery in February. Other than that our stay was quite enjoyable.

Great location near downtown Estes Park! Restaurants and shopping were all within walking distance of this location. Didn't mind the construction, just give yourself a few extra minutes and be patient. Fireplace was nice at night after a full day of hiking. Will definitely be back!

The room was very clean and the perfect size for my husband and myself. It was within walking distance to everything. I’m happy we found this cute place, we will definitely stay here again!

Our stay was great. There were just a couple of minor things that could have been better. There were no dish towels provided in the kitchen nor hand towels in the downstairs bathroom. We used extra washcloths found in the upstairs bathroom. The shower is small with the added shelving unit. Perhaps there is a better option to hold shower necessities. The shower curtain could be a little longer to keep water inside the shower because there was a puddle of water developing outside on the tile after showering which could be a fall hazzard. We loved the fireplace and the skylight in the bedroom.

The space was as described, clean and spacious. Centrally located to downtown. Once street construction is is finished, it would be easier to drive to; detours were a little confusing in the dark. Would recommend.

We enjoyed the location of this property for accessing the park and town. Very walkable. Also enjoyed the one jigsaw puzzle! We suggest a few games and puzzles tucked away! Ideal size for a couple! Thank you for a clean and tidy spot!

The kitchen was adequately appointed for stove top and microwave cooking as well as coffee making. Master bed was comfortable. It's on a main road with construction currently, but noise was not too noticable as we were there during winter holidays so construction was halted. Enjoyed the large table and smart tv. A large person would have difficulty using the small shower. It was perfect for two adults.

Very clean and comfy. A really great space but the shower was a little small. The parking and the construction were also frustrating. The parking lot has high curbs so it is hard to get into when there are other cars around. And the construction is right outside the unit making it annoying to get in and out

Property was comfortable, cozy, had everything we needed for a week stay - super comfortable bed upstairs in particular! Shower was a tad small and lacked a bit of power, but that’s a very minor negative, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again or recommend

Obviously we love this place as it’s our third stay. The unit is very comfortable and it’s best feature is location - literally just steps from all the activity. Also easy access to the hiker bus which we used everyday! We only moved our car 4 times in 10 days. We’ll be back

Perfect spot to walk just about everywhere! Clean and well appointed. Lucky, the manager, was very helpful with an issue I created by forgetting a garment bag. Thank you, Point of information: the shower is a small space.

The location was great. Communication is wonderful and fast. We enjoyed the jacuzzi. The shower rack was too big and in the way most of the time. The kitchen could use more cooking utensils. The bed was comfy to us. It was hot downstairs due to no air unit on the bottom floor. When we stayed it got up to 76 or more and it was hot. Overall, we would stay again.

Love this location in estes park! Close to everything! It's your own little apartment, with lots of room for family. Small kitchen but efficient for our needs. This is my third stay at the Lofts and each apartment has been wonderful!

The property was very nice and super easy to get to and it was easy to get around in Estes Park. The shower was a little small, but otherwise it was great. We loved having such close access to the park and downtown.

The setting is striking with beautiful views. The location could not be more convenient to visit the town by foot. Parking might require a short walk from the city lot across the river but the included parking pass helps. We loved the whirlpool beneath the rock mass looming through the skylight.

We parked our car and walked everywhere for 4 days! Perfect distance for bars, restaurants, the river walk, and we even walked to The Stanley twice (a mile). Have stayed at The Lofts before and will again. Thank You!!!

This property is so close to town and Rocky Mountain National Park! Only really slept here and made coffee but great location! I will say the couch is good for sitting on but not sleeping. Didn’t pull it out though to try the bed!

Our stay at this VRBO rental in Estes Park was fantastic. The location of the home was incredibly convenient, as it allowed us easy access to both the stunning hiking trails and the delightful town center. We were able to explore the breathtaking natural beauty of the area without having to venture too far from home base. Speaking of which, the property itself was impeccably clean and well maintained. We couldn't have asked for a better accommodation to complement our Estes Park experience. Highly recommended!

Almost perfect if you want to be downtown. There were a couple of minor maintenance items that we reported to the property manager immediately. (none of which made a difference to us) There is a major construction project going on asking the banks of the creek which are it noisy from about 8:00 am until late afternoon

We would definitely stay again if we are ever in the area. Location was perfect…we were able to walk downtown easily and not have to mess with finding a parking spot. The unit was clean and had everything we needed.
