About this house rental

This is the Best Rental on the River! This home has a private sandy beach and 27ft wide boat launch. This is a 1500 square foot, two bedroom, two bath home, located on the river. No smoking allowed. Inquire about pets.

The house is completely furnished and newly remodeled. The kitchen has refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and fully equipped with all cooking and eating essentials. The house has a central air-conditioner and heating unit.

All bedrooms are completely furnished with beds, dressers and ceiling fans. This is a wonderful home with lots of windows and ceramic tile.

There is plenty of parking for boats and RV's. There is a 18 hole golf course within one mile. The house is 18 miles from the Bullhead/Laughlin Casinos and 13 miles fom the sand bar.

Great house to stay and enjoy the lake. Host is easy to communicate, very spacious, kids enjoy the games. Has a private lake and parking is big. I really enjoyed staying here. My kids enjoyed to water all day.

Had a great time. The only thing we were bummed about is that there is no dock for a boat. When entering the property it is difficult to get in and out of when you have a boat due to entrance being so tight. Overall, our stay was great fun!!

This is our second time staying at this house and we love it. The convenience of having our own beach, launch and close proximity to Needles suits our family nicely. We usually have additional friends/family members book the rear property so we can have the entire beach to ourselves. The owners of property are very responsive and easy to deal with. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay on the CO River. Loved the private beach and deck overlooking the river. Place was nice, clean and the beds were super comfortable! Owner was easy to contact if we had any questions.

Sandra is a great host. We had trouble with the AC one night so we ended up staying at a motel up the road. Sandra sent AC tech fixed the problem quickly and reimbursed us for the motel charges. Nobody wishes for things like this to happen so we totally understood, wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. The house is nice with our own beach to tie our boat and the private launch is sweet although you need serious experience to retrieve due to strong current and you know you got what it takes. Overall a very good vacation spot.

Homeless Issues

Homeless Issues

There used to be a homeless camp directly across the river from this property. California police kicked them out which would seem good, but it had the effect of simply moving them across the bridge, closer to this property (only one property between squatters and this one). It’s a total bummer because the house and beachfront are great. My family just didn’t feel safe with loud homeless folks sharing the beach. We let the owner know and she put the burden on us to call the police.

Communication with owner was great. Easy location. Convenient launch ramp and great beach. It was 122 degrees during our stay. The house was very cool and comfortable. We also rented the rear house. Great package for larger group. We all agreed we'll be back!

Friends and I booked this place for a Thanksgiving weekend getaway. Overall the place was good for our needs. Beach access was really nice and the place felt spacious for only being two bedrooms in the top floor of the unit. The kitchen sink was slightly damaged and the microwave over the oven didn’t work. However a countertop microwave was provided. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. We enjoyed cooking on the outdoor grill although it desperately needs cleaning. The property is about 40 minutes south of Laughlin and 40 minutes north of Lake Havasu City, so be prepared to drive if you are seeking activities other than the river. Overall this place is a great value for a river access property.

We had an amazing time at this home, which is perfectly located on the banks of the river. We loved too many things to list but the beach, boat ramp, and the deck overlooking the water were our favorites! Sandra was great to work with on the rental process.
