Comfy and convenient

Room was very clean and tidy. Sam and her husband are both very nice, warm, welcoming, and personable.

Go somewhere else

The owner was very nice and very friendly.

The person that checked me in told me the area was bad and not safe. Talked bad about the city and the people. Told us to stay in at night. I don't know if they offered security because I didn't go out. The room smelled awful, it actually gave me a headache. The air conditioner in the office was out and it was extremely hot. The air conditioning in the room barely worked. The room was dirty and the bed was lumpy. I did not sleep well. They charged for my dog which was not stated on Booking.com. Apparently, the site has outdated information. Needless to say, I will never stay here again, it was way overpriced for what you get.

My first impression was this was a hotel a person would rent by the hour.

Leaving.

The room smelled like vomit. The TV remote battery cover was gone so they used duct tape.it didn't work very well. The cold water faucet in the bathroom was hot water. The air conditioner was as loud as a freight train so it kept us awake all night. There were sketchy people hanging out on the property. We were woken up at 4:30am by people talking loud as they were going to work.

The air in our room didn’t work and the owners did everything they could to move us into cold rooms. The owners were super nice and very helpful.

Just needs a pool.

missold. did not have Wi-Fi or breakfast was told would have to take it up with Booking.com to get a refund on costs and then when we messaged Booking.com the hotel denied we had made any complaint. blood and urine stains on bedding door didn’t lock properly dirty floors

not very good and too expensive for what it is

no lights in one room, lamp had no bulb in, other lamp didn’t work. door had gap to see straight outside. breakfast was supposed to be included and wasn’t and when asked staff said it’s not and couldn’t care less what it said on the booking.

Very nice stay 😊

When my husband and I arrived at this inn, we got there around 11pm with no extra charge. The guy at the front was incredibly nice and greeted us quickly. The room was very nice as well.

Although everything else was perfect, the top blanket on the bed was a bit dirty, but I wasn't too sure if it was just stained or not

I would definitely stay here again AND recommend to others.

The customer service was exceptional and the room was very clean. The K suite with 2 bathrooms was perfect as I was traveling with kids. Loved having my own bathroom, and a little extra privacy with the doorway between the rooms.

The grounds and the rooms could use some updating. My room did not look as nice as the one in the picture in line.

Pet friendly.

Requested a ground floor. Got the highest and farthest. Room was not clean. Hair and cotton pads near sink. Shower pan is slippery, no grab bars. Be careful.

Great little motel on Route 66

It's an old motel, but well kept and surprisingly clean. Owner was very helpful and recommended nearby restaurants and where to get cheaper gas in Arizona. The parking lot was well-lit and felt safe. There weren't a lot of TV channels, but that is certainly understandable in such a remote area, so be prepared for that if you watch a lot of TV.

Maybe a little fresh paint on the outdoor common areas. The free breakfast was just muffins and coffee.

This was the worst place I’ve ever stayed no hot water staff do not speak. English continental breakfast did not exist,

Just so-so

This place is ok if you are just making a quick stop for a little sleep. The pictures make it look much better than it is. It is in need of some serious updating and repair. It was clean and the bed was ok (not great). It suited our needs for a short sleep stop. Wont be returning.

Needles is a dying town just like the motel.

it was booked based on breakfast included. there was no breakfast. they did have coffee and very small packaged twinkle type bars. hardly a breakfast or even a continental breakfasts.

advertised as with breakfast one of the reasons I booked it ,in reality it is a cup of coffee and a half sized muffin not what I call breakfast!
