About this apartment rental

The sun rises across the beautiful white beaches of Alabama. You wake. You are about to experience a thrilling vacation with your family. The surrounding of each bedroom is warm and comfortable. The full spacious bathroom in the master room and sizable closet provides plenty of room to prepare yourself for the day. Another full bathroom adjoins to one of the two guest rooms.

You find yourself cooking in a newly refurbished kitchen. The pleasure of granite counter tops and fully stocked cabinets makes your breakfast easy and enjoyable. You walk across the den surveying a sectional/sleeper sofa and a flat screen TV. Opening the balcony door, you step out into a world of bliss as your sensations are greeted by the scent of salt air and a slight breeze blowing your hair across your face. The calming repetitive nature of the ocean waves, patiently waits for you.

You all go to the beach together. The elevator is located very near your condo. You spend your morning strolling across the sand, reading your favorite book, splashing in the waves, searching for that one sand dollar, and laughing together as you tell your dearest stories.

Taking advantage of the pool area, you lay in a chair watching the members of your family. Some are playing a game of Marco Polo, some choose to sit on the edge of the pool wetting their feet, and the little ones splash delightfully in the baby pool. You smile.

There is a drowsy and slightly wet day during your stay but it is no damper for your family. Everyone moves inside to enjoy the warmth of the jacuzzis, the leisure of the inside heated pool and the excitement of an enjoyable game of racquetball.

Your family spends several mornings expending energy through employing the exercise room and having a delightful time playing a game of tennis on the outside courts.

Mealtime arrives all too often as you are there and with it the hungry appetites of all after a day of play. During your vacation, you visit the Publix right down the street. You benefit from the grills down by the pool, spending lunch under a sizable gazebo with picnic tables.

Throughout the week you take the time to explore the nearly located outlet mall, water park, zip lines, amusement parks, souvenir shops and the scrumptious seafood restaurants.

You look up and your time spent at Pheonix VII is at a close. The memories. The stories. They last forever.

We loved everything about our stay in this Phoenix VII unit. The check-in process was easy. We went in late July, so it was busy, but that is to be expected. The condo was clean, well-decorated and a great fit for 4 adults/3children. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything we needed to cook, and the Phoenix facilities met all our needs (pool, grill, security, etc.) We loved the fireworks we could watch from our balcony on Friday. Last, our host Madison was fantastic. She was wonderful to work with and promptly answered all questions we had before and during our stay. If the unit is available next time we are in OB, we will absolutely book it again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. There was plenty of space for everyone. There were lots of extra amenities that was nice (such as beach chairs) and the owner was quick to answer all of our questions. The beach was just a short walk, and everything was clean. The only complaint was no TV in one of the bedrooms, but we would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely enjoyed staying here. Condo was very clean and quiet. View was amazing. Kitchen was well stocked and the condo was beautifully decorated. My kids and parents loved it. So easy to get to the beach. Everything was very easy to get to (grocery, restaurants, etc). Will stay here again!

My family of four loved this spacious, clean, modern condo! it has a large balcony and a breathtaking view of the ocean. the place is fully stocked and was perfect for our family. We loved having access to beach chairs and some toys as well. the owner was communicative and very helpful, even when we texted her to get in late in the evening. the pool is fun and the location on the beach can't be beat! would love to stay here again!

The overall condo building was nicely maintained and easy to access. The condo itself was immaculate, very comfortable beds, clean kitchen and utensils. Comfortable living room and a great view from the back patio—beautiful. We very much enjoyed our week at the beach! 🍊🏝️

We vacation as a family in Orange Beach/Perdido/Pensacola Beach at least twice a year for the past five years. We stayed in Madison’s condo for ten days in late June. This condo is up there as one of our favorites! Highlights: 1). The layout is spacious and conducive to entertaining. Lots of seating options. 2). The kitchen was top-notch and well stocked (drip coffeemaker included for coffee drinkers). 3). Well-decorated with modern coastal decor. 4). Location location location—beach access, beautiful pool, close to our favorite restaurants. 5). Host Madison was great with communication via VRBO messenger and text message!! 6). There was lots of closet space and drawers in the master. Each bedroom had a decent closet as well. **One downside was the cost of parking pass. $55 per car was a bit steep!! The only other downside was height of the shower-head in the master bedroom. I’m 5’8” and it was a bit short for me. This is quite minuscule in the grand scheme…. Overall, we loved the condo and will definitely be back!

This beautiful condo was perfect for our family. The condo faces the beautiful ocean, has good balcony space, is well stocked, and has plenty of seating in the living room and dining area. The condo is just as it appears in the listing. The beach chairs included in the closet were so appreciated! The owner is very accessible and quick to respond. We would recommend this condo to family and friends and would stay here again.

Beautiful condo and perfect location. Our only complaint about Phoenix VII is the balconies are too close together. We would have preferred more privacy. Other than that, it was perfect.

Condo was perfect for seven of us. The facility, Phoenix VII was just as good too. The amenities we're perfect! There were plenty of extra items in the condo, to include beach chairs, kitchen utensils and items, very comfortable beds, spacious bedrooms. I totally recommend this condo. Perfect location and view. Madison Murphy was an excellent host.

We evacuated due to Hurricane Ida and this place was what we needed. It was home away from home. They had all the amenities one wouldn’t even think about but very much appreciated. Ms. Madison was a delight and soo hopeful with everything. I would definitely recommend this unit.

The condo was great and stocked better than any other one we have ever stayed in. We had an issue locating sheets for the couch bed and texted the owner; she replied immediately and the issue was very quickly resolved. Will stay there again:)

Madison was very accommodating for our early arrival. We also used a boogie board which the kids loved! Location is great- beach was beautiful. We loved crabbing for the first time, too. Thank you!

The condo was as described and very nice. Location was great. Parking was easy but thought parking prices were steep for uncovered parking areas. The elevator situation was also disadvantage as had to wait for an elevator every time. One was out of service though. Management was excellent and very responsive. Overall it is a recommended stay.

Our stay was amazing!!! The beach view was incredible!!! We seen dolphins!!! We even forgot our fishing poles but there was a couple there for us to use and all the sand toys and chairs you need the beds were comfortable as well very nice and roomy too cant wait to go back!!!

This was a quick trip to the Beach for myself and my husband. We enjoyed the views from the 11th floor. The condo was decorated as pictured and was warm and inviting. We were able to quickly get a response from Madison when we could not locate the beach chairs. The Condo was very clean and in a good location. We enjoyed walking to "The Gulf" for cocktails on the beach. We would highly recommend this condo!
