good value, comfortable stay, safe location.

great location, professional and accommodating staff, city view but quiet. lifts are efficient. didn’t use the fitness centre or the pool but they are available with specific timings. availability of bidet and good shower and no drainage smell.

nothing big of a deal actually. just additional kitchen utensils/appliances would be nice such as knife, chopping board & scissors, also tea towels or dish drying rack since there was no dishwasher. rice cooker and coffee machine would be great too. bath towels and curtains need replacement, they are stained and worn-out. needs pest control service asap as i saw one cockroach.

Много некомпетентен персонал на рецепцията. Искаха да платя два пъти, първо ми бяха изтеглили 50 процента от сумата от кредитната карта при резервирането през приложението.. При пристигането в хотела поискаха да изтеглят, не оставащите 50 процента за цялостно плащане, а още 100 процента, реално 150 процента на цената. След дълъг скандал се съгласиха с мен и изтеглиха това което трябва от кредитната ми карта. Развалиха ни настроението за престоя. Персонала 3ва нужда от обучение и добър мениджмънт

Atención del personal. Limpieza. Localización. La habitación era acogedora y el plus de la cocina nos permitió tener más independencia de horarios y cocinar algo más casero.A veces también apetece descansar de ir tanto al restaurante. El mercado del sábado en un parque cercano se presta a eso!!!

Bra läge men sämsta frukosten

Rummet är stort och badrummet är helt okej. Det är tyst i rummet men du kan höra ljud från korridoren. Sängen är mycket skön och kuddarna är perfekt. Vi bodde på våning 24 med fantastisk utsikt. Snabb in och utcheckning. Hotellet ligger nära Greenbelt mall och Glorietta mall. Gångavstånd på 10 minuter till P Burgos street med barer och clubs. Restaurangen Filling station är värt ett besök.

Vi bokade ett dubbelrum inklusive frukost för mig och min fru. Frukosten var i restaurangen bredvid hotellet. Det var det sämsta servicen på en frukost jag någonsin har varit med om. Vi betalade 800 pesos per person och dag för frukosten. Du får beställa frukosten i en meny och välja ett alternativ per person. Jag vill självklart ha kaffe och ett glas apelsinjuice. När min fru skulle beställa hennes frukost beställde hon ett alternativ och skulle beställa en te men då säger servitrisen att hon inte får beställa te. Servitrisen säger att i vår frukost ingår bara en varm dryck och en kall dryck. Alltså inte en varsin varmdryck och juice. Så min fru fick ingen te eller juice. Fast att vi betalade lika mycket för frukosten får bara en person 1 varm dryck. Sämsta frukosten jag har varit med om. Kom ihåg att inte boka någon frukost på detta hotell. Sämsta frukosten av alla hotell i Manila. Personalen på restaurangen var mycket otrevliga också.

Mom on vacation with a toddler

The staff were incredible. They were always willing to help in any way that they could. The rooms were spacious and clean. They provided a little bed for my toddler with clean sheets. The beds were comfy. The restaurant attached was incredible. The staff there were so sweet and the food was incredible. The proximity to the salcedo market, restaurants, and mall were also a highlight!

The pool was incredibly cold. Since there is in overhang, the pool gets zero sun. My daughter's lips were turning purple in the pool. Also, the housekeeping staff wouldn't replace crucial items without prompting (like toilet paper, coffee, towels)

Great location with good facilities and staff.

Location was fantastic, very easy to go to BGC as well. The rooms were clean and the facilities were neat. The staff were helpful and accomodating.

The chairs in the room were uncomfortable. Not recommended for long hours of sitting.

Larger than expected. Basic furnishing but comfortable enough. Clean and well maintained. Coffee shops on the ground floor. Short walk to Malls and park

The WiFi didnt work well. Was unusable much of the time. It is near the top of a very large tower with about 30 floors. Only two functional elevators so spent a lot of time in the lobby

Немного староватый номерной фонд. видно, что пора бы уже и обновить косметику. Слабый напор воды в душе, неудобная зона для курения. Завтраки не понравились - ограниченный выбор блюд, цена немного выше стандартной.

I enjoyed my stay very much! The staff are very friendly. The room is great! Love the food at the restaurant. The building has Starbucks and stores nearby! Parking is very safe in the building as well.

Good

Security deposit of 1000 pesos. They ask me an option - Cash or Credit. So of course i choose Credit because i don't have cash. The thing i don't like is the refund of Security deposit takes longer like 3-4 weeks, Which is not good. If they charged it by credit it supposed to be automatically its PAID. Not just to tell me they will call their bank and CANCELLED it. Thats is not FAIR. I may suggest to them better Charge the security Deposit included in the whole hotel bills and then when check-out return it cash, which is mostly HOTELs i’ve been visited is like doing that protocol or REMIND the Guest during the check-In time that if the options payment of security Deposit is credit., the refund of it takes 3 weeks via credit too, So that the guest is aware. Am I correct?

The breakfast was the best food we had in Manila, very good. The location is good, close to the Green Mile Mall. Clean room, comfy bed, and a great view over the high rises. The transfer service from the airport is highly recommended.

There are a lot of things that need improvement in Manila, but that is not something the hotel can do anything about. The restaurant at the pool where closed when we were there, otherwise we would have tried it.

Great location & very comfortable!

The bedrooms were clean with very comfortable beds. Staff were lovely and very attentive. It was great to have a pool & fitness centre too.

A bathroom with a bath would have been great as we only had a shower. Other than that, nothing bad to say!

Excellent property for the price, in a great location in Salcedo Village, Makati!

This is my second stay at Sphere Serviced Residences. I had a great experience previously and that's why I booked it again. Very friendly, helpful and professional staff throughout-Security, Front Desk, and Housekeeping. Free wifi throughout the property worked well and fast. Room was well maintained and clean, and outfitted in the bathroom and the kitchen/dining area. Came with a mini fridge and an electric hot water kettle. Had adequate outlets to plug all my devices for charging. Great location, as the front is of the condotel is closer to the hub of Makati, and the rear is more residential and had great scenery, with tree lined streets and restaurants galore. There's a Mercury Drug store within a couple of blocks and a 7-Eleven directly across the front of the condotel. It is conveniently close to Greenbelt and Glorietta, and St. Luke's Hospital, BGC, is only a short Grab ride away, also providing access to SM Aura, Market Market and High Street within BGC.

The shower in the rooms in the two times I stayed at this property (different floors) had a design defect, as the water leaked from the shower to the floor, which is adjacent to the toilet. I had to request for extra bath floor towels, to prevent me from having to step on the water that was on the floor. But Housekeeping gladly provided me with all the floor towels I needed every day, so it was a minor inconvenience.

Highly recommended for those seeking a great value in the heart of Makati.

My room was both spacious and clean, with a location conveniently close to malls and restaurants. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the room rate was great for both the accommodations and the area. I highly recommend it to those seeking a budget-friendly place to stay in the heart of Makati.
