It's ok this time around, I'm hoping for better stay next time.

What I like about this place is the location, friendly check in, the guards at the front, and to feel of being secure all the time. Shopping around this area is convenient and centrally located to everything.

The room was a little tight compared to what I have gotten in the fast few times I've stayed here. I asked for the couches to be covered in sheets and not of it was done, and also the room wasn't even cool enough as I entered and has a musty smell. Looks like someone just left the room and barely cleaned it and the carpet was not vacuumed. The sink under the kitchen was really smelly and should be looked at, because it's not healthy for anyone who stays in the room. Need more thorough cleaning of the disposable perhaps.

Very close to everything and even public transpo is easier to track location pick up and drop off.

Might reconsider staying in Ascott after our experience.

Location to the amenities . Staff were friendly and accommodating.

We were assigned on the 20th floor and on our second night the room next to us was very noisy between 12 to 3:30am. I contacted the front desk and they were concerned and did something about it. But the noise still continued for 2 to 3 hours. The Duty Manager could only offer us free breakfast, massage and late check out. When I requested for an extra night, her response was that my request cannot be accommodated due to the booking made here in booking.com.

Stay here get scammed

Now nothing they have stolen my money!!!

They take a deposit on arrival (card only and not mentioned on booking.com) then on check out when I handed my card for the refund. They said the charge will be reversed and you'll have the money back in a couple of days. When I did not receive my money back after a week I ask why. I got a message days later saying it can take up to 14 business days (it's 2024 all banking is instantiations). Then when I complained after 14 business days they time me to contact my back as it's not their responsibility... It's been over 3 weeks now and they have not given me my money back and now have stopped responding to my messages.

I am genuinely impressed with the level of service and quality provided.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel. From the security and check-in staff, and the rest of the staff, everyone was very polite and always attentive to how they could assist hotel guests.

Breakfast was below expectations. Some of the food in the hot station was cold - rice, sausages, pancakes, etc. Staff seems to be overwhelmed every morning, it was chaotic.

Breakfast was chaotic. Some of the food in the hot stations was cold like rice, sausages, pancakes. The staff took our towels even though they were hanged. When we requested for replacement it took 4 phone calls in a span of 45 minutes. Even then, my husband has to go down to personally fetch it from guest services.

Location is great, well equipped gym and service is excellent! I would like to make a special mentioned of Jeffrey from the Mesculan restaurant. He has been super attentive and provided great service.

The room is spacious and comfortable, and the location is convenient since it is within the Ayala Center. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a variety of food.

We accidentally entered the wrong entrance door (with a defective magnetic door lock) to the Ground Floor elevator lobby, and the security guard needed to be more friendly by reprimanding us. We waited an additional hour to check in because the room was not ready, and there was a long queue of guests. The hallways smell musty. We tried the self-check-out counter to save time, but it wasn't working.

Fantastic stay over Easter 2023!

Fantastic location. So close to everything. Warm hospitality when I checked in. Room request was provided. Water dispenser in the room was a good move and helps with the environment. Nice breakfast options with changes each day. Room was diligently cleaned and beddings sorted each day. Porters at the car park/lobby/security were courteous and helpful. Nothing was too hard. The gesture of putting their hands over their heart when they see you makes you feel welcomed.

Next room seems to be cooking as there was a fishy smell every morning when I open my room door. Would be good to have a separate shower from the bath tub. Bath tub tends to be slippery when used. Coffee could be better at Mesclun.

Ascott superb experience...will be back again

All actually. Nice room, nice view, friendly staff specially the reception staff. She offerred me an upgrade and because it took a while for us to go in our room she extended our check out time to 1pm. The breakfast was also fantastic. The room Temperature was nice. The spacious room with a kitchen is so super appreciated.. Will definitely recommend Ascott to friends and Family.. Thanks Ascott staff for the superb experience.

The towel rack, it almost hurt me because it fell. Not so much Movie to watch though.

During check out I requested for luggage assistance. The staff said she will send someone to assist me unfortunately after a long time of waiting nothing came.
