The Pearl house was the perfect place for our family event. Three sisters and their Sewing machines. The beds were comfortable in all three bedrooms. Located in a quiet neighborhood, close to stores and restaurants. Highly recommend this pet friendly home.

Nice little property in a quiet neighborhood. Big fenced yard perfect for bbq and sitting outside with kids and dog. Good location 5 to 10 min from everything. Good for 2 to 3 people or a small family.

We were disappointed in this property and communication with owner. There were 4 adults. We were provided 1/2 roll of toilet paper and 1/3 roll of paper towels. I wrote to the owner. I didn’t get a response. We were supposed to wash the towels before leaving, but there was no detergent. I fear that the towels we were using during our stay had not been laundered with soap. I walked in the house in my bare feet the first day and the bottoms of my feet were filthy. The bathroom sink offered a few drips when turned on. Not though to brush your teeth or wash hands after using the toilet. There were not enough drinking glasses. The pots and pans were barely functional. The place was very dated. The couch was terribly flat and uncomfortable.

The owner is so nice and easy to work with. We all had a great time during the weekend. We would definitely stay there again.

Weekend stay to visit a local school and explore Walla Walla. The house was very clean, cosy, and comfy for our family of 5 and 2 dogs. Perfect location for exploring the area. Great fenced yard for the dogs. Ample kitchen for preparing meals. This is a well loved family home

This quaint rambler located near the middle school has a fenced yard and is very dog friendly. It was a great place for our two small dog to stay and play while we enjoyed the city. The host was communicative and accommodating, and this place is staying on our "return to Walla Walla" list.

The house is old and it shows in many places. However, it’s very functional and the backyard is great for dogs. Neighborhood is quiet but feels a bit “rough” - not in a crime way, just doesn’t feel very cozy or inviting. Plenty of parking

Eldon is so easy to work with, this is such a charming place, and we will definitely be back!

This house is perfect for a wonderful weekend getaway in Walla Walla for two couples. Nice off street parking, easy access to house, quiet neighborhood, no issues whatsoever. Host is very communicative and nice to interact with. We didn’t have a dog with us but the yard is fully fenced and large for a pup. Plus there’s a dog bed inside. Love it.

The house was cozy and was minutes away from wineries and amazing restaurants. We had plenty of room and spent our evening sitting curled up in the living room talking and talking.
It’s not fancy and it’s dated and old fashioned. But it was clean and it was safe and it was comfortable.

The house had a grassy fenced in yard in a quiet neighborhood mins away from downtown in one direction and a really nice dog park the other direction. It has the quirks of an older home (i.e. tiny bathroom and kitchen) but was perfect for our stay with another couple and our two dogs for a wedding weekend. Friendly host who was very responsive to questions.

We loved it and would absolutely stay here again!
Adorably furnished. Very clean. And pet friendly to boot with a fenced in yard! Heaven!
Beds were VERY comfortable. (My hubby is a "princess and the pea" mattress critic and he was elated!) Kitchen was adequately appointed - I'd call it VRBO standard. Fabulous coffee pot! Bathroom with fluffy towels. We travel with our own toiletries so did not use what was there, but there was a basket with choices. Plenty of seating for the 4 adults staying.
Too hot to walk to Main Street - but would be doable if you're a walking family like us.

Parents coming out for College Graduations for 2 of 3 Sons. Did sightseeing and ate at a lot of delicious restaurants . Able to relax in the VRBO after busy days. Quiet neighborhood. Friendly and accommodating owner. Great for families.

we were there to fly our balloons for the rally and the house was just perfect for us. The owner came by to introduce himself and he was very nice and fun to talk with. We had a great stay and look forward to maybe again next year. Thank you.

Our host, Eldon, was so nice, I hate to say anything negative, but...
The property is a mile from town and great location, but I probably wouldn't stay there again.
Pros:
1) Very quiet
2) Close to town
3) Very quiet new AC system in each room
4) Nice backyard where you can sit and have coffee, wine, whatever.
5) Good size living room space.
Cons:
1) Bathroom tub, sinks and kitchen sinks looked clean, but refrigerator had crumbs from previous occupants. Rugs needed a good cleaning.
2) Pillows were hard.
3) Interior is old and a bit run-down. Baseboards are in need of a paint job, some furniture looked ready for the trash heap (a gold stool in one of the bedrooms which was frayed) . However, being old there are some interesting things like green tub and sink that are from the 50's. And old style closet doors.
4) Could have used a bit more amenities like baggies or cling wrap. Didn't have bathroom soap, body wash or Kleenex when we arrived, But Eldon quickly brought it over when we asked.
5) Some frayed towels in the bathroom that should have been tossed. They had some nicer, newer ones so not need to keep the old frayed ones.

We came to Walla Walla for a wine weekend and needed somewhere comfortable to come home to. It is a well appointed house, dry comfortable, and in a great location that is easy to get around Walla Walla!

This house is centrally located and close to everything in a short drive. It was a perfect place to relax after a day of visiting wineries. The owners are wonderful. I will definitely stay here again.

This house was perfect for us. It’s difficult to find places for the whole family to stay (including dogs), and this was just what we needed. It has a good-sized, secure yard for the dogs to burn off extra energy, and the house is comfortable and cozy.

My friends and I had an absolutely amazing Walla Walla weekend and this quaint and comfortable house played an important role! We all had our own comfortable beds to stay in and we were able to enjoy meals and social time together in the shared spaces. A lovely backyard was a bonus with the good weather we had! Close to the bustling downtown area with a supermarket just down the street, it is in a great location for enjoying the city and surrounding wineries! 10/10 we’ll definitely be back!

My husbands family is all from WW. We spent the weekend enjoying family and loving this adorable house. I cannot wait to come back. It had all we needed. The yard was perfect for our Golden retriever and simply just a lovely set up.
Thank you so much for having us.

This is a return visit for us, and as always it was clean and ready for us when we arrived. This home has everything our family needs, and we love the fenced back yard for our dogs. It was fun to sit on the patio and watch the squirrels taunt them! 😁 The host is very helpful and great communication. We hope to return soon!

We had the best time! The house was very charming and such a convenient place to stay for our wine tasting tour. Eldon couldn't have been a better host- definitely the easiest check in/out of any property we've stayed at, and the pride he takes in this sweet little house is wonderful to see. Our dog enjoyed having a fenced in yard, we'll be back again I'm sure!

Great experience, walking distance to fair grounds to see the rodeo. Perfect for a relaxing affordable stay. Clean and safe for pets if you have them. We do not. Large fenced backyard if needed. Owner shared a few fresh veggies from garden out back.
