About this house rental
Welcome to our enchanted garden, where there's plenty of light and love to renew your spirit and feed your soul. This beautiful, single level, 3 bedroom home has been meticulously appointed, considering any creature comfort you might need. Comfortable furnishings, beds and linens, and plenty of room to lose yourself in a good book by the fire . There is a king bed in the master, and a 50” Hd Smart Tv, which can be used as a browser for the internet. A soak in the bathtub, surrounded by marble, old world fixtures and décor, is just the kind of indulgence one needs to truly relax. The living room has a 50” Hd Tv with Surround Sound, which can be used as a browser for the internet. Blur Ray Dvd player. Sonos surround sound throughout house. There is of course wireless internet, and free long distance telephone. The guest room has a queen size bed. The third bedroom also has a queen size bed. Each room offers access to the lovely back yard. The neighborhood is lovely for quiet afternoon walks. Just down the hill you will be on Main Street, with local shops, coffee houses, and restaurants. On Friday, our Farmers Market has everything from fresh flowers, to organic vegetables & fruits, and homemade goodies for your stay on the hilltop. The gorgeous kitchen is perfect for creating meals with family, or celebrating a quiet dinner for two. There is a formal dining room, as well as an inviting sunroom off of the kitchen with a bistro table set for morning coffee and the local paper. Looking out the French Doors to the garden each morning, this will become your favorite little spot in Cambria to rest and renew. TOT#6001214

One of the truly great single level properties in all of Cambria. Weather on Pine Knoll Estates is unique from other beach front properties we have experience in past years. The property is superbly adorned, with all the amenities that one could possibly desire. The property management company was very professional, in attending to any issues during our stay. The owners have maintained and upgraded their property each year that we have stayed there, not only for their benefit, but for the enjoyment and pleasure of the tenants. Nestled in one on the nicer neighborhoods in Cambria, this property is truly an experience that we have enjoyed multiple times.

We stayed 4 nights in this wonderfully comfortable home. The owners have outfitted the home with everything one could want- lots of towels, blankets, a complete kitchen, and a bowl full of chocolates. The location was perfect for day trips to San Simeon, Paso Robles, and Moonstone Beach. The carbon monoxide alarm began chirping one evening so we called the management company and a representative arrived within 10 minutes to fix the problem (a dead battery). This is a very comfortable large home that was perfect for our stay.

Beautiful home. Great 4 day getaway for the 6 girls in our family. 21-77. Love the outdoor space. Tranquil, magical garden and patio space to enjoy morning coffee or afternoon glass of wine. Close to town. Had everything we needed. One story worked well for grandma.

My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay at the Enchanted Gardens property. The property is exquisite in appearance, and the serene nature of the neighborhood enhanced our stay. We really enjoyed the "Micro-Climate" of the neighborhood of where the property is located. The property contains all of the amenities that tenants looking for an upper end property could want. The property management company was very helpful in helping us to settle into the property upon arrival. It was an absolute wonderful property.

King bed extremely hard. Had to buy a king heater blanket to help soften. Did not help much spent most of Vaca in pain. Had to go to chiropractors upon returning home. Just now recovering after two weeks. Neighbors came over as porch light shined in their window. Next door neighbor gave us hostile looks each time we saw him. Nice home. Just because a bed lasts forever doesn't mean it's good for you. A lot of money spent recovering. Would appreciate some type of compensation if possible. Tub beautiful and house a great getaway. Property Management excellent!

The Enchanted Gardens was so much more tha we expected. We made these reservations at the last minute because another vacation venue was unreachable (weather and landslides). It was absolutely perfect for our group of 6. So much room to move around. All rooms beautifully appointed and comfortable. The kitchen was amazing and well stocked with every utensil you could possibly need. The gardens were quite spectacular and enhanced the coziness of the experience.

This is our second time staying here. The house is spacious, clean and so relaxing for our family of 3 adults and 1 toddler. We love the little back yard with the citrus trees. The kitchen is perfect for light cooking and the sun room/breakfast nook is dreamy. We’ll be back!

Great property. We have stayed here every visit to Cambria. While we love this property it is in need of a few repairs to the restroom faucets and showers. The TV’s also need easier controls by consolidating everything to one remote. Other than the above the property is amazing and beautiful.

My girlfriends and I went to ride Clydesdales (highly recommend) and wine taste. This was my second time staying at this lovely home. Spacious, and sweet touches like candy. Absolutely would stay again.

My bedspread had stains, two bedrooms had bad mattresses, dishwasher not working, oven dirty, a couple of blinds not working, TV a joke - with 3 books we could not figure it out. toilets too low For the money we paid we were disappointed. My friend lived on the street for 14 years and we know people there so we choose it for social reasons.

Our family has vacationed during the Summertime in Cambria for over twenty years. We've enjoyed staying in many nice properties close to the beach, and others closer to downtown Cambria. We've never enjoyed a property as much as the 1113 Pinewood property with all of the amenities that it has to offer. The master bedroom suite, bathroom and walk-in closet were absolutely fabulous. The sunroom was delightful for breakfast dining, and the patio was spacious, private and wonderful for the outdoor afternoon and evening grilling we enjoyed with family and friends. The property was meticulously decorated throughout, and the gardens very accurately described the overall decor and theme of the property during our time there. The neighborhood was quiet, yet we were able to experience some of the local wildlife and beautiful trees in the area. Besides enjoying an absolute wonderful property, Scenic Coast Property Management was very helpful and timely in responding to the needs that did arise during our stay. The attention to detail by the owners of this property represent the very best that Cambria has to offer.

This rental far exceeded my expectations. The pictures do not do it justice. It was perfect for my family of four. It was spacious and well decorated. It was a very comfortable rental and the kitchen had everything for cooking. The backyard was so delightful with the lemon and orange trees surrounding the area. The deck was perfect for relaxing with a cup of coffee. Wine country and the beach was not far by we did both within a 15 minute drive. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet and beautifully situated up in the hills of Cambria. Would visit this house again anytime.

Wonderful and Lovely
This is a beautiful and spacious property! Incredibly comfortable beds with luxurious bedding. The home even was decorated for Christmas and had yummy candy out for us to enjoy. There was ample parking and the neighborhood is lovely. What was super fun was being able to hear the ocean despite the home being on the land side of town. We want to come back in the spring or summer to enjoy the lovely outdoor garden and patios. Just gorgeous and magical!
