This bright and airy 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is perfect for families or groups looking to relax, especially if your idea of relaxing involves amazing indoor/outdoor living with a private pool under a lanai, a furnished patio with a TV and loungers, and cooking possibilities via a gas grill. Very quiet, low-traffic residential location, perfect for the kids! The living room has a 70" inch TV equipped with Xfinity Flex. Work station with printer for those who need to work during their stay. Each bedroom is also equipped with TV.

All garage equipment is for the guest to use.
You can add the pool and spa heated option for just $30 per day.

We provide lots of beach items: chairs, towels, cart and beach tent. The kitchen is fully-equipped with everything needed to cook. We provide towels and bed linens.

The house overall is not that bad. However to start the shower head in one of the bathrooms barely had water pressure. The toilet in the master bedroom when you sit it moves like if it's not secured and we had trouble flushing it. The pool was dirty when we got there and the mesh cover outside had so many spiders, definitely hasn't been cleaned in a long time.

Beautiful property we were fortunate to call home and I wished we stayed longer than just two nights. Spacious, clean, comfortable, it had everything you would desire in a house. Our family enjoyed eating outside by the pool and just chilling after a long day at the beach. We hope to come back and stay here again.

House was perfect, very clean. Had plenty of toiletries, coffee, paper plates and utensils and tons more than any other rental we've had. Kitchen had plenty of good cookwear. Perfect for a family as they also have strollers, even a high chair. Only minor detail was the pool area TV didnt work. Again a very minor detail. Would definitely stay again. Outdoor kitchen and grill were great too!

I would definitely come back. My family and I stayed a week and the kids enjoyed the pool and bikes. The house was very well equipped with what we needed and it was at a perfect location near the beach, stores, and restaurants.

This was a mistake booking that somehow double booked us this past weekend. the owner stated, “ she had availability at this house prior and post accidental booking. she refused to refund our stay. Sent numerous messages immediately after the VRBO mistake was caught. Never set foot on this property, but would not want to deal with a crook of a host like this again. spent hours on the phone with VRBO and she outright refused to refund for 2 nights. she stated there was a line for her property to be booked, which I highly doubt, given it’s not on the water/ doesn’t back up to a canal. this host is fairly money hungry, and in good faith should have refunded the stay since it was immediately addressed. I highly advise looking at other properties, most seem much nicer and actually on the water.

The house was nice enough. However, I wish there was a box of tissues and a washcloth or two. For the cost I don’t think it’s a lot to ask. I went and purchased these items myself. Also, someone left nasty garbage in the garage which led to flies in the house and then finally calling the property manager to get it cleared out. The smell by the second day made its way into the house! These isolated incidents don’t diminish that the house served its purpose.

We had such a great time on Marco thanks to this house! Perfect for hanging poolside while the kids swam, and all the necessary gear for when we went to the beach! Lots of helpful and thoughtful details (high chair, baby monitor, games). Would definitely stay here again!

The house was great, roomy and open. Nice pool with tv and outdoor frig accessible from family room and master. Roomy master bath. Great location if you don’t care to be on the water. Virtually across the street from nice YMCA with tennis, pickle ball, gym etc. Loved that they had cruiser bikes to ride (helmets would be nice).

The property is very nice and we enjoyed our stay. The short comings were a lack of sheets, towels, plates, beach chairs and a few other things. The supplies were not atiquite for a group of 8; especially at the price point. Everything was great other than that.

This hosts were responsive, place was modern, clean, spacious, and had all the extras you can ask for. Our kids loved the pool, board games, toys in garage, sand toys with wagon for the beach, and the double bunk beds. My wife and I enjoyed the extensive selection of K-cups, hot tub, big comfy beds, smart TVs in rooms, and location was 5min from everything. Will stay again! Thanks

This property is like stepping into a new home. Everything was spotless and we had all the amenities of home. We especially loved the pool / lanai area. The owners were extremely accessible and helped with a small issue concerning the coffee maker. We are already planning our return!

The worse experience since the check in because it was a problem with property manager with a fee that It was supposed to pay wasn’t properly published on the app, then 30 minutes later police showed up to our door because the girls were laud and jumping on the pool and apparently that’s disturbing to the citizens of Marco Island that lives there and they don’t like renters according to comment the police officer said. Again later that day at around 7:30 pm again the police again on our door because we were having a conversation on the porch. We weren’t fined or anything because obviously we were following the rules but we were told to have the conversation inside the house because outside was bordering the neighbors. A house that we rented to have a good time in family with our kids. So RENTERS ARE NOT WELCOME IN Marco Island. I am never recommending or coming back here ever again, plus we felt DISCRIMINATED by the police officer because cubans are laud and Marco Island is for rich people apparently and supposedly we’re not. My daughters were scared to be there as much that during the day we spent the days at the beach instead and didn’t come back until night time.

I was very pleased with this property. It was like I was living in my own home on vacation. I definitely would go back again. House on arrival was very clean, well presented & welcoming. The pool was amazing, watching the visiting birds. The pool isn't overlooked. Beds and sofas were very comfy. The TV system was very good, so many channels. There were a lot of towels, cutlery, plates, kitchenware, pool toys, bicycles, washing and drying machine, beach seat, everything you need on a vacation home, Excellent This was our 8th visit to Marco Island area, this was the best so far! We shall definitely recommend it to friends and family.

Great Place to Stay on Marco!

Wonderful! So enjoyed staying at Kristina and Mark's house. It's clean and comfy and new and open -- just as described. The master bedroom opens right out onto the pool/lanai area with a great ensuite bathroom and large closet. Everything on Marco is close by and within a very short driving distance -- 1 to 1.5 miles to the beach or the supermarket. Also appreciated having an electric tea kettle and Keurig machine -- great for morning coffee and tea. Communicating with Kristina is effortless -- she answers right away to any questions (love that!). Thanks, Kristina and Mark for a lovely place to stay on Marco!

Was a great stay. Very clean house with everything you would need. Owner provided beach chairs and wagon so didn’t need to bring our own. Very close drive to beach. Really nice pool. Really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this house to anyone staying on Marco Islan.
