What you'll love about Adagio G105...
The living area boasts a three cushion couch, two occasional chairs and another chair so, your whole family can comfortably enjoy the 50" Sharp Smart TV. The sliding glass doors lead you to the spacious patio overlooking the 8,000 square foot tri-level pool. The steps to your right take you to the beach walkover in less than a minute. The patio is furnished with two woven chaise lounges, a settee and a newly updated outdoor table for six in 2024.
The dining area has a table with seating for six, plus there are four barstools.
You will find everything you need in the well-stocked kitchen - first and foremost, a stand-alone ICEMAKER to fill your cooler or mix your drinks in our high end blender! An updated GE refrigerator with double doors, a pull out freezer and inside water dispenser give you plenty of room for your family's vacation groceries. We have anticipated all of your needs and have dishes and silverware, plenty of serving dishes, cookware, Keurig, Regular coffee maker and even a crock pot! We have provided grilling tools for the gas grill located just outside Adagio G105.
The master bedroom has a king size bed with high end mattress and 100% cotton sheets. Spacious dresser with a 42" Smart TV on the wall. The sliding glass doors to the patio give you easy entry to sip your morning coffee. Custom black out drapery in your your master suite. The large master bathroom has double sinks, a jetted tub, double shower heads in the separate shower plus a private commode.
The second bedroom has a king size bed, 00% cotton sheets, a 43" Sharp Roku TV with a DVD. The adjoining bathroom has a shower/tub combination and vanity sink. The third bedroom has a queen size bed with memory foam mattress and 100% cotton sheets. It also has a 43" Sharp Roku TV with DVD. It's connecting bathroom has a shower tub combination. A bonus bunk area with custom bunk beds with privacy curtain. Your Friend at the Beach also provides a high chair and pack and play. Laundry room with Maytag washer and dryer and ironing board, iron and laundry soap.
Adagio G105 has the best location of any pool front at Adagio with easy access to the pools, gym, hot tub and beach walkover. Just take your wine to the beach walkover to enjoy sunset! You are just steps from the on site gym where you can do your daily workouts - or relax in the hot tub right next to it. The private beach offers beach chair service (not included but recommended).
There is a gulf front pool (heated from Nov to mid-April) and an 8,000 square foot pool.

No Refunds for cancellations made within sixty days.
The exterior of all Adagio pool front condos (building D, E, F and G) are being painted in the 2024-25 offseason, November - early March. Contact Your Friend at the Beach for updates on exactly when your YFAB condo is being painted. Each building takes four-five weeks depending on weather.

This was our 8th year to vacation at the Adagio. G105 is a beautiful condo on the ground floor by the pool. It is always so clean and very well maintained. Our children and grandchildren love it and aren't interested in going anywhere else. The staff at Your Friend at the Beach are wonderful? Nancy really is our friend at the beach. Adagio is in a great area with many great restaurants. We would definitely recommend the Adagio and Your Friend at the Beach.

Fabulous five star beach front condo complex
The property was beautiful, the condo and the complex, nice pools, and the heated pool was actually heated, I’ve stay at place before where the pool was advertised has heated but still chilly. The hot tub was gigantic, like a mini pool. The beach was absolutely beautiful, peaceful for walks and enjoying the sunrise/sunset. The condo was just as advertised and has all the needs of home away from home, kitchen well supplied. Ice maker was fantastic!!!!not sure what else to say l, everything was perfect.

Condo was in the perfect location. Great pool access and close to beach walkover. Corner condo seemed to have more living room space than others we’ve stayed in at Adagio. Very well maintained and comfortable. Had everything we needed. YFAB provided wonderful customer service before and during our stay. Good location for some great seafood restaurants, ice cream and shopping - Goat Feathers Restaurant and their seafood market, Local Catch and Slick Lips were all great!! Close to specialty shops and Sandestin outlets. Would highly recommend.

This was our 6th visit to the Adagio and the 4th different condo that we've stayed in. They have all been wonderful. G105 is a1st floor condo that is so convenient to the pool and beach. The condo was beautifully furnished and very clean and comfortable. There are many restaurants in the area. We always spend one evening at the food trucks in Seaside. Nancy from Your Friend at the Beach is so easy to work with. She goes over and above to make sure you have a wonderful experience. We are planning to return again next year.

Family Vacation
We had a wonderful time with our kids and grandkids. The condo was well equipped and the property management personnel went over and beyond what we expected. The little touches like full dispensers of hand soap at every sink, plenty of towels and even a large container of laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent were greatly appreciated. Anyone looking for great accommodations should definitely consider Adagio G104 and/or G105; with a large party this was great to be side by side!

Beautiful condo, gorgeous furnishings, spotless upon arrival and well stocked with linens and kitchen items. Your Friend at the Beach-nancy and tori, so nice to work with. They answered questions quickly and even delivered a package to me! I would't hesitate to rent this unit again and hope to soon! Great location also. My only negative and it's not a huge deal, but the iron needs replacing, it doesn't get hot enough to press anything. Love this unit!!!

We had been looking for the perfect beach vacation with our adult children and grands. Adagio G105 and G104 worked perfectly for us. We stayed in G105 along with our grown single son and a wonderful babysitter. Our married daughters and their families stayed right next door with their 4 children. The beach was absolutely beautiful and the water perfect. The pool was fantastic! Good vacations don’t just happen, it takes a lot of planning. It was so much fun! The only thing that needed changing was the king size bed in the master bedroom, wasn’t very comfortable.

August 2018 Stay
We had a wonderful time during our stay. The staff at your friends at the beach were phenomenal! They checked with us several times to see if we needed anything. Our icemaker quit working and they quickly found a resolution while also bringing us bags of ice. We will definitely be using this company again!

We stayed in G105 this past week and it was great! We have been staying at the adagio for years. We return due to the fabulous large pool and clean restroom near pools- plus the grounds & buildings are well maintained. The interior of G105 is really nice, the colors/proportions, nice linens & memory foam mattresses. I also appreciated the custom treatments (but that’s just me). We really enjoyed being on the ground floor to come & go easily with kids and run back quickly without elevator. But there were many extras in this rental- like extensive kitchen supply, plenty of towels,smart TVs and much more. It was very clean. It also has the bunks in the Hall- great for kids & helps to serve almost as a 4th room. And of course they were wonderful to book & stay with- it was ready early & called to check on us. Great trip! Thanks!
