The property is excellent for a couple and friends. It's location is great. Walking distance to pools, short rides to shopping and to Lake Sumter Landing. Electric golf cart is not a good as a gas cart Would have been.

We have rented several different houses in the Villages over the years and this is by far the best. Kathy the owner was easily accessible for any questions we had and was very accommodating. The house is beautiful and had everything you could possibly need including golf cart and barbecue pit.

Property was very inviting when you entered the home and clean. Had everything you could need. Bought very little supplies. The three Town Squares are all close by and accessible with the golf cart. Neighborhood is very quiet.

This house was perfect. Very, quiet and clean neighborhood very close to the adult only and family pools. The surrounding area has every store and restaurant needed. The beds were incredibly comfortable and had really nice linens on them. There was lots of storage space and the home really had everything you could need including plenty of hangers, cleaning products, games, local info, etc. We would have liked to have a crock pot but we were here for 4 months so most guests won't even need one. The screened lanai was wonderful (we always tried to save any frogs or lizards that got stuck ). We didn't realize the third bedroom did not have a closet until we checked in, but in the big picture not a big deal since there was a dresser in that room. Kathy was a great host. Whenever there were small needs, she was right on it. Always available and easy to contact. We would absolutely rent here again if ever needed.

The property is part of the traditional Villages. The home was comfortable and convenient to golf courses, grocery stores, restaurants, pools, pickleball, and everything you would associate with the Villages. Nice, quiet neighborhood.

This property provides everything one might need to enjoy a stay in The Villages. The owner was accessible and helpful when needed. The house was immaculate, orderly and well stocked. Beds were comfortable and closets were plentiful. Laundry facilities are also included and the golf cart made transportation very convenient.

Everything the listing stated and more. Beautiful house, area and neighborhood. Close to all activities and 1 and a half block to the adult only pool. Shopping 5 mins away. Love everything about this process.

This was the first time we were at the villages but definitely not the last. There is so much to do there and the home we stayed in was wonderful. It felt like home the minute we arrived. Comfy beds, well equipped kitchen including a brand new Keurig the owner had delivered while we were there. The living room had a great recliner and large smart TVs. I would highly recommend this wonderful home! Owners responsive to any questions we had. It was located right around the corner from pickleball, family pool and townsquare was a short golf cart ride. It was a great stay!!

Our stay at The Villages was just perfect, in large part because of the house in the Village of Lynnhaven! The location is prime — close to the pool, shopping, restaurants, Lake Sumter Landing Town Square, golfing ... The house is clean and amazingly well-stocked — in the kitchen, with linens, towels — there really wasn’t anything I needed that wasn’t there. It is such a comfortable place to stay — we just hated to leave!
