Ambitious, but overpriced and poorly managed

It is a top-floor, bright, relatively spacious flat and it has a huge balcony with (side) sea views. The location is probably its best bonus, as it's very near to the town's 'old beach', with some good 'tsipouradika' Greek meze restaurants just around the corner. From the other side, it is also just around the corner from a busy high street too with lots of shops and links to the city.

The lock box from which we'd collect the keys was not that easy to find. It was like playing hidden treasure. When we entered the flat, all appliances were unplugged. Also, we could not locate the WIFI on our phones and had to reset the router and connect with the factory settings. Some blinds in the living room were not fitted properly and would not pull down, we had to fix this ourselves. Many of the lights in the flat had some lightbulbs missing or not working at all. In short, the flat is ambitious but not maintained properly. There was also dust in some areas of the flat, e.g. on top of some of the lights. We even found a cigarette butt on the floor. Two issues about the title of the listing: the flat is promoted as 'stylish'. It's kitsch. And the hammock you see in the pictures is a joke, you simply can't use it. But the worst of all is that it's sold as a three-bedroom flat, when the third so-called bedroom is just a small room where they've fitted in a small sofa bed. We were not even sure if it would be possible to open it and even if so, you'd have to push the television aside. Please see photo. Quite frankly, we really didn't think this is worth the rate that they charge and considered complaining but decided not to bother. In short, not a bad flat at all, but they need to (a) maintain it more properly, (b) lower the rent

Value for money accomodation

Large apartment with high end appliances. Spacious balcony. Excellent facilities. Located in a quiet neighbourhood. Fifty metres from the promenade. Restaurants and cafes across the street.

Access to public transport. Furniture need upgrading. No meet and greet service. No human touch. All instructions were done online.

Large apartment with three bedrooms and large balcony. High end appliances.Funky bathroom.

No one to greet us upon arrival. Difficulty locating the key to the apartment as it was placed inside a box across the street.

Very good

Good comfortable and spacious apartment, good facilities, nice interior.

Lots of small things are broken or don’t seem new: most of the light bulbs need replacement, hammock is unusable, taps seem also tired. There was no hot water for 2 nights because of the equipment failure and the issue was not fixed by the time we left. Cleaning of the apartment before check in is poor. Impossible to park a car nearby, even for a quick turnaround to apartment, good paid parking is 10 mins away.
