About this house rental
Welcome to our new furnished 1800 square ft. three bedroom, three and one-half bath room Townhome in beautiful Vista Cay resort. This three levels townhome is professionally decorated and focusing on the comfort of the guests, and give you a lot of space and privacy. It can sleep up to 6 guests. Two of the 3 bedroom are master suites (two King size beds and the third bedroom has 2 full size beds). One master suite is located on the first floor and has French doors leading out to a patio. The other Master suite is located on the third floor and includes a walk-in closet. The third bedroom has two single size beds and is located across from the master suite on the third floor with generous spacing between the two for privacy. Each spacious bedroom has its own private decorated bathroom. All bedrooms include a new 32 inch Samsung LCD HDTV. A hair dryer is included in each bedroom. Ceiling fans were added to all bedrooms.
The second floor has a large living & Dining area with a full size Kitchen. The large great room area leads to an 8-foot sliding glass door that opens to a balcony overlooking the patio below and a spacious grassy area. For your entertainment, the living room has a 52 inch LG LCD HDTV and a DVD player. The sofa converts to a queen-size bed for additional sleeping area if necessary. Hi-Definition cable services are included with access to 180 TV channels and high speed cable wired and WiFi internet throughout the house. Enjoy free calls within US and to Canada. There is a full size kitchen with granite counter-tops, cherry cabinets, and a large refrigerator, stove-top cooker, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and a lot of pots and pans, cooking utensils, dishes, glasses and silverware so you should feel right at home.
Our townhome is an ending unit with one car garage you will have extra space for parking and store your luggage or business displays. There is a full-size large loading washer and dryer, an ironing board and iron and all towels and linens as well as beach towels.
Vista Cay resort is an upscale gated community boasting a state-of-the art 10,000 square foot clubhouse. The clubhouse features a movie theater, resort style swimming pool with multi-level deck space, hot-tub, children's pool and a basketball court all with a beautiful view of Lake Cay. We LOVED the location, the rooms, and the amount of restrooms. We had problems with ants. The owner did respond to me, however she gave us a poison to spray the ants. Which is not cool. She did get the bug guy to come. But i did take offense to her comment to me.

One small thing to complain about were the plastic shower curtains that allowed water to escape to the bathroom floor. Everything else according to description. Great contact with the property owner.

Vista Cay is a great area to be in the heart of many attractions in Orlando, and this townhome community is an excellent way to stay. The townhome was large with 3 distinct floors (garage plus full bedroom/bath on the first floor; dining and living room on the second floor; 2 more full bedrooms/bathrooms on the third floor). It was great for our group of 5 adults but could easily accomodate more. The property is secure with gated access and in an upscale area of town.
Rene was as excellent a host as you could imagine. She was very responsive and clear with property requirements and policies. I would absolutely recommend this place to friends or anyone else visiting Orlando, especially for a convention at the Orange County Convention Center.

If you have an event at the convention center or plan to visit theme parks this home is for you. On-site gym, restaurants and a Walgreens. Grocery store is around the corner and the kitchen is equipped with most everything you need. If you are there with a larger group you may want to bring your own towels because you are given 1-2 per person for the duration of your stay. They do have a washer and dryer in the garage. Lots of stairs (3 levels) but being able to pull right up to your door is a plus. I would stay here again.

everything you need is here, each bedroom has its own bathroom, location is great, easy to get around town, sheets and comforter are on the cheap side and feel like it to the touch but really in the end the reason to stay here is price, convenience and less people.

The property was as described in the listing, as well as by previous renters. It was clean and had most of what we were looking for. The weather was not warm enough to use the pool, so I cannot speak to those amenities. The complex is well-maintained and secure. All communication with the property owner through VRBO was timely. Overall, it was a good rental and we enjoyed our stay.
The property was perfectly located for us. Fifteen minutes from Universal, and five minutes to Topgolf, Andretti Gokarting, and Ifly skydiving. As other reviews have mentioned, Publix grocery store and Walgreens is within walking distance.

Good choice as it was clean, spacious (for 4 adults), and in a good proximity to major highways. Especially liked the walking distance to a shopping center (Publix grocery, Dunkin Donuts, Pizza, etc). Good perk was the bedroom safe for valuables you didn't want to carry or leave out. For Wawa fans, the closest was at the corner of Universal and Sand Lake - just a few minutes drive from the townhouse.

Great vacation rental
This rental home is very nice and cozy. Will recommend to others. The only complaints I have are the kitchen/living room/dining area being on a different floor than the bedrooms. Also would recommend putting the washer/dryer in the garage instead of the Master bedroom closet and upgrade a few amenities such as upgrading coffee pot to a keurig. Other than that, the house is very nice. The owner is pleasant and communicated at all times.

Family Visit
Our son and his family stopped over in Orlando, on their way back from Aruba, for the weekend. This property is ideally located for access to Universal Studios and Disney Springs.

It was a very enjoyable stay
The property owner couldn't be more accommodating. There were a few items that we noticed needed attention when we first arrived. However, the owner graciously took care of each item immediately. Afterwards we had almost two months of absolute bliss. Thank you for everything!

We had a wonderful experience at this property! It was very nice and clean, exactly as pictured. We had just a short drive to Universal,, and the pool was a great place to come back to relax. Our family of 5 enjoyed this space!

We rented this condo to attend a recent tradeshow in Orlando. We had stayed on this property before and were very happy with the accommodations. So, we decided to book another condo there and were again happy with the property....that is until a week later when we received an addition charge for $200! The owner claims we broke a bed, but we are certain we did not. The bed had a sag in it, but nothing that alarmed the person who stayed in that room. Then after checkout the owner charged our credit card an additional $200 and send pictures of a bed WITHOUT the mattress even on it claiming we broke the frame. When I disputed the claim, the owner said that because we did not note the damage at the time of check-in that it was assumed we were responsible for the damage. What guest pulls a mattress off of a bed to inspect the bedframe for damage when they check in? That is completely unreasonable and very suspicious on the part of the owner. We have filed a dispute with VRBO who hopefully will agree with us and reverse the charges. Either way, I don't recommend dealing with this owner given the suspicious nature of this charge and his quickness to blame and charge us without any evidence to support his claim. We did not break the bed. End of story!

My family and I rented this home to celebrate my daughter's graduation. The home was spacious, clean and very comfortable. It has all the comforts of home! There was plenty of plates and cups. The home was large and everyone slept comfortably. I would definitely rent this home again!

Clean, convenient and comfortable
We had a great time visiting the parks and chose this condo because of the proximity and positive reviews from the previous guests. We weren’t disappointed. There was plenty of room for the family of 5. Condo has all the basic necessities. The only minor issue we had was with the a/c not cooling upstairs bedrooms. We didn’t use any of the community amenities so can’t comment on those. There are a few good restaurants nearby as well as Publix, so we didn’t have to worry about food.

If I were to be picky I'd say the carpeting needs replacing. Also the slider in the kitchen does not lock. No biggie since one would need a ladder to break in.

Visit for Convention
I stayed here with 3 other gals for a convention in January. The convention center is very near so it was very convenient. Beds were ample and there were more than enough bathrooms to go around. Kitchen was well stocked with accessories and the owner left us a bottle of wine & cookies to celebrate :-) We felt safe in the gated community. Our two main concerns were that the upstairs bedrooms got very hot even with a/c set on recommended setting (it was recommended to not go lower than, I think it was 72, or we would be charged if a/c broke). Luckily the rooms had fans and it was cold enough that we opened windows as well. The other concern was the condition of the carpet -- the main stairs coming in from the front door were very dirty and there was one questionable stain on the floor in the double bedroom by the closet. But besides that, the place was immaculately clean. Overall, great experience and would 100% book again. I have zero worries recommending this location! A++++++
