We enjoyed our time here and would stay again! Kids loved the pool. The rooms were very nice and clean. And I loved the way it smelled all through the lobby.

This is an amazing hotel and grounds. I would normally have given it five stars but, the niggly shortcomings stopped me. It says parking available. When we checked in it was 40 usd plus taxes etc for valet and 29 usd plus change to have it overnight and park yourself. These charges are for everyday you stay. Bottles of water in your room cost 7.50 usd. Like most resort hotels eating and drinking within the hotel comes at a cost compared with outside. I know I’m being a bit picky but I was disappointed over those two charges.

We stay in summer and we have been a great stay. We dicide stay all the weekend in the hotel the pool is perfect but honestly the staff was the best part. Help with the towels, chair and services. The drinks awesome, the food delicious and excellent services. Recommended for all is excellent hotel.

The room, service, and entertainment on property were spectacular. My wife and I had a staycation for our anniversary and we will never stay anywhere else in Orlando. We had dinner at the Venetian and they made our night extremely special with a hand written card, champagne toast, and special desert. We will absolutely be back to enjoy the resort with our kids.

We evacuated here for hurricane Milton and the hotel did everything possible to make us feel safe while still providing dining options and excellent service. The king suite was spacious and furnished with many charging outlets and beautiful decor.

The royal suite was clean and spacious. The rain style showerhead was a little lackluster but the rest of the bathroom amenities were great. The bed was comfortable but the sheets could have been a bit softer. The resort itself had a lot to offer and we kept going back to the stadium bar for the ambiance and great service. We were celebrating my husband’s birthday and the staff make it a special occasion.

We stayed here for our Disney trip. The property was close to the Disney parks, which was convenient. However, the staff at the desk are confused. Before our stay we called several times to ask how often the shuttle to Disney runs. The staff told us every hour, which is why we picked this hotel. Upon arrival, we were disappointed to find out that the information staff provided to us was incorrect, and the shuttle did not run often at all. We would’ve never have stayed here if we were provided the correct info about the shuttle. We ended up having to take a rental car and spend $35-$50 a day to park at the Disney parks. On top of the cost of the hotel, it was never disclosed to us that there were several other hotel fees. Won’t be staying here again. Next visit, we will only be staying at a Disney hotel.

The Villa was amazing and clean and quiet. The pool was very refreshing. The shuttle within the grounds was convenient but trying to schedule or get a shuttle to and from the parks (Disney or Universal) was not convenient. The shuttle times were too wide spread apart or too close to not allow time for visiting the park. We spent a lot of money and time with UBER. They were definitely more reliable. The Market and Calypso eating areas were great. The food was great and located right on the grounds. However the price of water bottles was way too much even for a hotel.

Stayed for a friends 50th birthday. Faviltiy and staff were great ! The spa left something to be desired tho. No locker rooms, no sauna, didn’t book her facial and was unable to offer it. Massage was just ok. Very new person. Tried to buy products and they didn’t have them.

★★★★ Great Stay with Minor Improvements Needed I recently stayed at the Carobe Royal Hotel and overall, it was a fantastic experience. The hotel is beautifully designed, and the staff were professional. Check-in was quick and easy, and I appreciated how helpful the front desk team was in answering my questions. My room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with all the amenities I needed. The bed was very comfortable, and the decor felt modern and luxurious. The views from the room were a nice touch, adding to the overall ambiance. Housekeeping did a great job of maintaining cleanliness throughout my stay. The only reason I’m not giving a full 5 stars is because of a couple of minor issues. There was a delay in room service one evening, and I noticed some loud noise from the room above us that disturbed my sleep. While these weren't deal breakers, they did affect the overall experience and ability to relax. All in all, I had a great stay and would highly recommend Carobe Royal Hotel to anyone visiting the area. With just a few small improvements, it could easily be a 5-star experience.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the price for the value was great. The DJ played great music while chilling poolside. My only negative response is that the resort isn’t as “sparkly” as the photos show on the listing but we still enjoyed our time. The Stadium Club was a nice late night option for music and quick bites. John gave amazing service and tended to our needs while dining at the Stadium Club. Thanks again!

I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re going to Disney. They say they offer shuttle service but it’s only certain times! No vending machines for snacks after the parks, or drinks at midnight. Also the staff were so rude! What happened to kind people?! The only nice people and who care are the pool people! Do not recommend!
