Clean and comfortable room with free breakfast

I was reacting to something in the room we were given and told the clerk. She (Sepora) moved us to another room and it worked out great. The hotel was close to restaurants so we could walk to a different one each night. The room was quiet and comfortable and the included breakfast was good.

My only complaint is there’s not enough lighting. The curtains only opened up about 18 inches. The room was pretty dark. Also, the parking was not free.

location great but if you find somewhere else close by, that's worth investigating

Location! We walked out the door and had the walking trail that runs along restaurants, breweries, shops...super cool. I hadnt looked into it too much so that was a nice surprise. I even walked uptown to the Mint Museum.

There was a block-wide electricity blackout due to a car accident so hard to review objectively. We had no power or hot water the first morning. Breakfast the first morning was take out biscuits. Breakfast the second day was typical of hotel breakfast, not great. I asked the front desk for information about walking uptown to the museum and they were uninterested in helping and just said, "its far". It was not far and it was a nice walk. But that was just the two people that were working that morning.

Very nice but lots of street noise!

The hotel itself was very nice as it is fairly new. All of the newer amenities were included.

Our room was on the side facing the street and it was very loud. If I stayed there again, I would require an interior room. The bed was comfy but I was unable to sleep.

Decent.

Good location, safe neighborhood, good food options within walking distance. Clean room, comfortable bed.

Noise of people above you, could hear every step they took. Kept us up all night. Parking was also an issue, property’s parking garage was full and had to go further down the street and haul our luggage from down the road. Also the room was very expansive given the experience we had. Breakfast was decent at best as well.

It was an amazing stay!

Hotel was reasonably priced for the quality of stay. Staff where friendly and very helpful. The area seemed super safe and very could easily access the entire city. The rooms were super nice and clean

Reviews are spot on; this property is a top notch location and it lives up to the neighborhood. You have never seen a Holiday Inn Express like this before!

the location was perfect for our needs. Easy to get around on foot and leave the car behind.

very adequate and plentiful. A mix of all food groups.

scrambled eggs instead of cheese omelet both days in a row. Watch cheese for cholesterol.

Very Nice!

Very nice, higher end hotel. Modern, and very comfortable.

Probably a little on the expensive side. $295 for a single night was kinda expensive. But it's a really nice high end hotel in a great location.

Very good choice for meetings in Tabbris (walking distance)

Big room, comfortable bathroom, multiple electrical sockets and USB sockets. High speed free internet. Breakfast quite good as for USA typical conditions (but - of course - plastic knife and fork, paper plate...).

WiFi does not work at the exit main hotel door (which is needed when booking i.e. UBER and no internet plan on the mobile phone). There are no comfortable stairs close to the elevator. Strange.

Superb

Breakfast was good. Clean facility and tasty food.

When I checked in, after being stranded at the airport, the man gave me the wrong room. He then called my room after I had been there for 30 minutes and told me that he gave me the wrong room. Since it was the same price, he said that he would switch it around. When I went to check out, he had not changed it and it took the lady about 20 minutes to fix the problem. Good thing I wasn't running late.
