I think the hotel and everything was nice but they need to put an air freshener in the entrance area

Interesting

The rooms are definitely great & cozy! Clean everything!

There was some form of fire but no instructions. Once asked where the stairs were employees couldn’t inform us where they were. Once outside they couldn’t even give us any information behind why what was going on. Key cards ended up stop working which cause us to be somewhat locked out of the hotel and our belongings. Management wasn’t much help either didn’t really feel safe with nobody knowing what’s going on.

Great stay!

Loved the overall look and feel of the hotel and the room quality. They gym had a nice selection of equipment in good condition.

I've stayed in a few Springhill Suites in different cities and nothing specific that I didn't like. I would just say a couple of the hotel staff that I ran into, while they weren't rude, didn't have that friendly, helpful demeanor I'm accustomed to at other locations.

The hotel room was clean besides a crusty towel under the sink, not sure if it was there for water leak problems or what

The pool was closed and we requested more towels had to get our own towels our TV remote was broke when we first got there and we had to go get a new remote from the lobby instead of them bringing us one.

I loved the location, however I wish the hotel was cleaner.

I loved the location of the property. It was right next to the highway. All my destinations were less than 30 minutes away from the hotel.

I was unaware that it was a pet friendly hotel when booking. I love animals however, the hallways smelled of urine and I had to switch rooms due to uncleanliness (human or dog hair on the bed).

Guter Komfort in zentraler Lage mit Nähe zum Flughafen.

Sehr großzügige Zimmer mit ausreichendem Platz und Sitzgelegenheiten. Ein hochwertiger Standard in der Ausstattung den man von dieser Hotelkette kennt. Ausreichende Parkmöglichkeiten direkt am Hotel.

Keine Seife am Waschbecken. Gerade wenn man eingecheckt hat möchte man sich gerne die Hände waschen bevor man anfängt seine eigenen Reinigungsmittel aus dem Koffer zu holen. Ein kleiner Mangel der jedoch leicht zu beheben wäre.

Stayed out of necessity but I wouldn’t do it again.

Location.

My room was not clean. The floor felt dirty and sticky. There were stains throughout the room as well as an odor. I was on the first floor and kept hearing loud noise from other guests coming into the hotel between midnight and 2 am.

All girls weekend shenanigans!!

We liked location and the overall appearance of the hotel. The room was a good size. Breakfast was good-sausage and eggs-always a plus with me. Very clean lobby, halls, etc.

The cleanliness of the sleeper sofa. There were white stains of some kind all over the cushions and ottoman leaving to the imagination as to what it was. I know it's pet-friendly so chalked it up to dog slobber. Was lots of dust and pet dander under the sofa where the trundle bed was. Daughter sneezed so much trying to sleep on it near the floor so we ended up just pushing it back under there.

ESPN was not available for NCAA football opening week. Door to bathroom let's light onto beds so those asleep feel like lights are on in bedroom. Beds too soft.

Room was nice and modern. Modern tv. Comfortable beds. Staff was great. AC was great. My daughter liked the gym.

The room was very nice and clean. The room was very nice and spacious and I loved how big the bathroom was. We had plenty of room to move around and the hotel was in a great location. Very clean room.

The mattress was uncomfortable. My husband and I are used to a more firm mattress and we did not sleep well and our backs hurt us.
