This enormous oceanfront vacation rental has it all! Conveniently located in town, this house is perfectly positioned within a half-mile of shops, several restaurants, and a grocery store so that you can leave the car parked and walk around lovely Rockaway Beach! And, even better, to reach the shore, step off the back deck and take a few steps past some beach grass to find yourself on the beautiful coastline.
With four bedrooms and 4,000 square feet of space, this home can accommodate a crowd of people! The great room on the ground floor is perfect for sitting, relaxing, and chatting with friends or family. From this room, you can enjoy views of the beautiful ocean, and there's also a wood-burning fireplace to keep everyone cozy, as well as a giant TV. While you're here, you will never be bored - this home has free WiFi, cable, Netflix streaming, and board games to keep everyone entertained! There are devices throughout the house for music and news. You will even have a game room with a 65-inch TV, pool and foosball tables, a dartboard, a karaoke machine, and a wet bar with a full-size fridge. With a queen Murphy bed and a sofa bed, this is a fantastic way for the younger generation or a second family to have their own space. The laundry room will come in handy after a few days of playing on the beach. Both full bathrooms on the lower level feature showers and separate soaking tubs.
The second floor's main bedroom features a sitting area, a walk-in closet, and an attached bathroom. In Rockaway Beach are plenty of restaurants, shops, and even a market, so you won't have to leave town if you don't want to. However, if you decide to explore more of the Northern Coast, start with a trip just 15 miles south to wonderful Tillamook, which has many stores, an air museum, and two great cheese factories. You could also go boating, fishing, or crabbing in Tillamook Bay or drive west from Tillamook to check out the scenic Cape Meares Lighthouse. You could also drive north along the highway, passing numerous scenic viewpoints, state parks, and picnic areas on the way up to popular Seaside, which is only about 35 miles away. No matter which way you go, you will find plenty of beautiful scenery, fresh sea air, and places to explore.

Vinovilla is one of the best properties we have ever been to! The attention to detail by the owners is next level! From the mind blowing game room downstairs to the tranquil views from the upper two levels, we felt instantly at home from the moment we walked in the door! The third floor deck was definitely our favorite spot to sit out, drink coffee and enjoy the sound of the ocean. We would 1000% stay here again!

When we pulled up to the house my wife said here we go again. We have rented homes where the house did not live up to the description and the front of this house was not the most impressive. But once we walked through the door every expectation was exceeded. I have never rented a more well supplied rental. The kitchen had just about everything you could want, awesome double ovens, an instapot, blender, even a kitchen aid mixer. Good quality knives. Cooking is such an important part of our family retreats so this was such a treat. They had coffee bars on every floor, each with a Keurig and a basket of coffee pods and hot cocoa. The bathrooms had plenty of nice luxurious towels and the showers had multiple shower heads. Very nice. The upstairs master retreat had its own living room with telescopes, a loaded book shelf, and a huge cupboard full of puzzles. Did I mention the views?! Downstairs they had tons of games, movies, kids toys, beach toys, etc. they had extra darts and tips and the pool table and cues were in good shape. I could go on and on but because we have a large family we rent a lot and I can honestly say this house is at the top of our list. You won’t be disappointed renting this place. Big thank you to the owners for doing such a first class job it was very much appreciated.

We found a great house for a quick getaway. You are steps from the beach with a great room upstairs that has a fantastic view. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and cookware and is huge. Lots of bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms would accomodate a large group.

Absolutely loved this house. Fully stocked kitchen with more than enough equipment to cook food. More than enough towels and linens/blankets.
Set up was perfect for teenagers. So much fun stuff to do in the house since the atmospheric river came to visit us during our stay. We all agreed two nights was not enough! We will be back for sure.

This house was so perfect for the 12 of us. Having three levels was a game changer for being together for 7 days. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you would ever need, and it was clean for most part. The furniture, including the beds, was very comfortable.
We will definitely go back again.

We enjoyed the location, view, access to the beach and the amenities of the house. The upstairs master suite was great and the other bedrooms were roomy and comfortable. No skimping on anything at this house. Comfortable leather furniture made for a very relaxing time. We'll go there aga8n.

The basic cleaning was well done but property is in need of a deep clean which we shared with management and their response was positive, offering immediate assistance, which we did not take them up on since we were only there for a few days. Overall highly recommend this home!

Great house on the beach. Plenty of room for our group and our dogs. Wonderful views! House was very clean, beds were comfortable, plenty of towels. Large kitchen was big and with some exploring we found everything we needed. The game room was a big hit, as was the wonderful living space on the top floor! Nice outdoor fire pit. Walking distance to restaurants. Glorious morning and sunset beach walks. Would be a bit of a difficult house for anyone having problem with stairs or inclines.

We enjoyed the location and the house. It had all we needed and more. The 3 levels worked great. The house was clean except for a few missed pieces of trash in the game room. We enjoyed the beach toys and kites at the property. We just wished we had more time. There are several deferred maintenance issues that really need to be addressed. A window in the twin bedroom was inoperable with a note not to open. And the window in the 3rd floor closet has a ducked tape piece of plexiglass, that came loose bc the duck tape was so old and the window would not open and close properly. The other issue was that the transom window in the 3rd floor had no shade and early morning light filled the room. Even if we had known of these issues we would still book again, but as a fellow STR owner and host, these window issues need to be repaired. I try not to book VACASA and other large property management properties because they tend to not be as well cared for in my experience and this seems to be the case here as well. I also do not care for the abundant off platform messages and communications. Even with all the extra messages we never found any check out instructions, so we might have not expectations for the property. One last note would be for the owners to open the back panel in the Arcade machine and turn the volume down. We all enjoyed playing, but it was so loud people upstairs were driven out of the living room.

Top of the line custom home featuring hardwood floors, designer appliances (subzero refrigerator, wolf cooktop, large granite island, pantry, and Toto plumbing features. All bathrooms were very nice. Plenty of towels. However, management cheapens experience w worthless paper towels and toilet paper. Fortunately Fred Meyer nearby available for purchase of these and other items. Beach is beautiful and right out back door! Perfect for sunbathing, walking, sandcastles. Bring firewood to enjoy s’mores around campfire. Queen bed downstairs never used because downstairs was stuffy, no windows but several in our party enjoyed pool table. Extra refrigerator downstairs was a welcome bonus. Short walk to “town” was enjoyable as was train ride to Garibaldi. Overall a great home enjoyed by all.

This is an incredible house in a great location. We absolutely loved our time here! Unfortunately, I had to reach out to Vacasa a couple times, and they were not helpful. I wanted for a total of 3 hours waiting for someone to answer my calls, and when I did speak with someone finally they showed zero interest in hearing me out. If you can rent this through someone other than Vacasa, I HIGHLY recommend it!

This house was absolutely perfect for our family. We do a big yearly trip with all of us, and it was beyond beautiful. The house is gorgeous. The location is perfect. I love that the whole top floor is basically a master Suite. We had our own private area, and the kids were all downstairs. The game room was amazing. We never lacked for things to do. It was fairly well stocked with everything we needed. We only purchased a couple things. This is the kind of house that makes you wish it was yours. If we go back to Rockaway (we try to change it up every year) we will definitely look for this house again. My only complaint would be that the previous people who rented it obviously had one hell of a party and left all the recycling behind which was left in the pantry. Not a big issue as we were happy to take it for the money. (thanks Oregon) But was just surprised it was left in the house. The downstairs sink had some issues draining but we didn't use it until the last morning. The latch for the gate downstairs was a little wonky but we figured it out. Over all. Love, love, loved this place.

We stayed at the Vinovilla for Christmas this year and enjoyed every second of it, aside from the wind and rain. The house is huge, plenty of space to find your own nook, fully stocked with everything you need and then some, right on the beach, clean and beautiful. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

The house was wonderful. Updated, comfortable furniture and beds, plenty of room for everyone. Main floor bedrooms are great for those with limited mobility. Excellent view and quick walk down to beach and short walk to restaurants and shops. Loved it!!

Beautiful location on the beach & this home is well stocked with dishes, glasses, cookware and 2 dishwashers. Plenty of bathroom, kitchen and beach towels with washer/dryer upstairs and downstairs. Eating space in kitchen easily handles 12 guests. The covered patio offered plenty of seating room for daily conversations. Beach walks were popular for long walks north or south for several miles of quiet beach area. Would highly recommend this beach house.
