My home is perfect for a family, 2-3 couples, or a friends
getaway to celebrate a birthday, wedding, bachelorette party, anniversary or other special occasion!
A short 5 minute drive from downtown Sonoma, this home is located in the coveted east side of town and
centrally located to many wineries in both Napa and Sonoma. The home was purchased and completely refurnished in 2012 with new beds, appliances, sofas, furniture, etc. including a remodeled barn for entertainment, new flagstone patio, pergola, new hardwood floors, and freshly painted bedrooms. We recently completely renovated in 2017 the kitchen and bathroom and pool! The new kitchen is well-equipped with pots, pans, serving platters, dishes, etc. Both bathrooms include walk-in showers. There's a large flat screen TV in the living room, flat screen in the master, and Blueray/DVD player in the living room with cable service including HBO. There's also WiFi (Wireless Internet) and a Sonos stereo system that allows you to control music from your phone or laptop and has two separate music areas (1 inside and 1 outside by the pool). The barn is recently remodeled and is outfitted with ping pong, darts, a pool table, foosball, stereo, and sofa. We have a blast out there!
Walking into the front door you'll immediately notice the openness of the floor plan, with a kitchen that opens up to the large living room that flows into the spacious dining room, making for a 'great room' for entertaining. The outdoor pool and patio is located off of the dining room and is equipped with a dining table, lounge chairs, a pergola for shade, and a festive string of outdoor lights set on a dimmer, perfect for eating, relaxing and entertaining. There is a second deck with a brand new hot tub (2014) and outdoor speakers. The gorgeous views from the outdoor area are towards the west and north (primarily to the west) with open fields, vineyards, a horse ranch and
mountains in the distance. The 3 bedrooms are located on the other side of the house, comprised of a master bedroom with king bed, tv, private bath (incl. walk-in shower), and private deck, and two guest rooms both
with queen beds that share a full (new) bathroom.

Entry to this property is off a busy road leading to a shared, gravel drive with speedbumps and lots of "go slow" signage installed by the 5+ neighbors/homes that share the drive. Kitchen/living/dining areas are recently remodeled with a nice wood burning fireplace. Owners were very responsive to our suggestions and request, house/kitchen were nicely equipped and the home was close to everything. We would stay here again!

Great house, good location for wineries in both Napa and Sonoma. Also did a day trip to San Fran and it was great. Loved the kitchen and great room. The hot tub was wonderful at the end of the day! Definitely a winner.

Don't let the houses on the road deter you from renting this gem. Great house and only 5 minutes to downtown Sonoma. The kitchen is well stocked, beds very comfortable and a fabulous outdoor space. Property manager was easy to get a hold of and responded quickly.

Conveniently located and the property is lovely. Very comfortable. Place could use a few more inexpensive amenities such as shampoo, conditioner and shower gel along with some basic kitchen needs like tin foil and plastic wrap.

We are a group of 5 lifelong friends who meet every year to catch up! This house was the most perfect location! Very comfortable atmosphere and the house was well stocked. Furniture and beds all very comfortable. One night we cooked/bbq’d and sat outside in the beautiful yard. We enjoyed the hot tub and game barn as well. Took some time to shop at the square and did wine tasting at Gun-Bun which was so close. There is something for everybody. Thank you Seth and Patrick for having us. We already can’t wait to return. Many fun memories made.

We really loved the location of the house. Had everything we needed , the king bed was so comfortable. Only little bump in the road was the pool and the hot tub wasn’t as clean as it should have been. Neither had been cleaned prior to our arrival. Rented property because of these amenities, was very disappointed they were not clean. I did reach out to owner and property manager, owner never did respond. Property manager did come and clean pool but was not cleaned properly, so still dirty. Hot tub was so cloudy and also had sand in it. That was our only complaint, otherwise it was a wonderful vacation.

We could not have been more thrilled with our stay in Sonoma. The house was perfect - Quiet and private lane with a beautiful and peaceful setting. Spectacular kitchen, fully loaded with everything you would need. Bedrooms were nice sized, comfortable mattresses and excellent bathrooms. The best part overall though was the pool and property - Great escape after exploring wineries and towns throughout our stay - Whether the pool or hot tub, we enjoyed relaxing in the afternoon. We also had a chance to visit the barn one night - Totally fun experience. We will look to return again! Seth and his property Manager Patrick could not have been more accommodating and so fast with their communication. A must for anyone traveling to Sonoma (or lower Napa!)

We loved our stay. The property is beautifully maintained and managed in a very thoughtful way. Two ways to make coffee, plenty of bottled water, and nice quality sheets are just a few of the touches that make you feel like a valued guest.

Wasn't inspired to play in the barn. No lighted trail.
It was plesently quiet and convenient to town square.
Some things need to be updated. Drains are very slow in bathrooms.
Not enough washcloths and hand towels.

Seth's home was absolutely spectacular. Spacious, comfortable, beds and linens top of the line and nicely-outfitted kitchens. The pool and outdoor area were beautiful and the perfect place to relax after touring wineries all day. It was so peaceful, yet just a 5-minute drive to downtown Sonoma and located within a short drive to many of the area's top wineries. Check-in was so easy and the host was very responsive. Highly recommend!

This home was perfect for our wine country vacation! The game barn was great after a day of hiking or wine tasting! The kitchen was well equipped! The pool area was so pretty and very peaceful and private! The road to Sonoma is a bit busy for walking but it is a quick drive and there is plenty of parking! The owner’s instructions and communication were the best we have ever experienced through VRBO! Would definitely return!

We had a great stay at the property. My girlfriend, myself and two other couples came to town for the Napa Valley Marathon and really enjoyed this property. The house was clean, well equipped, and very close in driving distance to Downtown Sonoma. Would definitely stay here again!

I did a girls weekend in Napa with some old friends and this house couldn't have been more perfect for us! It is beautifully set up and in a perfect location close to downtown Sonoma and also not too far from Napa. The house has everything you might need for a short or long stay and as a bonus the hot tub was already hot and running when we got there. I would 100% stay here again in the future!

We were in town for a wedding and stayed at this little gem! This was our first time in wine country. We had 6 adults and there was plenty of space for everyone. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious. Everything was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials (pots, pans, plates, cups, utensils…everything!). The outdoor space is gorgeous! We only dipped our feet in the pool and is was a little chilly to get in but would be perfect for warmer weather. We did take advantage of the hot tub (it was lovely!) and the barn is a spectacular touch! Fantastic game area! Everything is nicely decorated and there’s plenty of books and games to enjoy. I highly recommend this property and would definitely try to come back and stay here. The area is very nice and quite. Absolutely lovely!

This place can’t be beat! Jump on this property if it’s available on your dates! This was our first time traveling with our 8 month old son (cross country no less) - we were looking for a place that was close to the wineries but also was a bit of a “staycation” during nap times and in the evening. This place hit every mark! Spacious, updated interior, roomy outside with an incredible pool, hot tub and game room. The layout of the house is perfect too with the bedrooms on the opposite side of the living room and pool area so that if someone needs a nap or wants to head to bed early, the rest of the group doesn’t have to be super quiet.
The property is well maintained and both the owner and property manager are friendly, informative and responsive and put our mind at ease by answering all our questions quickly. They have all basic accommodations even a baby crib to make our traveling easier. Location is prime too - very easily driving distance to downtown as well as most wineries and Napa.
The one caution I will make is that the property is off of a busy, main road - it’s very quiet at the house itself, but if you’re interested in a morning walk or run, you have to be careful as the cars on that road give NO mercy. Certainly not a reason to not book this place, but just a word to the wise not to make the same mistake we did trying to take a morning stroll.
If ever in Sonoma again, we will for sure be returning to this property!

This property is fantastic. Amazing views, very clean, comfortable beds, good location, wonderful pool and hot tub. We couldn’t have asked for more. Patrick was also really responsive and helpful when we had an issue. We would totally go back, and I would recommend it to all my friends and family!

We had a marvelous stay at this lovely home. Everything was as pictured and super well appointed. The property was maintained very well and the pool was lovely. When we had a circuit breaker trip by accident the property manager was extremely responsive and friendly. I would highly recommend this property!

The house is beautiful and worked great for our group - two couples staying for a week. House had everything we needed and was super clean. The pool & patio were perfect and we enjoyed a couple “days off” relaxing by the pool. Location is great as well - easy ride to Sonoma square and convenient to head towards Sonoma wineries or over to Napa. House manager was friendly and very responsive! Beautiful spot, we didn’t want to leave!
