This property is serene and cozy. The rooms are pleasant and very comfortable. We had milk and white chocolate covered strawberries waiting for us in the room and a bottle of wine. The rooms are equipped with coffee machines and different snacks replenished daily, all included in your stay. Bottles of water are also included. Our balcony was facing a private garden, and that's where we would start our day, surrounded by different trees, including olive trees and iceberg rose. There was wine tasting in the lobby of our sister hotel which we enjoyed very much, with live music. The free daily breakfast was simple, fresh, and satisfying. Hard boil eggs, cereal, yogurt, cheeses, cured meats, fruits, coffee and tea. Lovely live piano music. There are some fruits and snack in the lobby all day. The pool is a nice size and the pool area is enjoyable, with comfortable lounge chairs and sufficient umbrellas if you need shade. There is an outdoor bar. While we were laying by the pool they brought us frozen fruits on a stick. So good, especially in the heat. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We used the car service twice during our stay. If the car is available, they will take you to your destination, within a certain number of miles. We really had a wonderful time staying at The Estate Yountville. Would like to say thank you for the great service and thoughtful things provided. Looking forward to coming back.

This is a beautiful and very comfortable property in the middle of Yountville, at safe and easily walkable distance from excellent dining and wine tasting locations. The rooms are cozy and elegant. Service is impeccable and courteous. A very luxury and relaxing experience.

I am not sure for the money it is worth it. Expected more. Had to ask for room to be cleaned in a 4 day stay. There was a power cut for 6 hrs, It was disappointing they did not have any back up generators They also did very little to make up for it.

Very nice. A few small weird things in the room (no floor-length hanging space for long dress, no towel hooks near the shower—small things). The outdoor area and pool look a little run down—and to get to the lobby you walk outside in this area. Great/easy parking ($15/day), included continental breakfast was pretty good, the lobby looked nice, location cannot be beat. Overall a very nice hotel, but didn’t quite feel like a five star establishment.

The location of the property was amazing! We walked everywhere we went. The rooms were smallish, and appeared to be clean, but my phone fell behind the headboard and when I reached for it, I pulled out a ball of hair, and spiderwebs along with my phone. The staff was not friendly, or helpful. Everyone receives a continental breakfast. It was a nice spread, but the coffee was always out, the coffee mugs were scarce, and the staff did not rush to refill anything. By the time you waited for a mug, the coffee was out, then there was no sugar. I asked if I could refill the 1/2 & 1/2 for them... There were staff members everywhere, they just didn't move much. Otherwise, great property.

We were not made aware that there would be an extremely loud and disruptive party scheduled across the street from the property during our stay. The Vintage House/The Estate Yountville is quite pricey, and we chose to spend the weekend there to relax and recoup from the work week. The loud music continued for hours and we were extremely disappointed that we paid to be stressed instead. Additionally, during previous stays, we have been impressed by front desk staff's professionalism and courteousness. During this stay, we noted that the front desk personnel are no longer a positive first impression nor reflection of the caliber of property. After checkout we also stayed to lunch in the lobby. The food was cold and unremarkable, and there was no A/C inside during 100 degree weather. We booked there because the property has been a gem for years. It is an understatement to say it was greatly disappointing this time.

Beautiful hotel in a very cute area. Conveniently located for travel to vineyards. Beautiful breakfast offered w room rate. Room was very spacious w gorgeous bathroom. Highly recommend. The price point is a bit high but felt like I got what I paid for in this charming hotel. Staff was very kind.

Poorly designed room: no place to hang towels or clothes in bathroom. Lights on timers that turned bathroom pitch dark. No notice about timers. No closet, no counter space in bedroom. No elevator and not told there would not be one. View out of windows was either other rooms or parking lot. No proper restaurant or breakfast. Barely rate it 3 stars, but the cost was almost $900 per night. Rip off!!
