The room was nice but NO toilet paper. No restaurant, No room service, No food.

Very disappointed that there is no restaurant. The breakfast is a fixed set meal and the cafe closes at 2pm.

NO restaurant, NO room service. Will not stay in this hotel again.

Will back again

The counter staff very polite and friendly. The room I stayed is marvellous. Location is excellent with restaurants, bar and shopping centres just steps away.

My first stay and met my expectations so far.

location is good

1. Staff can be more understanding. I found out I lost my wallet upon check-in and staff still insisted in getting the credit cards. She could have offered to help to call the taxi or offer some kind gestures to show she cares about the customers rather than following the process blindly. I was very disappointed. 2. I always stay at M hotel when I am in Ho Chi Minh city and there's no internal system that identifies loyal and regular customers for special treatment or personalized experience. It's a disappointment.

Excellent location, close to walking distance to many key destinations. Rooms and facilities were clean.

Located in a busy area so was noisy at night. Rooms were also not soundproofed well so could hear people in rooms next to us.

This room no standards, toilet always wet, at night very very noisy.

Toilet and shower same room. Always wet. Very very dangerous for children and older adults.

It was great staying in M hotel! Would definitely come back again!

Super nice and friendly staffs welcomed us with a big smile on their face and the hotel is very clean.

The only thing I didn't like about was the sound proof of the room. Still able to hear loud music playing from around the hotel late at night therefore sleeps were slightly affected

moody stay in centre of town

the property was at the heart of the city. very accessible to everywhere. staff was quite helpful although advised us wrongly on a trip.

no natural light. the finishings were not great. breakfast needs a rehaul. didn’t look fresh or appetizing.

Helpful staff, great location.

The staff were so helpful , even organising our travel arrangements to our next accomodation in another province.

The walls are thin so you can hear people in room next to you.

Good location if you do not mind the mosquitoes and that the walls are not sound proof

location! it’s near to everything we need

The toilet design where the showering is at one side without any in built bathroom shelves to hold the toiletries. There are also mosquitoes and the walls were too thin.

Very good place to stay (if you don’t mind about the noise)

-great location in the middle of the city, good for walking and sight seeing. -next to Saigon square and the walking street -easy to find something to eat!

modern, clean, accessible and staff were friendly.

we stayed at the family room and the walls were pretty thin esp at night-can hear power plugging / door open and close within the family rooms. can also hear other guests room’s water heater or sth.

Dirty hotel

The hotel is located in the heart of district 1. However, at the opposite of the hotel there were some night clubs with prostitutes. Around 5AM there was a drunken girl I assume from the night club knocking on the door of our room and other rooms of our level. She was arguing with another men at the front of our room. After the girl was escorted by the staff of the hotel we heard loud sex sounds coming from the room next to the lift. We assume that the men choose for another prostitute instead of the girl that was escorted away.

The room was dirty. Very noisy hotel with strange guests like prostitutes.
