About this apartment rental

This well-appointed studio apt was recently constructed and provides all of the modern creature comforts to ensure a great stay. The queen bed has a memory foam mattress so comfortable you won't want to get out of bed in the morning! There is a privacy curtain to cordon off the bedroom from the kitchen and living area, providing an air of romance. A fully equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, coffeemaker, etc. offers everything you need to make your own meals if you decide to forego dining at one of Asheville's many award-winning restaurants (or enjoy leftovers). A good-sized bathroom with a walk-in shower completes the package.

Comfort and serenity were our goals in creating this studio. We curated it with a mix of antiques and mid century furniture that have been lovingly collected over the years.

Tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood, yet only a 12 minute walk to downtown. UNC Asheville and the Botanical Gardens are a short distance away along an urban greenway, as are Whole Foods & Trader Joe's. Like Asheville itself, the studio is eclectic and inviting--you won't want to leave.

We absolutely loved this studio apartment!! My wife and I went to Asheville to celebrate our 10 year anniversary and we stayed in Robert and Trudi’s studio apartment. It was absolutely perfect in every way. The place was immaculately clean and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. It’s really close to downtown and we were able to enjoy all that the city has to offer with ease. Next time we are in Asheville we will definitely look to stay here again!

This property was perfect for us. The location is excellent. Just a short 20 minute walk to downtown shops and restaurants. The neighborhood is filled with charming home and beautiful gardens. The studio was clean and beautifully decorated. The owner was friendly and helpful with recommendations for restaurants and activities. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

We loved staying in Robert & Trudy's studio apartment. I am very particular about cleanliness & this apartment was IMMACULATE!! Robert greeted us & gave an orientation of the apartment and of things to do in Asheville. He was very kind & accommodating. The apartment is in a charming, historic neighborhood within walking distance to downtown & many good restaurants. If we ever should travel to Asheville, again, we would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay in this cute studio apartment located in the Montford area. The apartment had all the necessities of home and the location was perfect. Robert and Trudi were wonderful hosts. We would highly recommend staying with them and can’t wait to visit again.

I really enjoyed my stay at this property. Very clean and easy to walk downtown! My only drawback was the bed and bedding wasn’t the most comfortable for me but that is subjective! Highly recommend!

We appreciated how clean the place was, and how gracious Robert and Trudi were, checking in to make sure all was OK and making sure we had what we needed! As folks with fragrance sensitivities we were delighted to find fragrance-free hand and dish soap, and no air fresheners or harsh cleaning smells. The bed was comfortable, the heat worked well, and the kitchen was well-appointed with pots, pans and utensils to cook for the week. If you stay there and need a night stand for the right side of the bed, one of the provided luggage racks topped with the wooden tray from the living room works nicely.

This studio apartment is lovely and stocked with the necessities for a comfortable stay. We loved that it was an easy walk to downtown, but also in a quiet residential neighborhood. The greenway one block away allowed for peaceful and beautiful morning walks. Robert and Trudi were extremely responsive and offered some good recommendations for restaurants. Nine Mile (a short walk from the apartment) is fantastic! I highly recommend this comfortable and impeccably clean studio apartment for your visit to Asheville.

The property is perfect for a couple who wants to visit Asheville. It is a five minute drive from downtown. The property is a small apartment above a garage with the basics of anything you might need. A bed, a couch/TV, and a small kitchen. It’s a very nice apartment in a safe/historic neighborhood. The owner of the property is the personification of class and hospitality. I would go here again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful studio apartment in the lovely historic Montford neighborhood about 10-12 minute walk to downtown Asheville. The greenway, botanical gardens and UNC are steps away. It is immaculate and has everything you need. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to come back!

Robert and Trudi have a perfect studio for those visiting Asheville! Everything is right around the corner. We visited the Biltmore and ate at some excellent places less than a mile from the studio! The apartment was immaculate and well stocked with whatever you might need!!

My husband and I had a great time at this lovely studio in Montford! Easy walk to several restaurants in Montford and not far to downtown Asheville. Highly recommend Tall Johns and All Day Darling to eat! Robert was super nice and accommodations were just like the pictures. We loved the quiet neighborhood but still walkable to downtown Asheville. Would definitely stay here again!

Nicely decorated with new kitchen and bathroom. The charming neighborhood is filled with Victorian homes and bed and breakfast inns. Probably best for those with a car, but we took Ubers and also had our daughter who lives in Asheville drive us to the downtown.

Cozy, quiet, and clean studio apartment. Beautifully furnished, well-appointed, and very comfortable. The location is convenient, within minutes of great restaurants and breweries. Robert greeted us warmly when we arrived and gave us complete privacy during our two-night stay. We are already talking about when we can come back for another visit, that's how much we enjoyed it!

The place was spacious and super clean and comfortable with ample parking in the driveway and street. The large shower was great. The neighborhood was really nice with cute houses and not too far from downtown, which can be walked in about 15-20 minutes. Totally doable on a nice day. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time staying in this apt. The owners were very responsive. Super clean place with all the necessities. You are about 1.3 miles to downtown and we walked to town everyday. Recommend this for couples that want a cool little place in the historic district of Asheville.

We loved our time at this studio. It is immaculately clean and centrally located. Access to walking trail one block behind property, great for running. Amazing attention to detail with several recommendations and all the amenities needed. Will definitely stay here again!
