About this apartment rental
This 2-bedroom condo is located on the top floor of Lincoln House, overlooking the central courtyard of the Village at Mammoth, and located just a few steps from the Village Gondola. As well, shops, restaurants, the Village pool, Jacuzzis, and the fitness centers are also just a few steps away. The large balcony offers breathtaking views of the main Village courtyard, and Sherwin mountain range with its dramatic sunsets. This upscale condo is beautifully furnished, and features a full kitchen and 2 full bathrooms, all with granite countertops. The master bedroom features a King size bed, the guest room a queen size bed, and the living room has a queen sleeper sofa (condo sleeps up to 6). There are 3 flat screen TVs, and 3 DVD players. Heating is electric as well as a gas fireplace in the living room. This unit has its free WiFi internet access. No smoking is allowed. There is a reserved ski and snowboard locker in the lobby area (please bring a padlock). Please note that skis, snowboards and bicycles are not allowed in the unit, as they scratch the walls). Sorry, pets are not allowed. One parking pass is provided for unassigned underground parking in the Village (there is no option for a second parking pass, due to the Village parking restrictions). Convenient shuttle buses stop by the Village, and can take you virtually anywhere in town. Rates listed here are guaranteed to be at least 10% lower than you would find if you booked directly through the mountain, and this condo is arguably the best 2-bedroom condo in the Village. This beautiful condo is exceptionally well appointed and equipped with everything you might need. We were able to hear the various musical artists and watch the spectacular 4th of July firework show directly from the large balcony. We very much enjoyed using the pool and various jacuzzis after our hikes and bike outings. Thank you, Marc, for a lovely stay.

Our family had a wonderful stay in the village condo. The location couldn’t be better. My husband and boys hit the slopes and I hit the village shops. The condo was spacious, clean and comfortable. The view of the mountains is breath taking and the village below will keep you entertained.

This is truly a great location, in the Village right across from the Village Gondola. We booked 8 nights for Christmas / New Years. While unpacking, we noticed a dripping sound under the kitchen sink. The water filtration system was leaking, the cabinet floor was so severely damaged it had buckled, there was water everywhere and massive amounts of mold on the rear of the cabinet.
Contacted Marc immediately, turns out he was aware of an issue under the sink but didn't see it fit to let us know beforehand (said he didn't notice mold, when he was there 10 days prior, tried to get a plumber but couldn't due to the holidays). Surprise, he got a plumber to come out within 30min (on Christmas Eve) the plumber managed to shut the filtration system off but couldn't do anything about the mold, said its a major job. He laughed when I said Marc didn't notice the mold 10 days prior, I wish I could post pics here but I don't see where I can? This mold was clearly not new, and has built up over a long period of time. Plumber showed me the texts from Marc re: the issue dating back to November!
We could smell the Mold, I had brought a lot of food to cook, we instead had to eat out as we just didn't feel comfortable spending anytime in the kitchen.
Marc apologized for the inconvenience and said he would like to make it up to us. He has initiated a refund of 5.97% which honestly is a slap in the face, in my opinion. Marc you're better than that.

We loved our stay in this awesome village condo! So convenient to everything and very spacious for relaxing after a snow/ski day. The kitchen was well stocked and everything in the home was in good working order. Internet will be spotty at times but that’s anywhere in mammoth and changes with the weather! Marc was very responsive and helpful, and check-in/check-out were both super quick and easy! Great for a family of four or two couples

We go to Mammoth very often, finding this beautiful condo in the village was a treat as this is our favorite location.
The condo is beautifully decorated with fantastic views. We had a wonderful time while celebrating a special birthday. We’re looking forward to coming back to this condo upon our next trip.

Marc’s place had plenty of space for the family. It was very well equipped with everything we needed. Watching the live music from the beat deck in the Village was the best part.

The condo is on the top floor, above Gomez's, with a view of the Village Gondola. The unit was clean, well-appointed, and everything was in working order. Communication with the owner was excellent. Would absolutely book it again.

This is one delightful property where it's obvious the owner, Marc, truly wants you to have a wonderful visit. Hence, you will find from the moment you arrive you feel as though you're at home. The remote check-in process is flawless and parking is readily available and safe from the elements.
We entered a thoughtfully appointed property, with just the right amount of furniture and decor, and headed immediately to see the view from the deck. And WOW... the view is truly amazing, encompassing mountains, mountains and more mountains, distant lakes, the center Village shopping street, the main Village Stage and, of course, the gondola which is whisper quiet and only about 30 steps from the edge of the building. Ski lockers are conveniently available (bring your own lock).
This property is pleasantly appointed and feels current. As a person who notices tiny details of cleanliness, I felt this unit was quite tidy. We enjoyed the wood trim, the amber lighting, the many thoughtful touches that make this property feel like a home as opposed to a dull, lifeless room in some behemoth, anonymous hotel. Great effort has been made so that items are easily and readily found... the kitchen is well equipped and small labels direct you to nearly everything. Alexa may also be used to enhance your visit. I wondered how well satellite might function and I'm thrilled to say it was nearly flawless, as was the Wi-Fi, and service interruptions were rare and very short, but expected due to the heavy snow we experienced.
Our host made our visit perfect. Marc is a brilliant, truly enjoyable gentleman and communicator, and also an organizational genius, who coordinated every single detail of our stay, perfectly overseeing our reservation, our payment, our requested housekeeping dates, he monitored our safe arrival and did absolutely everything to ensure our comfort and make our stay not only memorable but outstanding !! Marc also assured us he was immediately available by phone for any questions and/or concerns we might have (we had none as Marc takes the time to consider each visit from the perspective of his guests).
We love this property and will surely return. The pleasure of celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary there will never be forgotten. Nor will the immense kindness of our gracious host, Marc. Thank you, Marc... you are an accomplished, amazing, impressive, fascinating gentleman and a tremendous asset to the Mammoth Lakes community.

What an amazing base for our 3 days at Mammoth. From the moment we walked in we absolutely loved this little gem of an apartment. Right in the center of all the action at Mammoth village we were within minutes to the shops, food and bars. The apartment was clean, cosy, had comfortable beds and a very well stocked kitchen!! Marc was a very attentive host who answered any queries I had extremely quickly. It was our first time at Mammoth but when we come back (and we most definitely will) we would love to stay at your home again! Highly recommended

Enjoyed our weekend at this lovely condo. Top floor views of main courtyard in Village provide excellent people watching and a great place to enjoy music from the festivals that happen there. Just sat back and relaxed each night.

Perfect Mammoth Getaway in The Village
Amazing view of The Village from the 4th floor! There was a convention going on, so there was a music stage in the circle with several bands playing Friday and Saturday night, but they were respectful and ending by 10pm. Great artists, so fun. Condo extremely clean and organized. We will 100% come back.

Great location, amazing condo! From the tech controls (Alexa) and amenities (bedding, well-stocked kitchen), this place was perfect for our long weekend of skiing. Marc was super responsive to questions we had. Check-in was super simple and automated. The condo unit is very clean and well-maintained. Highly recommended!

Perfect Village Condo close to the gondola
We just returned from the perfect skiing trip to Mammoth. This condo is located in a premier location overlooking the Village shops and only steps away from the gondola that takes you up to Canyon Lodge.
The condo was well appointed and equipped with voice activated light switches in the main living area and master bedroom, which was very cool. They fire place was wonderful and the balcony was perfectly situated to see the gorgeous mountains and the happenings down below. The master bed was so comfy and I loved the oversized tub to soak in after a long day of skiing. Overall we had the perfect stay and will definitely be back!

This property is amazing, it has everything a family needs including space! My family of 4 enjoyed the spaciousness and convenience of this village property. Marc contacted me via text for check in and stayed in touch to make sure everything was as expected. I would highly recommend this property.

This property was wonderfully located in the Village. We were able to listen to all the different venues from the balcony. Our host Marc was quick to respond and very informative with new info. Would definitely stay again!
