Conveniently situated a few blocks west of downtown Oak Bluffs, this newly built home is a quick one-mile walk from the Steamship Authority Terminal. Take your kids for a spin on the Flying Horses Carousel one mile east, or spend your days in the sunshine on Eastville Beach (half a mile west), Oak Bluffs Town Beach (one mile east), and Inkwell Beach (less than two miles east).
Simple, casual, and comfortable, the living space is a wonderful respite for a beach-going family or a group of friends. With four bedrooms plus a loft space, there's plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Come home from a day on the sand to throw your bathing suits in the private washer/dryer, luxuriate in the central air conditioning, and use the free WiFi to share photos of the day's adventures.

Spacious. Clean. So great not having to worry about linens, towels or pillows. 3 bathrooms made it easy for everyone to get ready.
Coffee pot was tiny. No teapot. Would recommend staying here.
Would have liked instructions for the heat/ac and the tv remotes.

Overall enjoyed our stay at this property. There were 8 of us who traveled for a golf weekend and the property can definitely can sleep more than that. About a 20 minute walk to restaurants and the property is located off a quiet side street. Very good communication with Vacasa and everything was very clean. There definitely are some more luxurious properties on the island but this fit exactly what our group needed at a reasonable price.

I could not have selected a better home and location for first visit to Martha's Vineyard. The home was spacious and comfortable. It was a short distance to downtown beach and shops and with kids made it very convenient. I give it 5 Stars!!!

Good space for family but the spiders upstairs in the loft were wild. Also the couches need to be replaced or either cleaned. Beds were ok. Trash system is confusing.

It was a new house with lots of room for sleeping. One hairdryer for 3 bathrooms, and no laundry detergent starter pak.. kitchen was fine, had everything except ice cube trays.

Perfect for a group of friends or a family. Clean, huge backyard with BBQ and lots of seating. Have to say the response to messages was little to none but, super easy check in and check out.

The house is cute inside and nestled in a nice quiet neighborhood with plenty of space to spread out for the six of us while we attended a three day wedding event. It was central to Oaks Bluff & Vinyard Haven. The house was clean and easy to access. My only grievance would be to leave instructions on how to operate the split systems for heat/AC for ones that are unfamiliar with it.
I think the kitchen could be better equipped with decent glassware, pots and pans and serving platters, wood charcuterie board for the nights when we cooked in.
The beds were quite comfortable but could use more decent bedding.
I would recommend this place for groups requiring a place for family and friends.

We loved the location very close to the ferry and Oak Bluffs shops also not far from Edgartown. The house was very nice and had enough bedrooms and bathrooms to meet our needs. The only thing I would add is to place at least one full length mirror in the house so that you could check how you look before you leave , especially for special occasions.

This was the perfect location for our girls trip. The house was located on a quiet neighborhood while also being in walking distance to town. The house was clean and plenty of room for 10 adult women. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location. Clean. Spacious. Convenient to Oaks Bluffs and Vineyard Haven. Vacasa - not flexible, property management company. If property is cleaned and ready allow travelers to gain early access. Continue to adhere to check out times to ensure timeliness for cleaning. That's what owner's do.
