Nearly a ski-in/ski-out location! Come to this quiet, private mountain retreat that is just a short, one-block walk to Chairlift #15, located at the Juniper Springs area of Little Eagle Lodge. This townhome-style, ground-level condo boasts a fully-equipped granite kitchen with breakfast bar/stools, formal dining area/table for 6, in-unit washer/dryer, and a community heated pool (in summer) and spa (year-round). Enjoy TVs in every room, and free high-speed internet. Park your car in the secured, heated, underground parking garage.

Stay warm while gathering around the custom river rock fireplace, or get some fresh air on the private deck with BBQ, overlooking the Sierra Star Golf Course.

Accommodates up to 6 people with a King-size bed in the master bedroom, a bunk bed beds in the second bedroom with a queen on top and queen on the bottom, and a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. All linens are provided.

On the adjacent street, a free town shuttle picks up every 15 minutes, transitioning between The Village, shops, restaurants, discount outlets, movie theaters, grocery stores and more.

No smoking/ No pets

Two parking passes come with this unit. There is only one assigned space in the underground garage (space #105) Overflow parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis around the complex.

Condo was clean and adequate equipped located on a golf course. Fun to sit on the patio in the morning and watch the golfers. The condo was comfortable, bed in master very comfortable. We were there in beautiful weather so didn’t use heating system. Bathroom came equipped with basic necessities to get you through a weekend and shower pressure was awesome. We liked the condo location and would not hesitate to stay here again. Keyless entry which I love. Pool and hot tub, hot tub was out of order so we didn’t use it.

“Nearly ski in/ski out” is misleading. It is neither. It’s not far from Eagle Lodge, but you have to walk. Inside the condo is basically as pictured and more than fine for 2-4 people. More than that would be very tight. The only heat in the kitchen/dining/living area is from the gas fireplace but it delivers nice warmth and ambience. When its pilot went out from the wind the tablet directions were wrong so we had to request maintenance who responded quickly. All appeared clean but we did find a credit card under the bench in the master bath so we kinda wondered about cleaning. The property management kept walkways well cleared though we were there during the blizzard. The checkout procedures and costs for failing to follow them seemed somewhat extreme. Grill worked great and an extra cylinder was provided. All in all we were happy with the unit and our blizzard stay. But definitely not ski in/ski out.

Condo was perfect for my family’s weekend snowboard trip. Plenty of space, very clean, it felt like home away from home. Underground garage was golden. Will stay here again if bailable. Thank you

Family of four w critical teenagers, we had a great time at this unit. Efficient check-in and check-out process. We cooked all meals at the unit, which was stocked w appropriate meal prep materials. We’ve stayed at other units in this complex but will be returning to this unit for future visits. Great job on being a solid host.

We really enjoyed our time in this condo. Had plenty of space for my wife and I and our two boys (11 & 9). Condo was well stocked and had pretty much everything we needed. Really was close to everywhere in Mammoth and a nice quiet location. Highly recommended!

We have stayed at Mammoth Green a number of times but never in this unit. We were very comfortable here. We cook a lot and the unit was well equipped. The working outdoor grill was a bonus and we used it a couple times. The surroundings are so beautiful overlooking the golf course and the sherwins. We ate on the balcony a few times and read and relaxed there. The pool and jacuzzi were always clean and welcoming.

We enjoyed our stay. The property was clean. Much snow. This affected the property. The garage door was not working, nor tv nor access to spa. All due to snow. Everything was nice. The F2 on the range kept beeping at night. However, management said it would get fixed. Easy walk to Eagle lodge. All good. Just much snow affecting the property.

Skiing out of Eagle was so convenient from this location. Short 5 minute walk, and literally ski in/out when the snow is dumping! The amenities are great here, and the place feels much larger than it is. I will definitely be back. Very clean and great experience with the staff on the phone.

Second time that I have stayed in this unit. Great location. Nice layout. Stocked with everything you need. Have had an issue with the pool not being open both times. First stay Mammoth 5 star was very helpful. Not so much this time. It would be nice to know if the pool was not available as we have a little one that likes to swim. Floors were a little on the dirty side. We constantly had black feet. Otherwise, still had a great stay. Always love coming to Mammoth.

This unit had everything we needed. It's on the ground floor and easy to move into, and the garage came in handy with the storm that dumped 12 inches on everyone else's car. We used the washer/dryer so we didn't have to worry about doing a ton of laundry when getting home. Thank you.

The unit itself is great but it is definitely no a ski in ski out. Its basically located behind the end of the parking lot at Eagle. Its a trek and if you have young kids not ideal. However, the property itself is gorgeous and maintained beautifully. The staff is very kind but the location is just further than you think it is. Its probably great for teenagers and adults.
