Steve's place was cozy, clean, and spacious. It had all the necessities for cooking with plenty of pans, plates and utensils. The directions were clear and easy to follow. Steve was a fantastic host and communicator. He messaged me during our stay to inform us about the incoming snowstorm and let us know where the shovels were located to use for digging out our cars in the morning. Thank you, Steve!

Walking distance to Eagle Lodge ski lift, so that's convenient. There was ample parking. Hot tub fills up quick and closes at 9pm, which is a bummer. Also, couldn't find code for it on instructions so ask ahead of time. Place is spacious

Check-in was easy with the lock box on the door which beats going to a rental office to get the key. Bedrooms are nice with warm comforters in the winter. Kitchen is fully stocked, and they have both Netflix and AppleTV+ when you are done with a day's skiing or hike.

Accurate pics. The condo is on the older side and could use a refresh. That being said, it was very clean, and had everything we needed. Wi-Fi was fast and there was plenty of hot water for all the showers. Master bed was very comfortable. Kids loved the loft. Thanks!

It’s been 7 years since we have been back to Mammoth. As a kid we used to go yearly and as we have grown older it’s been hard to find time. We payed our dues over the last 2 years being frontline workers and trying to raise 2 kids. Thank you we needed this. Both kids really got to experience fishing and had better luck then the adults. They are already talking about the next trip. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

I’ve stayed at Snowcreek properties numerous times and don’t look anywhere else. This unit is a two bedroom townhouse that is clean and very comfortable. The owner has maintained the property with everything you can think of. The Spa nearby is a welcome site following a full day of skiing.

Loved staying at Steve’s condo, location is close to town and a quick hop to the slopes. Lots of comfortable touches (throw blankets) to snuggle in, and the beds were comfy. The kitchen is well appointed with spices/coffee just in case! Love having the Crock Pot! We will visit again with friends/family.

We recently spent a week in this condo and had a great time. It's really comfortable - good living room seating, cozy. Good beds. Lovely view. And it was super clean! I appreciate the owner's commitment to extra cleaning during the pandemic. Owner was very responsive to my inquiries. And the lack of an ice maker was not a big deal! There are ice trays for ice.

The great attributes of this property are; 1) the location in Mammoth Lakes, 2) close parking roughly 100' from the front door, 3) overall Value, 4) the view of the mountains and pond from the living room and master bedroom, and 5) it's cleanliness. Minor negatives are: the dated decor, no icemaker in the fridge, and the Snowcreek HOA spa/hot tub facilities are very poorly maintained.

The renting process was simple and easy. Owner followed strict covid protocols. The property is located at a central location, close to downtown, and eagle lodge. The property was clean and well maintained. We had a great time staying here and will do it again.
