Tolles Apartment (kein Hotel!) mit Parkplatz und Ausblick

Sehr gut gelegenes Apartment, mit allem was man benötigt. Modern ausgestattet, inklusive Bad und Toilette. Guter Klimaanlage und Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Das Highlight: Toller Blick aufs Meer von der fünften Etage.

Kleine Makel: Der Fahrstuhl ist etwas stickig und mehr Handtücher wären toll. Und es ist eben kein Hotel, das sollte klar gestellt werden auf den Buchungsplattformen

Appartamento grande, biciclette pessime.

L'appartamento è molto spazioso, presenza di lavatrice e asciugatrice. Comoda la presenza di un balcone per stendere. I letti sono i più duri sui quali abbiamo mai dormito, ma sorprendentemente non scomodi. La spiaggia per noi più bella dell'isola, è Sunayama Beach, è a 30' di bicicletta dall'hotel. L'hotel dista 15 minuti di taxi dall'aeroporto.

Prima di tutto un consiglio prezioso: fate per tempo la patente internazionale e noleggiate una macchina! Se venite qui per girare varie spiagge, non fidatevi di chi dice che ci si muove comodamente in bici elettrica. Noi ci siamo mossi sia in bicicletta che in taxi, ma le spiagge vicine all'hotel (raggiungibili a piedi) non sono così belle. Parlando ora della struttura: lo staff, gentile, non parla inglese. Siamo riusciti a lasciare le valigie prima del check-in solo perché abbiamo incontrato la signora delle pulizie fuori dall'hotel che ha telefonato a qualcuno dello staff. Abbiamo noleggiato dal form di prenotazione due biciclette ed è stato drammatico: le prime due bici erano nuove ma piccole, di quelle pieghevoli. Una ruota si è bucata (o lo era già?) e abbiamo chiesto la sostituzione la sera. Nessuno risponde alle mail prima delle 10, quindi il secondo giorno ci siamo mossi in taxi. La bici sostitutiva è arrivata la sera in condizioni pessime, totalmente arrugginita. Incredibile ma anche lei con una ruota bucata. Chiesta sostituzione, terzo giorno di nuovo in taxi. Bici cambiata, sempre con una molto arrugginita, ma finalmente siamo riusciti a muoverci in bici, per andare in spiaggia e uscire a cena la sera.

とても良かった。　長期滞在に向いています。

部屋は広く清潔で、気持ちよく宿泊できた。お風呂が綺麗だった。洗濯機＋乾燥機があり、とても良かった。今回はキッチンは使用しなかったが、あればとても便利。スタッフの方々が感じが良かった。

チェックイン時間がもう少し早い方がいい。　午後４時だった。ゴミステーションにゴミが多く、捨てられなかった。　もう少し綺麗にしては如何でしょう。

Hiltonで学会が開催されたが、ホテル代が高すぎて研究費で支払える金額を超えてしまうため歩ける距離の範囲で選んだのだが、その割にとても良かった。

低価格のレンタル品を含めて必要なものが整っており、スタッフが常駐していなくても全く問題なかった。

レノビがきれいにしてあり、気持ちよく滞在できた。この価格でとてもコスパがよいホテル。お勧めします。シービューのお部屋との記載通り、立地は素晴らしい。

お得で綺麗な部屋で良かったです。

ガス乾燥機つきで、洗濯洗剤もありすごく良かったです。３人で泊まりましたが、お部屋も広くて良かったです。

Reasonable stay in a bad location

It was very clean inside with my supplies

The location is terrible - mid of nowhere near the big road, far from the center, far from the beach. However in general Miyako island has too much of a city infrastructure. If you don’t have a car, would be very difficult to move around.

市街地の近くで部屋も広々としていてゆったり出来た風呂、トイレが別、洗濯機、乾燥機が備えてあり長期滞在に良いと思います

If you have a hire car this location is great especially for the price. Not a super busy area but central enough to be anywhere within a quick drive. Free and easy parking as well. Room was nice, big and comfortable with good view as well. Fantastic base to explore the island from. Very kind staff on top of everything.

The staff was helpful to requests. The location is good, but a bike or car will be a big help.

Be aware, no staff at checkin, and I did not get the email to check in prior to arrival, and so was not able to rent a bike (requires 2 day notice). Be aware, the kitchenette has no utensils unless you order in advance.

Love the charm of this GH

The room was clean, very comfortable, and the staff were amazing. They went over and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown and need a quiet residential area. enjoy at your own terrace with good coffee! supermarket local restaurants 24h convenience store are within 10min on foot highway bus terminal is 15 min (8min by local bus)

Big nice room but horrible WiFi

1.Probably the most spacious room you can get for this money, and i was happy to see good writing desk as i needed to work 2. Nicely organized bathroom/laundry area which has everything what is needed 3. Free bicycle near the entrance made my life there so much easier!

1. The hotel provides kitchen , and there is even a tiny stove inside the drawers, but how come it is not obvious that you also have to provide plates and utensils at least for 1/2people for an apartment type hotel where people actually really supposed to eat and live refular life. 2. Absolutely horrible WiFi! I pick specifically this hotel because of big room and big desk as i came for workation! And it caused me many troubles aftermath when i figured out that there is no wifi which laptop can use, like literally no network, only network of neighborhood hotel , and the staff was absolutely not ready to solve this kind of issue, as well as email to the hotel service center didn't help to solve anything. So don't pick this hotel if you need stable wifi! Because no one gonna care in this hotel about this kind of problem!
