Incredible ocean views from this sixth-floor PENTHOUSE professionally designed by an award-winning Interior Decorator featuring 2 stylish King bedrooms, a sitting room with a queen pullout sofa, Media Room with 2 Sofas and 3 beautiful bathrooms (sleeps 6) with access to 2 elevators. Imaginative wave-inspired ceiling and welcoming decor create an exquisite ambiance. Beautiful art and comfortable, modern furnishings ensure pure luxury at the beach.
This villa boasts gorgeous finishes in the kitchen and baths with ample storage space. The kitchen has purified hot and cold water, custom floor-to-ceiling soft closure cabinetry, double ovens, a pull-out spice rack with spices provided, tray storage, and stocked with all the utensils you would have at home.
Two large primary bedrooms each with its own 42" HD TV and large compartmented closets with valet pulls for generous storage. Both primary bathrooms have marble walk-in showers with full-size built-in benches, double bowl sinks, and lots of storage. The main primary bath has a heated tile floor for an extra dose of luxury. Upstairs you will find the sitting room with a queen pullout sofa and the media room with 2 sofas. Downstairs there is a separate laundry room with a sink, washer, and dryer, and lots of cabinets for storage. Beach towels (8) are provided plus beach chairs (4).
Other amenities include a premier TV channel for uninterrupted movie viewing and WIFI. There is a built-in desk with an ocean view. The ocean views from the balcony are incomparable with 180-degree views of the beach. The balcony has a 50" high boy table and chairs, seating 6 comfortably. The guests look over the railing - not through it - at the ocean. The villa includes a starter supply of soap, shampoo, conditioner, Kleenex, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry, and dishwashing detergent. There is a maximum of 2 vehicles permitted for overnight parking.

My husband and I have been vacationing on Kiawah Island for many years. All of the properties we’ve rented have been acceptable. This property, however, is exceptional in every way. It is obvious that the owner has spared no cost in equipping and caring for this property - from the heated floors in the bathroom to the fully equipped kitchen (and so many other features). The views from this condo are truly awesome. The host/owner is Maxine. Maxine takes great pride in taking care of every little detail to insure that you have exactly what you need/want for your stay. She even leaves you a bottle of wine - your choice red or white! We will definitely return to this property.

The host Maxine was awesome and this property of hers is exactly as advertised. We had a wonderful week here in Kiawah, and every evening we sat on the balcony enjoying the great view and breeze. Best view on Kiawah
Our family has been visiting Kiawah for over 30 years. We've stayed in many different locations on the island, but this one was by far the best. Great home, all the amenities, with a killer view. Enjoy the pelicans as they fly by your balcony. Watch the moon come up over the water. Our family was lucky enough to see the strawberry moon and it was spectacular! This penthouse was amazing!

This unit has the best view of Kiawah Beach! The unit is beautiful, and Maxine, the property owner, is amazing; she is thoughtful, genuine, caring, and incredibly accommodating. We will definitely plan to stay in this unit again next time we come to Kiawah 😊

Windswept 5142
We love Kiawah and have rented many condos and houses there for the past 20 years. This condo was nice and the owner and property manager made sure everything was great for our stay. I felt like the living spaces were not as big in this condo as many we have rented in the past. The kitchen was very well appointed with everything you could imagine and more. The beds were very comfortable and the master bedroom has an ocean view. Being on the top floor, we had a wonderful view, however, the condo has only one balcony which is not very big. It accommodates about 4 people comfortably. We had a great time watching the deer in the evening. The building is right beside the boardwalk to the beach, which was very convenient. We also loved having beach chairs and towels to use during our stay.

This villa was absolutely lovely, extremely clean and well-maintained, and filled with high end touches. It was our first trip to Kiawah Island and villa owner Maxine was very willing to share restaurant and other recommendations for things to do in the area. Her suggestions were so helpful to us. Beautiful views from this property from the living and bedroom areas. Well-stocked pantry and bath, high-end items. We had an issue with the heat during a cold spell that was resolved via text message, and there was some construction we didn't know about that ended our stay early. Owner is very communicative.

Perfect location for family time
We arrived with our two teenage children with plenty of space for all. The condo has everything you will need for a wonderful stress free stay. We enjoyed the oceanfront outdoor patio especially for the New Years firework display on the beach! Maxine was so responsive and accommodating!! Would definitely stay again!

Fabulous Dual Family Vacation
Clean, spacious, beautifully decorated condo with fabulous views and easy access to the beach. We had 8 guests, including 4 adults, 3 kids ages 5-8 and an infant, and we never felt cramped in this gorgeous oceanfront home. Maxine is the most gracious hostess of any rental experience I’ve ever had, from her personal phone call when I booked, down to the final day of my family vacation. Her recommendations for bike rental and dining options made our stay more enjoyable, as well as the stocked kitchen, which made it easy to prepare almost of our meals at home. If you like to pack light, the washer and drier make it easy to do so, and if you prefer to overpack, you’ll be stunned by the closet and drawer space available in the bedrooms and bathrooms. Maxine has thought of absolutely every amenity for your family to feel at home like our two families did. Boogie boards, beach chairs, an umbrella and a basketball for the court at Night Heron Park. This was our first visit to Kiawah Island, and we will definitely be back. Thank you, Maxine!

Great condo, very nice people. Dishes very dirty when we checked in. Owner needed multiple maintenance projects done while we were there which was annoying.

Relaxing Visit to Kiawah Island
My husband and I just returned from our first visit to Kiawah Island. We had a fantastic time. This condo is just perfect. It is well-decorated, comfortable, incredibly clean, and a perfect location to The Sanctuary (just next door), the beach/ ocean, bike trails, the East Beach Market, etc. The view of the beach/ ocean is incredible. We had a full moon during our stay and the ocean was lit up each night. Wow! We could not have asked for more. We highly recommend this condo. The owner, Maxine, is just friendly and lovely and will help you in any way you need. We definitely recommend renting bikes for your stay too. They drop off and pick up - super easy. So much fun!
