Alles in Allem gut, für den Preis, kann man auch kaum mehr erwarten. Wichtigster Punkt für uns war die Gastfreundschaft,

Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, haben uns herzlich empfangen und waren bei Allen Fragen sehr hilfsbereit.

Ausstattung der Appartements lässt viel Spielraum offen. Küche ist keine vorhanden, lediglich eine Kochherdplatte und ein Wasserkocher in einer kleinen Ecke. Kein Wasser auf dem Zimmer, kein Kaffee zum selber kochen. Kein Föhn, jedoch bekommt man diesen, wenn man fragt. Auf Booking.com kann man Zimmer mit Meerblick buchen, jedoch hat man max. seitl. Meerblick, wenn man sich über das Balkongelände lehnt. Auch wird der Standort direkt am Strand angezeigt, das Gebäude ist jedoch nach hinten versetzt und liegt keineswegs direkt am Strand.

Kurz: Es war ein schöner, empfehlenswerter Urlaub. Kleine Mängel lassen sich immer beseitigen😊

Sehr gut gefallen hat uns, dass - wir nach Rücksprache mit dem Eigentümer eine Woche später anreisen durften und auch nach den Check-in-Zeiten empfangen wurden - auf Wünsche immer eingegangen wurde und die Erreichbarkeit (telefonisch) gut war, auch wenn die Rezeption geschlossen war - die Aussicht schön war - der Weg zum Strand ein Katzensprung war - die Gäste ermäßigte Verzehrmarken für das hauseigene Restaurant erhalten haben - es sauber war ==> + Flexibilität + Erreichbarkeit + Lage + Sauberkeit

Nicht so gut gefallen hat uns, dass - die Internetverbindung im Apartment schlecht war - die Betten (zu kantig, sodass man sich immer angeschlagen hat und beim Ein-/Aussteigen sich angestoßen hat) und die Matratzen unbequem (gaben sehr stark nach) waren - es keine "richtige" Küche gab, da man das Geschirr im Bad spülen musste. Zudem gab es keinen Backofen und keine Mikrowelle. Zum Kochen gab es nur eine Herdplatte und einen kleinen Topf. ==> - Internet - Bett und Matratzen - Küche

Not worth your money.

The water pressure was good, as well as its temperature. It’s also close to the beach

The cleaning was done only once in six days that we’ve been there. And that’s only because I specifically asked the staff to clean the room (they didn’t do a good job either). They didn’t even restock the tp. The Wi-Fi would drop the connection every 5-10 minutes. There kitchen is there just so they could tick a box. There is no room to cook anything, the only sink is in the bathroom. The kettle was dirty. For the price they’re charging it’s unacceptable.

Administrator of hotel was very kind, my wife is pregnant and we needed to change the dates - they changed as was requested. In the end we can't arrive and booking was forwarded to our friends.

Nice apartment but absolutely no additional service provided, just promises through messages.

Apart hotel is close to both beaches - Maly and Velikij Pijesak . Its almost on the beach so it takes you 4 minutes to go for your swim. Small beach (behind corner, just walk through David outside restaurant) is ideal for small kids as it has a lot of sand and there are almost no stones there. Velikij Pijesak Beach is to crowded and full stones, but it does have that nice holiday feeling. Apartment was nicely furbished, clean at our arrival and suitable for small kids. Owner provided extra warm blanket and there are 2 aircon units, big balcony, sea view as well. Everything was almost brand new - recently finished.

Room cleaning service - there was no apartment cleaning our whole stay, also this is probably not suitable if you have knee problems or hip replacement as there is really steep staircase to 4th floor. Also there was no additional service provided - if you need anything, you have to arrange it for yourself and be resourceful. Transport from Bar train station was promised but nobody showed at our arrival, half board promised but not avaliable for us - this cost us lot of money. Worst thing happened when we arrived - nobody was expecting us and nobody was at reception for first 4 days of our stay (Lady from restaurant gave us card from apartment and that was all). Imagine coming to place and nobody knows that you arriving that day, nobody speaks English and pick up the phone. All what has been promised and guaranteed by owner in messages is not available.

Nice place but small things matter (easy to fix though)

super friendly stuff, cleaning ladies, receptionists always helpful, especially with transfers

(1) all the locks removed, even from the bathroom (!). that’s probably OK if you travel on your own or as a couple but if you have teens in your family, it’s not good. (2) one remote for air conditioning for two rooms (!) if you want to switch on or off and AC in your room in the middle of the night you might need to go to another room and try to find it, sometimes it’s not a trivial task (3) there is a brilliant induction hob but no the pan is not compatible (!) why would you do that? (4) wires are still without any fittings, inside the property as well as in corridors.

Superb

Location very close to the beach. Beautiful view from the balcony. Modern, nice rooms.

Despite being an apartman hotel, kitchenette is not well equipped, no sink, only 1 stove.

The building is in a very good and quiet place ... the road to the building is very often marked, easy to orient as well as close to the main road. very nice apartments, clean, well organized and very close to the beach. I preferred you to visit and you will be amazed too.

Certainly not as expected , clever pictures were taken of the bedroom, I would not recommend

No one was at reception when we arrived 3.30pm we had to find the helpful caretaker from the restaurant below to let us in. The actual staff did not arrive until 8.30 at night as we had an issue with a non working TV which they fixed as it required an internet card which had run out . The Building was off recent construction but of very poor quality & build standard. Central staircase steps were not off equal distance and the top one made you trip. The room was dirty see shower , unfinished electrical work cables exposed, poor water pressure (see pic of bath tap fully open), TV at least 15% from the horizontal, room smelt of strongly of damp due to water penetration in various places, WC too high and I am 182cm. The building is unrecognisable from outside compared to the booking.com picture almost to the point where you would question is it actually the same building. The onsite car park was subject to a very tight access corner .

Everything was perfect, stuff is amazing and really helpful. Room was nice and clean with amazing view of the sea and beach. P.S There is a nice girl at the reception that will guard you from mosquitoes, they will not get past her.

Great experience, 10/10! Would come back!

Perfect location for a beach vacation. The Hotel is right at the beach and consists of two buildings. The lower one has the restaurant , the upper one is just some steps up from the beach. Nice hosts and clean rooms. The young girls at the reception are always helpful. Close by is an IDEA Supermarked for everything you need. The rooms are quiet and have AC, which is a must-have in the hot summer. The beach was clean, but of course pretty crowded.

Not great, not terrible

Great view from room, working AC, quiet building. Decent breakfasts. Usually there was a place to part the car. We had a room for 3, but there was 2 of us, so room size was good.

Basically no housekeeping (and no housekeeping at all in September). Only basic home equipment (one small closet). Room would be a bit small for 3 people.

A warm recommendation for this amazing place✌️😍

I came here accidentally, just for couple of days but i wish i have stayed more! The beach was literally across the street! Luxury and modern hotel, with such friendly stuff and even better hosts👌 Honestly, this trip was unplanned, but next summer XXL Lux will definitely be my planned choice! P.S. We even got a free gift treat from the restaurant on the day of leaving😍 Thank you guys and see you next summer!!✌️❤️
