Great stay for a couple of days.

Luca (son of the owner) was very helpful when we needed something. He woke up extra early to say goodbye.

Some facility items were missing, like the washing machine. The second bed was just a hard sofa-like level. Some things needed some getting used to (like internet, warm water, etc)

Apartment was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed as we went to the beach every day. Host was very friendly and helpful. She offered us coffee and homemade rakija. Long beach was near and we enjoyed perfect sunsets there. I found perfect spot when in Ulcinj. I highly recommend this place. 😊

Superb

The place itself is really nice, beautiful garden, great host family. The host's son was very helpful in providing us with the insights on the places to visit. The host's dad helped us to solve couple situations that arose during our stay there. The host herself was able to drive us in the boat along the Bojana river which was a lovely experience. Definitely recommend!

Perfect stay

Although we stayed only 1 night, we were welcomed by the hosts warmly. The apartmant itself is simple, yet contains exactly what you need from kitchenware to toilettaties and towels. We felt very confortable and will return here again. Note: if you plan spending your summer vacation on Ada Bojana or Velika Plaža, this is a place to stay.

Great place

Great place. Rooms are nice, clean and cosy, the same as they looked on pictures. Very friendly and social hosts which greeted us with fresh coffee, "rakija" and very tasty applepie. They also helped us all along and gave us all required infos about the surroundings. Garden is also beautiful, filled with flowers and maintained constantly. It's situated around 2km above the 12km long "Velika plaza" sand beach, which is around 5 minutes driving with car. It's great value for money.

Didn't really had any objections on the appartment and the hosts. Everything is like described bellow. Maybe it wouldn't be a perfect fit for people who don't arrive with car, since it would take around half an hour to arrive at the beach by foot, but I would suggest to take a bike or rent a car.

Beautiful and clean apartment near Velika Plaza and Ada Bojana!

Beautiful and clean apartment in Donji Stoj. Kind and friendly host made us feal just like home. Also, they gave us good recommendations for restarurants and beaches. Terrace is perfect for drink or breakfast. Velika Plaza and Ada Bojana are only 5-10 minutes away by car.

Everything was fine.
