This gorgeous custom real log cabin is over 7000 sq ft with towering ceilings, stacked stone gas fireplaces, and a gourmet kitchen. You begin the trip up the private, paved driveway with nature all around you .... Just waiting to catch that first glimpse of Tanglewood Mountain Lodge. Enter your code into the punch pad and watch the custom built, 9-foot-tall gate open before you continue up the private drive until suddenly there it is. Spectacular! Incredibly well built and situated in an amazing spot to showcase the views for miles around. As you approach the gorgeous, hand carved 6-foot front door, unlike any you have seen in the mountains… your mind will begin to grasp that "This is it!

The large, gourmet kitchen with custom granite has a commercial refrigerator and two stoves and two dishwashers - Two additional drink refrigerators are located at the breakfast bar. Both a Keurig and Coffee Maker for that first cup in the morning.

Seating for everyone in the spacious open floorplan with dining areas located adjacent to the kitchen. A 12-foot custom table and two smaller round tables with additional seats at the bar provide seating for 28. Everyone can gather around and enjoy the company, the views and the food prepared in that fabulous kitchen or hot off the grill located on the main deck. Beautiful gas Weber for the griller in the group. Two story, cathedral ceiling, grand living room with a double-sided stone gas fireplace, 65-inch TVs and plenty comfy seating. A half bath is located on the main floor for your convenience.

The main floor also has two special bedrooms. The king bedroom has beautiful hickory furniture with a luxury mattress and a door to the deck. The second bedroom offers a twin over queen bunk. These two bedrooms share a hall bathroom complete with a tile shower.

Head downstairs to a master King suite where you can relax and unwind in the luxury cast iron soaker tub for two. Or enjoy a time of refreshment under the rainfall shower head in the double headed custom shower. There is also a private sauna in this luxury master bath to complete your time of relaxation and refreshment. Also downstairs is another king bedroom and an artisan designed hickory bed. This bedroom shares a bathroom with a room featuring two log bunk beds each with 3 twin bunks to sleep 6 people.

The upstairs king master suite has a fabulous jacuzzi tub, situated in its own private alcove with beautiful wrap around windows which showcase the amazing view. Absolutely spectacular! Double headed shower and separate tub in the bathroom. There is also a separate sitting area with a sleeper sofa for extra sleeping and relaxing and taking in the views. Also on the top floor are two more luxury bedrooms that share a beautiful bathroom. This king bedroom features custom furniture and a private balcony. The adjacent room offers a twin over queen bunk bed.


Upstairs in the wonderful, open loft area is a quiet space set up for reading or relaxing with the children sleeping peacefully nearby. The couch folds out to make room for 2 extra sleeping. Flat screen tv as well as books and games for enjoying a slower pace of life - occasionally. Two gigantic decks that wrap around both ends of this beautiful Lodge acres that are all yours to enjoy. The main floor deck is home for the enormous swim spa - year round right outside your door. And, of course, you can lock it so the little ones can't get in without you.


You choose! Nearby is a regular hot tub for your enjoyment. There is also a children's playhouse and cornhole on the lower deck for hours of fun. The lower level houses the theater room which seats 12 in comfy, leather, fully reclining chairs and a few extras in the gaming chairs. Beautiful, private theater with a huge 10' screen, incredible surround sound, and smart HD projector so you will also have Netflix, Hulu and Amazon access and satellite as well. Enjoy the Smart DVD/blue ray player. Bring your favorite movies for the grownups and the kids. This will be a special "movie night" kind of place. The arcade room is incredible. Both the young and old will find hours of exciting fun right here on the lower level of your vacation lodge. Race a friend on the driver arcades with huge HD flat screens, force feedback steering, and surround sound. Wow! The Big Buck Hunter HD is a family favorite with its massive 50 inch screen and incredible graphics. Hoisting colored shotguns and being awarded points for accuracy and placements in a round robin style with friends is great fun. There is also a two player multicade with classics like Pac-man and Galactica. In the same room is the pool table which will provide you with hours of competition and fun. Watch the big game on the flat screen while you shoot a round of pool or step outside to the covered deck and play a round of cornhole or watch the kids prepare a meal in their very own playhouse.
