Welcome to our charming renovated condo and a fabulous vacation that is yours for the making. Come relax and enjoy the beautiful weather and surroundings of this premier golfing destination community in La Quinta, California. Our unit has spectacular southern mountain and 10th fairway/green views of the La Quinta Resort/PGA WEST’s famous Pete Dye MOUNTAIN course. This is a 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath home with a guest casita. Enter the custom wood gates to a lush, landscaped, private courtyard with a lovely eating/sitting area. Comfortable new club chairs surround a gas fire pit table for lingering conversations. Through the glass front doors you will enjoy the wonderful open floor plan with high ceilings in the living and dining areas with custom furniture that is quite comfortable. The porcelain tile floors, plush oriental carpets, neutral paint colors, custom window coverings, and gas fireplace make this space even more inviting. There is a large flat screen in the living room as well as DVD player and stereo amp which allows for your personal music device connections. Premium cable and 5G high-speed wireless internet complete the amenities. The kitchen has been completely renovated along with new appliances (Dacor gas cooktop), cookware and service pieces; meeting a demanding cooks needs. The kichen's cheerful breakfast area seats four at the table and two on counter stools. The 'formal' dining room area comfortably seats six. It's French doors frame mountain views and lead to an outdoor dining and BBQ grilling area. Just off the foyer is a powder room for guests' convenience.

The master bedroom has a newer premium king bed, walk-in closet. Adjoining the master bedroom is a renovated master bath which features granite countertops, double sinks, large soaking tub and a separate shower area. The 2nd bedroom has twin beds, large mirrored closet, and an adjoining dressing area and bath. As an option, the twin beds may be converted into a King bed, along with proper linens. In addition to the home's interior hallway, the second bedroom may also be accessed through the room's French doors which access the private courtyard. Adjacent to both of these bedrooms is a full service laundry room. The third bedroom is a separate and private guest casita which is located off the courtyard. This private get-away features a California King bed, lounge chair, dresser with an adjoining dressing area featuring a granite vanity/sink....a separate room features the shower/bathtub and toilet. The dresser is combined with a desk and chair to serve as a small laptop work space. Also featured is a large closet (iron/ironing board) and 42” flat screen TV. The three bedrooms are all recently carpeted and very private. Open the french doors in the light-filled living room to a lovely patio complete with large barbeque and spectacular views of the mountains and sunset in the early evening. However the morning's rosey pink sunrises painted upon the mountains are equally as beautiful. There is a wonderful feeling of privacy and warmth in this tranquil space where one can enjoy a good book or glass of wine at the end of the day. The flow of the home from the private courtyard to the indoor areas and the back patio is conducive to entertaining. The well equipped wet bar, with wine cooler, in the foyer area enhances the entertainment flow. Bring friends and family and enjoy the lovely amenities our home has to offer. The pool and spa are located right across the street and we are a short walk to the PGA WEST Mountain/Dunes courses clubhouse. Enjoy great golf course and valley views during a casual breakfast, lunch or dinner at Pete’s Grill. It’s a quick five minute walk into the the La Quinta Resort and Spa. This historic resort hotel has the most gorgeous landscaping in the desert. The flowers, fruit trees, and large open spaces are timeless and so inviting. The Resort's highly regarded restaurants, outdoor lounges, shopping and entertainment is just a quick stroll away. Old Town La Quinta and its variety of quality restaurants and shops is a convenient four-five minute drive or easy morning walk to several active coffee shops and breakfast restaurants. The village square hosts a Farmer’s Market every Sunday morning. A popular local Art Fair is scheduled for one or two Saturdays each month Oct-Apr. We loved staying at this home. The location was great. The furniture was comfortable and provided ample seating for our family. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking meals. We loved the view of the golf course and the mountains. The neighborhood was pretty. One of the pools and hot tubs was located right across the street. Easy walk to LaQuinta Resort. Easy access to many golf courses. We would stay there again.

Love Love Love this place! This was our 2nd time staying here because we loved it so much the first time! We have family who lives in La Quinta California and were able to have them over for dinner a few times because the place is able to accommodate a family at the dinning room table while enjoying the views and the courtyard!

Great location and property. Easy access to many amenities as well as SUPER views. Very close to great golf at PGA West. Casita was great for visiting family and property was so easy to relax in. We dealt directly with the owner so did not have any interaction with a property manager.

This was our second stay for a week at our host's wonderful home. The property has been updated and is maintained at the highest standards. So comfortable for our senior citizen circle of life long friends. Beautiful views of the Mountain Course at La Quinta Resort and the sunsets on the back patio. Another area for great conversation, dining and relaxing is the courtyard. The home is equipped with everything a group would need for preparing meals and using the BBQ. Thank you Bill & Chris. We hope we can book with you again in the future.

My two favorite spots was the patio overlooking the golf course and the patio in the courtyard with gas fire pit. The house had everything we needed to grill and cook for the family. Having the pool right across the street was a plus. We enjoyed our walks to La Quinta Resort for dinner and drinks. Our hosts was in communication throughout from the time we booked and departed to ensure we had everything we needed.

The condo was very comfortable and well maintained, and had a nice view of the golf course and mountains. The kitchen and bathrooms were nicely renovated. We particularly appreciated how comfortable the outdoor furniture was, with its nice thick cushioning. The master bed was great too, and my back pain decreased over the course of our stay! On cold desert mornings, we enjoyed using the gas fireplace. One tip for future guests is to make sure you bring your own shampoo, conditioner, lotion, soap and coffee.
