This is a good condo at a great price. The main drawback is transportation. When planning your trip, remember that any time you go anywhere, the taxi cost will be at least $40 for a family of 4. The walking-distance restaurants are excellent. The "mad made" beach/pool at Sandyport is nice. The closest local real beach is rather small. If you enjoy a scenic walk, this is not a great choice for you.

The potential is there but we were misled. At time of booking the description listed enough BEDs for 8 people. We had 7 adults and when we arrived 2 beds were nowhere to be found, which meant we were short 1 bed. On top of that, the supporting slats on one of the twin beds were broken making it very uncomfortable to sleep. While the owner tried to make amends and offer less than acceptable accommodations, one of our party ended up on the couch (not a sleep sofa). Note: The owner has since removed the bunk beds off the listing. Additionally, there was not enough room for all of us to eat together (table for 4 and 2 stools at kitchen counter). While the place was for the most part clean, the master bath was not. There is a lot of potential for this to be a great rental. However, it is need of repairs and updating. The location was great and the beaches were beautiful. The owner did try to make amends with refunding $125, but I did not feel that justified the misrepresentation of the listing. I would never have booked this place had I known it could not accommodate 7 people comfortably

I can’t recommend this property enough. Neil is a super host and the communication was faultless. The complex it is on is beautiful with some great Restaurants / friendly gym (payable) and great facilities. It makes me laugh some of the comments as for our family the place was perfect for a relaxing stay! Just get it booked and get to the Bahamas 🇧🇸

photos were not accurate at all. Photos appeared to be from a number of years ago. Online directions to get to the property were very confusing. This is a 3-story townhome "above" first floor retail units and there is NO elevator. None of this was mentioned in the online listing information. Very disappointed with this unit.

Loved this place. Easy check-in, perfect amount of space. Loved the fact that we were right near bars and restaurants. Only 10 mins from the airport and with easy access to the main road to get everywhere else in Nassau.

The condo was big enough for all 7 of us. The location was perfect with all of the amenities of the Sandy Beach Resort and none of the daily amenities fees. Everything is within walking distance. Sprits restaurant is a great place to eat dinner. There are a lot of stairs in the unit.

This property is in a very convenient location. Our family stayed here for 2 weeks and found that the property was clean and spacious for our group of 5. It had a good variety items we needed (pots/pans/coffee maker/pool noodles). There were several dining options (Spritz, Twisted Lime, Blue Sail, Nesbits). We visited the pool at Sandyport resort a few times and it was an easy walk. I walked the Sandyport Drive loop every morning (~2 miles) and felt safe. The rest of our time was spent boating, fishing and touring outside of Sandyport. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. I would stay here again.

Everything was great. Lots of space. Perfect size for our family. The restaurants nearby are great. If you get taxi service from the airport just yell them to drop you off at Spritz.

My family was very comfortable. We spent the week scuba diving with Stuart Cove’s. It was convenient for that. We did some cooking and the kitchen worked well for us. The property and the surrounding area were very nice. Definitely recommend this as a place to stay!

Our family made the best of it and enjoyed ourselves. The property needs a little TLC. Walls and baseboards need to be washed. Carpet upstairs is heavily soiled. HOST: Neil was prompt to respond, so friendly and VERY accommodating!!! Check in was a total breeze, we picked the keys up at Spritz, 10 meters from our stay in Nebruck House. We were able to check in extra early which we really appreciated!! Neil was kind and helpful. THE UNIT: The unit was equipped with everything we could of possibly needed for our stay. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and serve meals daily. The furniture was comfortable. Loved that there was wifi, roku and Netflix when we wanted to unwind from a long day in the sun. Neil provides passwords and easy log in instructions. The bedrooms were great! Nice bedding, spacious!! The unit is tall so lots of stairs but it was nice to have the main floor for entertaining, cooking and balcony views, then the bedrooms upstairs! The layout: main floor kitchen, dining, living room, bathroom. Stairs to second floor, bedroom with balcony and en-suite bath, room with two beds and a bathroom separate bathroom, third floor bedroom, no bathroom, very large, huge closet, skylight, additional mattress and cot in closet. After reading other reviews about poor cleanliness I was worried but I want to reassure you that the unit was completely clean!! Where I can say maybe the negative reviews come from is the walls in the hallway are a bit scuffed (from luggage I’m sure) and the carpet is older showing traffic but they are clean, just showing wear. No building elevator, Just stairs to 2nd floor. LOCATION: ABSOLUTELY amazing location! Restaurants all around, BON VIVANTS is a new cafe and cocktail bar that is the trendiest, most instagrammable bar with the most delicious drinks!! Lovely service and awesome boho style patio. Spritz and Twisted Lime (large portion sizes, great patio on the water, try the lobster Mac and Chz or Jerk Chicken) The man made beach by the pool is equipped with loungers and hammocks, great spot for kids!!! Water slides are fun for them. Konch shells in lagoon. The private beach across the way is gorgeous, if you want to use lounge chairs say you’re staying in Sandyport HOTEL. Sandyport is a safe, gated community. You can walk to the grocery store, liquor store, Wendy’s in 7 minutes. Completely safe, everyone is helpful and friendly! Thanks so much Neil! Very nice property, with-in walking distance of food stores, restaurants, beach and pool. Style of condo is safe, also has a nice balcony view in a quiet area.

The check in process was very easy, the place was clean and the resturants in downstairs opened late and the food was good. The owner Neil was very accessable and friendly. This is a place I will definatley stay again.

The property is so gross/ disgusting.Bathroom drain clogged and all dirty. The whole place is dirty/ dusty. Washer and dryer outdated. No cable/ TV service. On our 2nd night there was a power shutdown of the whole unit for more than an hour. On our last night the owner Neil was asking what time were checking out and I responded we are leaving at 0800, after 20 minutes he cut off WiFi service that was around 10 PM. We should have just stayed in a hotel instead. This unit was in 4A Nortj Nebruck.

We really enjoy our vacation stay in this property. The condo is spacious and very clean throughout. The location is excellent with many amenities. There are 2 great restaurants right near the building with beaches in a walking distance. We were also be able to access Sandyport pools and water canal beach, which are extra values for our stay. Check-in was easy and we picked up the building key in NewsCafe in the same building. Wifi is fast and easy to connect. The host was very accommodating and responsive. Overall our vacation in this property has been great and very relaxing. It has been one of the best places we stayed for our vacation and we highly recommend it!!

By all means please DO NOT rent out this condo! At check in there was à stranger inside the appartement! Second of all this place was so filthy and we have many pictures to prouve it. The owner dose'nt really care what goes on in his appartement. We have rented out many places in Nassau and have never expérience this kind of déception!!!! PLEASE don't make the same mistake we made and ruin your VACATION!

Neil is very helpful! It was nice to have a landline to call home if needed. Neil had very good ideas to share with our friends as to where to visit and what to do. He was very accommodating and Sandy Port Staff were helpful! The internet and phone service were sporadic, especially after the storm! Definitely would love for Neil to find new cleaning people as the floors were very dirty and ceiling fans needed a good cleaning...so whoever is cleaning for Neil is not doing a good job! My friend's feet were black if they went barefoot in the condo! Advice to Neil....get a new cleaning crew...as they are ruining your business!
