This house was exactly what we expected from the pictures and description. It was clean and had everything we needed and more! The bed porch swing was our favorite! It was perfect for our 2 families, 9 guests total. I would highly recommend this property.

The neighborhood is nice and the house is located on a small manmade "pond". It is a quick 5 minute bike ride to Publix and a 2 minute ride to the pools and hot tub. The beaches are 10-15 minutes by bike.
The house is very nice, the kitchen well appointed, the bedrooms were all a decent size, except for the room with the bunkbeds, that was a little tight. This house is a 4 bedroom, not 5 as advertised in a few places. The "5th" bedroom is a small, open sitting area on the second floor with a pull out bed. The bathrooms are very nice, private and large. No hand soap is provided. The dining room table is huge and the porches were nice, but not screened. The living room seats for 6 or 7.
The rental agency was always very quick to respond to requests inc. dish soap, and batteries & internet issue.
The not so great things, and why I rated this a 4. The TV's are dated flat screens with HDMI inputs but too old to download some of the more modern apps like Apple TV, Prime, we ended up using our own Roku stick. The owners should upgrade the TV's and increase the size in the living room and main bedroom. During our stay the internet was a bit wonky for a few days. It took constant rebooting to keep it on during those days. 1 kitchen towel, and NO beach/pool towel, as mentioned in listing. 1 pack of detergent and 3 or 4 dishwashing pods, and a small bar of soap per bathroom, nothing else provided. Bring from home. There is no outdoor storage.

We just left from our week of vacation at this lovely property. It had everything we needed for cooking for a large crowd and the accommodations were just as described. Our favorite hangout was the large front porch with plenty of shade, seating and a large bed swing. The three king beds were so comfortable and the bathrooms were great. Plus the bikes were an added bonus to get you to the beach and around the area. Lots of walking paths too! Thanks for making our vacation so memorable!

The home was clean and well maintained. The layout and bedroom arrangements were perfect - loft porches, large bedrooms! House is close to beach but not really walking distance in the extreme heat. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely recommend this place.

We had a wonderful fall getaway here in Naturewalk. I have never stayed on 30-A not right on the beach, but this is a real treasure. The pools are great, the bike/walk to the beach is easy and the house was so comfortable and accommodating. We will be repeat guests for sure.

We couldn’t have enjoyed our stay any more. The home and our stay was extremely comfortable, especially with the 2 master suites. It was the perfect space for our family’s vacation that felt like a home away from home.
We were extra surprised to find a bike with a baby’s seat left for us after they found out we had a little one. So thoughtful!

Parking was tight. Neighbors did not like towels hanging on outside hooks. Stove burners were malfunctioning. Internet was not working properly~ had to call in for an alternate sign-in and passcode. Lastly~electrical problems with the outlet in the kitchen. Could not use the toaster or coffee maker on our second morning due to problem with the sockets on the kitchen countertops as well as kitchen bar. The electrical sockets were not working in the downstairs master bathroom, so could not utilize a hairdryer. Other than those snafus, a very beautiful home. Suitable for a large group!

The porch was beautiful and we spent a lot of time enjoying that. We were thrilled that it came with four bikes! Such a great location, you are close enough but away from the hustle and bustle. There is a Publix very close too. We cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed this vacation home.

My husband and two small children stayed here for a week while taking in 30a. We absolutely LOVED this house! It was pristine, beautifully decorated, close to restaurants and the grocery store, and our kids had plenty to do. My husband and I loved swinging on the front porch at night and listening to the nature sounds around us. Our kids loved having their own twin beds and a TV in their room. This property is spacious and meticulously maintained. Highly recommend!!

My husband and two small children stayed here for a week while taking in 30a. We absolutely LOVED this house! It was pristine, beautifully decorated, close to restaurants and the grocery store, and our kids had plenty to do. My husband and I loved swinging on the front porch at night and listening to the nature sounds around us. Our kids loved having their own twin beds and a TV in their room. This property is spacious and meticulously maintained. Highly recommend!!

We recently stayed at TipSea Turtle in NatureWalk and couldn’t have been more pleased. This is a very new subdivision tucked next to WaterColor where we have stayed several times before. The area is within a 15 minute bike ride to Seaside and other areas along 30-A, but away from the hectic traffic of those areas. We were very pleased with all of the amenities that TipSea Turtle and NatureWalk had to offer without paying the premium of WaterColor. This new home has a very clean and airy beach feel and is located within a 3 minute walk to the community ‘Gathering Place’ which boasts a clubhouse, two pools (one heated), large hot tub, grills, fire pit, hammocks, and a playground for kids. During peak season, the subdivision provides golf cart shuttles to/from the beach. Otherwise, the georgeous white sand beaches of the Emerald Gulf Coast are a short (1 mile) bike ride away. The property offers 4 bikes (and helmets) which we regularly used to take a leisurely morning or afternoon ride to the many shops and restaurants at Seaside. The home is very spacious and offers two master bedrooms which works great for two families traveling together….no flipping of a coin to see who gets the big room!!! Beds were super comfortable, only to be matched by the comfort and relaxation of winding down each evening on the spacious front porch bed swing overlooking a fountain pond called ‘Sunset Pond’. The home is tastefully decorated throughout and has a very well appointed kitchen along with an outdoor infrared grill for all of your cooking needs. We will definitely book another stay at TipSea Turtle!!!

What a fabulous home overlooking pond near Seaside
We recently stayed at TipSea Turtle in NatureWalk and couldn’t have been more pleased. This is a very new subdivision tucked next to WaterColor where we have stayed several times before. The area is within a 15 minute bike ride to Seaside and other areas along 30-A, but away from the hectic traffic of those areas. We were very pleased with all of the amenities that TipSea Turtle and NatureWalk had to offer without paying the premium of WaterColor. This new home has a very clean and airy beach feel and is located within a 3 minute walk to the community ‘Gathering Place’ which boasts a clubhouse, two pools (one heated), large hot tub, grills, fire pit, hammocks, and a playground for kids. Very updated, clean. Very comfortable beds. Master suite on main level was designed very well. Loved it! Especially enjoyed the bikes & riding the nature trails. Plenty of linens. Decor was very nice. Comfortable chairs & couch...especially liked the swivel rockers. Would love to book New Year's week next year but already booked :(

Excellent house, would definitely stay again!
We stayed the latter part of July 2018, 2 families totaling 10 people. The house fit us all perfectly, and was decorated beautifully. Was close enough to the beach (I wouldn't call it walking distance, especially if you're bringing anything), but its a close drive (we were able to find public parking near the beach) or they have the shuttle. The neigborhood is awesome with lots of activity, biking, trails, and the pools. We would definitely stay here again!
Only complaint, parking was kind of a pain with 2 Suburbans, but we made it work!

Great family vacation spot!
Wonderful location provided a relaxed and spacious spot to enjoy Seaside. Proximity to Seaside gave our older kids freedom to bike into town and to the beach. The setup of the house was great and worked out perfect for us to separate our teenagers who wanted to stay up late into the night from the toddler that needed rest. Well stocked house and the management company was very responsive and easy to work with. We had a bike chain issue that with one call to the management they swapped out for us within a short period.
