Great property and is as listed. 5 min from downtown and base of mtn. Awesome communication and even brought firewood for our fireplace! Thanks for the experience.

We enjoyed our family holiday trip! Comfortable condo. Quick response from property manager regarding our needs.

Our family of 5 stays at this condo at the park city ski trip. We will give it a five star for its location and comfortableness…

Stayed with my partner and another couple for a ski long weekend, the condo worked well for us. Inside is nicely renovated. Rooms are small but very functional. Outside is pretty dated (needs a new coat of paint and some dirtiness outside), which didn’t impact us much. The bus system that picks up right outside works but can be unpredictable on timing. It was a good space for two couples. The upstairs room is better suited for kids since there’s no door. Hosts were flexible on check out / check in which was appreciated

Great stay. Very responsive staff. Condo was clean and updated. Shared spaces needed repair/updates. Bus line was a bit confusing. Pro tip: It’s actually better to walk about 1/4 mile down the road to the next bus stop as both the red and yellow lines come there. Otherwise, wait can be up to 20-25 min.

Easy to find and a short walk from some great restaurants. Place was okay. Two main-level rooms and a loft.

Seamless checking , unit was very clean and layout perfect ! Location is 5 minutes from Payday lift by car and quiet.

We loved this cozy condo. Distance to the lifts and downtown. The shuttle is right in front of the complex. The condo is clean and get everything we needed! We had a great time!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location is very convenient to the Park City Mountain base, the city bus route, the grocery store, and several restaurants. This condo is not huge but very cozy and worked just fine for 7 adult friends and family. The kitchen is a little small, but once again worked fine for the 5 nights we cooked at home. The owner was very responsive and answered all our questions promptly and gave us recommendations for ski rentals, restaurants, and other services. Sadly, the community hot tub was not in service but the owner graciously offered us compensation to help with use of the nearby spa/gym. Overall, we were very happy and would rent this unit again. FYI, I usually reserve 5 stars for an over-the-top rating, so 4 stars is a really good rating for me.

We really enjoyed this condo which is at a awesome location at the Park City. The shuttle bus is right in front of the complex and the grocery/liquor store/restaurant is around the corner. The condo has equipped with really new beddings/liens... The full kitchen is perfect for family cooking....

My dad and two brothers just had a great trip back to Park Cory for the 7th annual father sons ski trip. I would highly recommend this property’s location, cleanliness, and over all ease of use for any of your travel needs. The loft is very functional to sleep a whole family or group of children easily as well if need. Have a great trip!

Overall, we had a very good experience and would consider booking this condo again. The condo was very nice for the price with good amenities. While the location is good for the price, it should be noted that the closest ski lifts are a little over a mile away, so taking a shuttle is necessary (although the bus stop is located right outside). Also, the nearest grocery store is about 3/4 mile away, so not quite around the corner (same for the movie theater).

We had 3 in our party. More than enough space. Probably could be comfortable with up to 4 adults and 3-4 kids upstairs in the loft. Nicely remodeled. Super easy to get to slopes. Very comfortable beds and linen.
Shampoo, Conditioner, soap and washer pods and cleaning supplies included. Lots of channels watch on TV including Netflix and HBO max. Kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities including an insta pot. Large dining room table. Owner was very responsive to questions.
Recommend renting skis across the street, Buying ice for drinks as there is not an ice maker and bringing your spices needed for cooking. There were some spices in the unit. Walmart approximately 10 minutes away.

The condo worked out very well for our ski trip. The location is very convenient to the slopes and downtown with a bus stop right outside. Prospector Square has many choices of shops and restaurants within walking distance and a neighborhood supermarket is a short drive away. The living room and dining room were good sized to handle our group of 5. The complex was quiet, especially with the 3rd floor unit, and the underground parking and elevator made life easy. We enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend the property.

Everything was good! Communication, location, the space, etc. Small kitchen but well equipped. Shuttle for the ski area was right outside. We walked to restaurants. Could’ve walked to Main Street (a little over a mile) but it was very cold and we didn’t feel like it. Our favorite restaurant was The Boneyard. Went there twice during our 4 day stay. Went into Salt Lake for a concert and ate dinner at Hall Pass. Loved it. Something for everyone. Rented ski equipment at Ski and See in Salt Lake (find Caleb to help you!) and was able to return it in Park City. Did a snowshoe tour which was great. All in all a fun trip!

Definitely one of my fav property. The Unit is super clean, modern and comfortable. The mezzanine is very convenient for teens. The kitchen comes will all you could need to cook. Indoor parking and outdoor space too (convenient when like us your car is too tall with the thule box). The location is great, even if not walking distance to ski lift but when you have your own car, its very close to everything you need. Great restaurants around (Five5eeds and Twisted Fern). The host is HYPER responsive and efficient. We will definitely come back.

Overall, I had an okay stay here. It is advertised as being ski in/ski out. It most definitely is not. There is no way. It is at least a 5-10 minute drive to the resort. A shuttle stops right in front of the condo. The hot tub was completely empty during our stay. We booked this condo because of the hot tub. I think the host should have made us aware of this. Also, the cleaners no-showed to clean so we entered a dirty condo upon arrival. The host was super responsive of this, however which was great.

Property was nice , except hot tub looks like it’s been out of service for awhile ? Garage is a plus .Good location

Well, lets start with the good things.
1) location is nice but in no way within walking distance for Main street or the ski resorts.
2) Plenty of Parking
3) Space is nice for 5 or 6 Adults.
4) Property manager (Bret) is EXSTREMELY responsive and a good guy.
5) The owner is very responsive.
Bad Things:
1) the hot tub was not available and appears to have been out of service for Months. It would have been nice if we were told this.
2) The lighting is very harsh. While most lights are on dimmers, the bulbs are 5000k and VERY BRIGHT. They should use 2700k bulbs. When you use the dimmers to tone down the brightness, some of the lights flicker.
3) When we arrived at a few mins. before 4PM, the unit appeared to be clean, but there was coffee grounds in the coffee maker, and some of the towels were stained.
4) the light fixture over the dinning table had missing light bulbs.
5) the TV in the main living space had 6 TV remotes and it was difficult to get the TV to work with the remotes. We finally got one of them to work after putting in new batteries. Although, we never figured out how to get cable tv access so we used streaming services.
6) Be aware that the pictures of the exterior they show are massively deceptive; you would never thing they are the place you are staying. The layout of the furniture and actual furniture shown in the photos are not the same in most of the shots, specifically the dining and living space.

Great communication and service… thanks!

The photos are a little deceiving as far as view and size of rooms go. I would not stay there with more than 6 adult at the most.

I was charged for the room for the weekend. I only received a message through the VRBO app stating the property was under construction and could not be stayed in. We were packed and headed there. VERY DISAPPOINTED in their lack of communication and charging my card!

The listing is accurate. 3 bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms in a good location at a decent price. I would stay here again.

The property was clean and well stocked. We had 4 adults and 3 teenagers. The size of the unit was maxed out. It worked out well for us, but if we had one more teenager, it could have been too much. The main strip of Park City was close, but not really walking distance. Parking near strip was not a problem, parking at base was not a problem. Overall, nice place to stay and would do so again.

good location to slopes bus stop right out front! kitchen tight but well stocked . please consider upping the toilet paper -anything better then 1 ply!!!!

Upon arriving we pulled into the covered garage abs took the elevator to the condo. Super helpful with luggage & groceries. The condo is great!! Wood burning fireplace, cute little kitchen & dining room are awesome! Loft bedroom with bathroom was awesome!!! Second bedroom was great too! Master bedroom was a little small, but perfect for our needs, shower in master was AMAZING!! We used the shared hot tub with was so nice after a day of skiing. The condo was near a bus stop. We would definitely stay here again!

The condo is nice. It is great for a friends weekend. . It’s in a good location. We didn’t have any big issues. A few items that need attention though: some of the outlets don’t work. The washing machine trips the breaker and the humidifier doesn’t work.

This is a great place to stay! It's in a perfect location and slept two couples and three adult/teenage kids perfectly! I gave this a poor rating only because of the communication. Our plane was severely delayed into Salt Lake City so we didn't get to the condo until 2 in the morning. The email I got with the front door code did not get us in the door. When I called the number I was given, I got the previous owner who had not owned the property in over a year he told me. Luckily he had a code that got is in the door. Later in our stay there was a ceiling leak. Again, the only number I had was the old owner, who was very helpful in getting me another number. The owner eventually called me back, but acted a little bit like it was my fault I had the wrong information somehow because she said she sent the right information. I have never been to Park City and would not have just magically had the number to the old owner. Later the property manager called me and he was very nice, but the whole situation was frustrating.

Wonderful condo that was clean and close to the ski slopes. I’d suggest renting a car to drive back and forth if you’re going to the mountains.
The location is in walking distance to a couple really great restaurants and has an elevator to get from the parking garage to the third floor where the condo is.
Would 100% stay here again when coming back to Park City.

This condo was centrally located. About 5 mins to slopes and Main Street. Great parking spot and end 3 rd floor unit. Elevator was necessary so thank goodness there was one. Nice size family area, but small kitchen that needs updating. Everything considered, it's a good place for the size, location and price.

Property was clean and had everything we needed. Worked perfectly for our short ski stay.

A group of my friends and I went for the one week ski vacation. This house was terrific. It was very comfortably appointed and all of the beds were very cozy. The location is terrific for hitting any if the park city hills or hopping onto I80 and getting to the surrounding ski hills.

Wonderful home. Extremely clean and comfortable, new appliances and accessories and lots of space. The home is equipped with a large kitchen and lots of space . The home is located near a grocery store along with a Starbucks and several restaurants. Less than a 5 minute drive to Main Street and ski areas.

My group enjoyed our stay at this rental property. The place had plenty of space, and the views from the deck were simply amazing. The bus stop is right in front of the condo, which is nice if you plan on having a few drinks or want to avoid issues with parking. The rental property staff are great and very understanding. While at the property we ran into an issue, which they addressed it immediately. They definitely went above and beyond. I highly recommend staying here and I know I will consider it again in the future.

What I loved? The unit itself was very cozy, spacious enough for 5 adults. The unit came with everything you need as far as kitchen items, standard restroom items and best of all it came with a very mini washer and dryer but it was perfect.
What we didn't like? The beds. :(. I hate even saying this in a public review because I'm thankful the owners allowed us to stay. However if the condo is for rental use then the beds should have some comfort. The beds were horribly uncomfortable. All of them. I stayed in the room with double twin and I could feel springs through the mattress. I'm no mayoress snob! The bed slid everywhere on the floor, it didn't stay footed and it was so loud and squeaky, I woke every time I moved. Now that I think of it I should have slept in the couch. It was the worst bed situation I have ever experienced unfortunately. The jacuzzi which was a selling point for us was smack in the middle of the courtyard and while it was gated off it was a very dark area and was not inviting. We didn't use it. The comet is just outside the Rail Trail so if you bike or run (me) you will have access to a pretty awesome paved trail! T
