Let this Mediterranean-style, three-story Villa transport you to pure luxury!
The Villa features 12,000 square feet of lake-front living, complete with a private heated or chilled pool (available for an additional cost- ask if available; depends on weather). Located at Lake Oconee inside the community of Harbor Club, the home features lake-front access, a beautiful in-ground pool, a theater area, pool table, 3 kitchens, and so much more! The Villa is perfect for large-scale gatherings as it sleeps up to 24 guests.
As you enter the home, you are welcomed by the beautiful two-story view through the large dining room with seating for 32. The kitchen is fully equip with all cooking essentials including a spacious refrigerator, dishwasher, three microwaves, large six burner stove, double oven, and ice machine, along with solid surface countertops. Additional kitchen spaces are also located on the upper and lower levels of The Villa. Family and friends can visit in the four family room spaces. Each space has smart TVs for streaming movies, along with wireless internet with 300mb speed and 300 channel cable TV.
The home has three master suites, including one handicap accessible suite. The main level boasts two master suites with private baths, and 2 additional bedrooms and bath. If you take the elevator upstairs, the gorgeous views from the owners suite will help you relax and unwind during your getaway. You will also find two more bedrooms with a full bathroom. On the basement level, you will enjoy the pool table room and theater area with a huge 80" screen for enjoying the big game or a late-night movie. Additionally in the basement, there are three bedrooms and three full baths.
The outdoor space of this property does not disappoint! Relax by the property's private pool, while enjoying a meal from the grill in the outdoor kitchen! There is a maximum size dock on the "big water" to enjoy fishing, kayaking, canoeing, boating, and swimming. You can even enjoy marshmallows around the fire pit. For your convenience, we have a three car garage with a refrigerator and laundry room. Everything you need for a big family vacation!

This house was perfect for our family reunion over the fourth of July! It had plenty of space for 22 of us, a beautiful yard, perfect dock, and we also rented their pontoon boat that is available for a good price for the week. The owners were very responsive to any needs or questions that we had and we appreciated that very much. The house is equipped with most everything we needed, plenty of refrigerator/freezer space, and a wonderful basement for teens. The home is set in a gorgeous and quiet neighborhood. We went out in the boat to view the fireworks on the 3rd of July in front of the Ritz Carlton resort and it was a spectacular show!

This was our second time spending a week at the villa. House is wonderful. The only complaint was the quality of the wi-fi. Very spotty, often didn’t work at all, and watching TV was sometimes challenging.

The description of the property and the photos are accurate, but it is truly more beautiful in person. Everything was perfect, accomodated our family beautifully, and the host was super responsive when a question arose.

The entire experience, from scheduling to check-in/check-out was flawless. My only concern was the absence of ADA hand rails in at least one/two bathrooms On the main level. I appreciate the ramp in the garage which was helpful for the two handicapped individuals in our group. The property otherwise was clean, well-equipped and spacious. Would definitely recommend it. Would love to enjoy it in summer months to take advantage of the outdoor pool.

We had 9 adults staying under one roof for our region meeting and were able to be comfortable and entertained all week. Cooking set up was great and the water view was a nice backdrop for our meetings. Highly recommend.

We celebrated an early Thanksgiving gathering and the house was perfect for the 17 of us. Plenty of rooms, space, bathrooms and large dinner table for a beautiful dinner.

Two families celebrated the engagement of my daughter and future son in-law! We needed space to get to know each other, but also have enough privacy to feel comfortable with new relationships being formed. I could not think of a better venue to achieve such a lofty goal! The pool area was enormous fun to have cocktails and appetizers before we had a formal dinner Saturday evening. The grand table in the main room and the long kitchen table accommodated the entire group. We spent the days on the pontoon boat, and the evenings downstairs in the game room. We started the weekend as strangers and left as an extended family! The home was the perfect setting for the most incredible weekend! Thank you

Very strange architectural design. Bedroom bathroom is entered by going into foyer for example. Several bedrooms had no access to bathrooms and NO HANDICAP TOOLS. Kitchen good with plenty of refrigerators and separate ice maker.

The property was conveniently located close to amenities and stores and we enjoyed the Harbor Club surroundings. Albeit short (4 days), our stay was enjoyable and the fantastic weather added to the enjoyment.
Morning coffees and an evening glass of wine was enjoyed on the dock which proved to be a very quiet and relaxing with not much traffic on the water.
The home seemed to be a little older and the decor / decoration was a little quirky in our opinion, but there was ample space for us to enjoy both inside and out. We BBQ'd every evening and the space works well for outdoor living.
There was an urgent maintenance matter that arose, and this was handled very swiftly and professionally. In fact, it was handled prior to us really noticing that there was a problem which is exactly what we appreciate when on vacation.

This house is perfect for a large family. We all felt like we had our personal space while also having plenty of space for all to gather at any given time. The covered pool cook/lounge space was a great bonus! Jordan is awesome to deal with before and during your stay.

This is a magnificent home, in a beautiful setting! There were 16 in our family group, including an infant and a 6-year-old and there was enough room to spread out and really enjoy the home. The listing showed a King bed in a basement bedroom but it's apparently been swapped with the Queen bed on the top floor. Not a huge deal, but the couple assigned to the basement room was disappointed with their accommodation. Having the floor plans drawn out in the listing was a huge help, even if not completely accurate. Perhaps the drawings will be changed to reflect the new furniture arrangement. The outdoor areas were fantastic. We would certainly consider this property again, if we ever return to Lake Oconee for another vacation with extended family!

We loved staying at The Villa! We were initially bummed because the weather did not cooperate with us to heat the pool (over Thanksgiving week!), but we quickly found other activities to do on the property and elsewhere nearby. The dining table was the first time all fifteen of us were able to eat dinner together at one table--great bonding time. Loved the game room and the hammock outside. Enjoyed the pontoon rental for a day and the kayaks and canoe. The neighborhood was amazing--wooded and quiet. Truly an amazing time.

Perfect for Family Reunion
We Loved our stay at The Villa. It was lovely inside and out. The layout of the house was perfect. Loved having the huge dinning table where we could all sit together. We cooked all meals while here (we did bring our own knives which was smart).
Spent lots of time out by the pool, so lovely having all the seating out there. We did rent the pontoon as well and that was a big plus for cruising the Lake.
We would definitely stay again!!
