Quiet place with stunning view

Great host, stunning volcano and ocean view, fabulous heated pool, large rooms, nice location

Need to take care of the garden, dirty baby chair, not enough cleanliness in the kitchen and toilets, bad plumbing, damaged outside furniture (lean carefully) outdated grill, plants should be cut at entrance on handicap sidewalk ( kids can be scratched), bad smell from sewage in master bedroom, no sockets in the master room for charging the phones,

The Villa was beautiful and we enjoyed exploring the Island but you must have a car

Fabulous views and beautiful garden around the villa although the lower garden needs attention. Lovely heated clean pool Spacious living area. Lots of useful kitchen gadgets. The agent quickly arranged for a balcony door lock to be mended

The electric circuits fused if you used an oven and a heater. During a wet night the garden lighting flashed off and on constantly. The lighting in the kitchen was very poor There were no sockets in the master bedroom for recharging phones etc There was no shower curtain for the master bathroom which consequently flooded onto the floor Netflix is only available if you have your own account There are no toiletries in the bathrooms

Everything is great, except for the 2 minuses listed below (If the owners fix those minuses, it could be rated 10 Points!)

- 1 : Very nice garden and yard plants (once there were...) It's a pity that the owners have abandoned them and don't take care of them properly! -2 : Unsustainable toilet plumbing

Pretty, spacious retro villa with amazing views and solitude

Villa Marina is a pretty villa with amazing views over the sea and Teide on a clear day. Location is really peaceful in a quiet residential area and in the end of the road. The pool area is nice and well kept. After our visit they’ll install heating system in the pool, which’ll make it even more enjoyable. There’s a romantic, secret garden on the level below that could benefit of some additional gardening. The villa is decorated in somewhat 80’ies retro style but is adequately equipped and there was luxuriously space for just the two of us. We only used the main bedroom that had a lovely view to the sea. Dishware was pretty and functional and there were enough pots and pans for preparing meals. El Sauzal village approx. four kilometres away has a couple of small supermarkets, local market, pharmacy, bakery, cafes and some good restaurants. The closest one is Los Angeles that serves traditional Canarian fare. The fancier ones are Casa del Vino and Nila, both excellent. Bigger supermarkets HyperDino, Lidl and Mercadona are within five to ten kilometres driving distance. Special thanks to Roderick, who attended all our questions and requests with an cheerful and excellent customer service attitude. 👏👏

It can be a bit chilly at night in winter time, why we recommend slippers or woollen socks. We were, however, provided with electric radiators at request and had no problems with cold after plugging them in. It’s good to know that although the villa is quite close to the sea, there’s no shortcut, but you need to walk or drive quite a bit along a very curvy road to get there but it’s definitely worth it. Also one needs a car getting around and adequate driving skills are useful, too. 😉

Super property locating on the better side of the island. Would definitely rebook.

Fabulous property with own pool, large kitchen and good facilities. Rodney was a brilliant host.

More could be made of the lower garden area to improve the overall look of the property.

Amazing quiet place with beautiful views.

Perfect location at the end of the street. Beautiful garden, swimmingpool with ocean and volcano view. Grill outside, big main room, and nice bedrooms, one with oceanview. Pictures on booking don't lie in this case :)

No shops/supermarcet in walk distance.

Superb

Great location, overlooking the ocean. Very clean and well equipped house. Friendly staff. Beautiful sunsets from the terrace.

Piping was a bit outdated and caused some hickups at the end of the stay.

Most beautiful view

Gorgeous view, location overlooking the sea, lush garden surrounding the property, fabulous pool, location in the calm North, ideal for an escape out of busier part of the isle. The villa offers enough space for 1-3 couples.

The kitchen and plumbing in the bathrooms is a bit outdated, showing especially when the shower is used.

Worst stay in last few years, we would not recomended to anybody.

The house inside in in a mess, the furniture is very old and in a bad conditions a lot of home devices is not working, backyard of a house is full of trash, because of that rats are all over the garden an terrace. In this property nobody did not put any money in last 10 years, the most terrible thing is, that owner has cameras all over the place and he is watching every stap you make, and we make complaint abaout that he said tahat he will take our insurance money.

Amazing holiday in a stunning villa

Gorgeous, modern, sparkly clean. Beautiful property with beautiful views. Spacious and comfortable. On street free parking. Beautiful pool and fantastic outdoor sitting area. Smart TV and comfy living room. The host met us at check in and check out and was friendly, responsive, caring and helpful throughout. Master bedroom was overlooking the ocean. What a way to wake up in the morning! Had an amazing stay here! Wish I had a few more days...

Everything was fantastic. Only pros. No cons. If they wanted to go an extra mile and add even more value to this amazing property they could add heating to the swimming pool so you can use it in the winter, and provide pool+beach towels in addition to the personal towel sets.
