The property was great but there are stairs to get in the front door and a steep hill. With leg and back pain that was a little rough. Other than that, it was a great location. The neighborhood was quiet. Had to walk thry the homeless but that's all major cities. I think the owner should make sure he disposes of old cooking oils, spices, etc and provide things like creamer and sugar packets. Other than that, it was great

We really enjoyed this property- Pros- there was lots of room to relax and let all the kids have space away from each other. The laundry was great and convenient. The Kitchen was fully stocked with all you need, plus some basic cooking supplies. The master and the living room had separate cooling/heating units we could use for different temperatures in different spaces the radiator was nice to warm up the second bedroom. It was an easy & short drive to Universal Studios- which was where we were going for our family vacation, and not far from a very nice beach. The water pressure was great. Okays- The parking pass was nice to be able to have our SUV on the street nearby but we did have difficulty finding space a few times. Anything larger than our SUV would have been nearly impossible to park/drive/turn around on the hilly street. It is basically one way with how narrow it is with the other parked cars. Cons- the giant glass table in the living room left very little room by the couches and was hard as an adult to slide in to sit and use the couches super comfortably. It was okay with our kids because they were old enough to be careful. The shower/tub was also a little difficult to climb into for someone my height- I was really grateful for the handle. One night there was a concert in the bowl and an event on Hollywood Blvd and a ton of the streets got closed off and it was nearly impossible to get back to the location- especially since google had bad streets/directions.

My sister, and I very much enjoyed our trip to Los Angeles, staying in this charming apartment in the Hollywood Hills. Apart from the steep steps to get down to the apartment, there was nothing we can find at fault! Very comfortable, and all the kitchen equipment you could need. we were there in February so it was a little chilly, but there were heaters in every room, so that was not a problem. Thank you Kevin for a wonderful stay!

I was moving my daughter out to LA and needed a home base. I loved this location. It is in hollywood hills. The reviews are correct about tight parking but we never had a problem with finding a spot. The beds are super comfy. Kevin, the owner was easy to reach. The home is well equipped. We would love to return.

Myself and my teenage kid had a great stay. The apartment has everything we needed (and more). It was considerably bigger than I had anticipated and a fantastic way to start our West coast trip (without a car). Location: A short walk to both the Hollywood Bowl and Walk of Fame. It involves a steep hill if you go via Yamashiro (great views) but it's a fairly easy walk via Highland, and there's a 7-Eleven and liquor store within easy walking distance for supplies. There are stairs down to the property, but this is clearly stated in the description, and they are strablr andwell lit. We got Lyfts to and from LAX for around $40 (+tip) and it took about an hour each way. We easily got public transport to both Griffith park and Universal studios. Facilities: the apartment had everything we could expect and more! The kitchen was well equipped with plates, bowls, and a wide range of cooking supplies (as well as coffee, which was hugely appreciated!) The living room had a dining table, comfy sofas, and a huge TV with a range of channels and apps. The bedrooms had very comfortable beds, a range of pillows and clean, nice linens. The bathroom had a shower with excellent water pressure, and very useful washer dryer. There is interesting art throughout the property, and AC in the master bedroom and living room (other rooms were naturally cooler). We absolutely loved our stay there. It was an ideal base for the two of us as it felt enormous, comfortable, safe, and interesting!
