Located approx 2 miles from downtown Puerto Vallarta, beachfront inside a Residential complex, Villa Vista de Aves is completely private & self-contained with a private entrance & pool. Easy access to the beach thru the complex garden & elevator and also enjoy the large common pool & Palapa covered open-air living space on the beach.

The Space:
The villa has over 7000 Sq. Ft of indoor & outdoor living space, a heated infinity pool & a spectacular water feature with 2 giant palm trees to frame the view of the sunset. The main level is an open concept entertaining area with living, dining & very well equipped kitchen all flowing out to the main terrace with infinity pool lounging areas & outdoor dining.

The 2 level pool is actually an upper water feature with 2 giant palms. The lower level is the heated infinity pool approx dimensions 12 X 18 feet and 4 feet deep

The villa design is contemporary with simple lines, with an infusion of Mexican hand-crafted textiles and one-of-a-kind folk art. The name translates as View of the Birds & you will see many sea birds glide past above the ocean & hear birds in the nearby Trees.

New addition private gym with: Dumbells, barbell, weights & bench, rack

The House is amazing with awesome sunset views. The best part is Samuel and Nomia(Cook). The food and service at the house was outstanding. The margaritas, salsa, French toast, shrimp tacos…. The only thing is the pool is a bit smaller than expected and the top part is not a pool. However the water was heated and we had a great time in the pool next door. The neighbors next door do not welcome loud noise in their pool but we did have music blaring. Overall great property and service. If we could change one thing it would be the pool size. We will always stay at any property services by Mexitravels. This company is awesome from pickup to dropoff.

The Best Place I have Ever Stayed !!!!

This was the best vacation I have ever had !!!! Every year we have a group of 5 couples that go on vacation the same week but a different destination. This is the first time that I would say I will come back and stay at this place . The service was outstanding, I loved the house and was perfect for 5 couples, all rooms were great other then the room closest to the road, you could not hear the ocean, only cars but still a great room . Our cook was amazing and Sam who was out service provider was so helpful, They shopped and cooked for us and he made us drinks while we were at the pool !!! We were spoiled. I will be back !!! who knows, Maybe two year in a row, it will be hard to beet this place !!!!! and location is great !!! $2.50 Uber ride to down town.... Thank you for a great stay !!!!!!

Gorgeous Villa in a fantastic position. The best beach is in front of the Villa, the evening sunsets are amazing. The staff are great and the prepared meals were so good, especially the seafood paella.

Perfect venue for a family getaway

A very spacious and well maintained property with plenty of room for 4 kids under 12 and 6 adults. The property includes a small pool, great for the kids, as well as use of a larger pool and clubhouse facilities at the adjoining resort complex. Easy access to a lovely quiet beach. The staff was superb, excellent food and service, they were more than willing to accommodate everyone's needs including finicky kids. The location is a bit removed from the hectic central area but still within walking distance.
