In the heart of the capital Palma de Mallorca, directly on the harbour, the holiday home Can Marineta captivates guests with its unbeatable location and the beautiful rooftop terrace. The holiday home extends over 3 floors and has a brightly furnished living / dining room with a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with 2 single beds) as well as 3 bathrooms and can accommodate 5 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning (in all rooms), television, a baby bed and a high chair. The absolute highlight of the holiday home is the rooftop terrace, which offers an unrestricted view of the port of Palma and a variety of lounge furniture, deck chairs and a dining area. Here you can spend relaxing holiday hours and mild summer evenings with a glass of wine under the starry sky. Restaurants with local specialities and freshly caught fish on the menu can be found in the immediate vicinity and a supermarket is only 500 m or 4 minutes walk from the accommodation. The popular golden sandy beach Playa de Palma is only 750 m and a short walk away.

Avoid - We got burgled

Avoid - We got burgled

The house itself was ok, some broken furniture on the balcony, however there is a security issue with this property. We were burgled on our second night. Even though it was a traumatic experience and we spent several hours in the police station, the hosts told Vrbo we made the story up. These people do not care about your well-being only your money, do not book here. We were only told after the burglary that there was an alarm system that we could use. They also tried to pretend that the downstairs windows that would no longer lock weren’t a problem, which is ridiculous and did not make us feel comfortable staying in the house.

Toppenbra läge nära till centrala Palma bra kommunikationer och service. Fin takterrass tyvärr var flera möbler trasiga och det var inte rent. Vi hade några blåsiga dagar då vi inte kunde använda takterrassen. Huset blev då mörkt och utan utsikt. Trevliga värdar som var mycket hjälpsamma.

This property was nothing like the pictures that were shown on the website. We're it looked luxurious it was very basic a lot of things were broken like no shower fitting in the bathroom so you could not stand under the shower. Curtain pole broken. The rooms were also smaller than photos made them look. The roof terrace was dangerous if any children were visiting with loose wires and broken concrete base for a parasol. And it was very expensive the charge a day for electricity!! Such a shame as the resort of Potixol is fabulous. And I would love to stay in this area again.
