Excelente relación precio-calidad

La relación entre el precio y los espacios de la casa está muy bien! En la zona hay varios lugares en donde realizar compras de todo tipo. Para esto, Maru nos brindó información certera. Una mañana, Maru nos alcanzó voluntariamente en su auto hasta una tienda. Ella es muy agradable y hospitalaria.

El lugar está bastante lejos de la playa. Personalmente, tomábamos dos colectivos urbanos para llegar allí. Los espacios compartidos de la casa se encrontraban algo desordenados. El ventilador de la habitación tiene solo una velocidad y la cortina presenta ciertos desperfectos.

Maru is a fantastic host, would stay again

Maru, the host, was so lovely, she did a shuttle service from Cancun Airport which was brilliant and way cheaper than a taxi so would recommend asking her for this. Her home Casa los verde is amazing, perfect for what you need and she made us feel so welcome and at home. She has loads of brilliant recommendations for Cancun (off the tourist routes), we were so sad we only had one night with her!

perfect way to end a trip in Mexico

Marus home was gorgeous and homely and in a lovely gated community of Cancún, away from the hussle and bussle of the city, she was so helpful and welcoming and offered a lovely family environment

Really nice earth

Really nice person with a good heart. When we left, she gave a little present to my wife which is pregnant. The room had a fan and an air conditioner and Maru speaks good English for non Spanish speakers. I do recommend this place, thanks a lot. Regards

Exceptional

We were so lucky to stay here on our first night! We ran into some trouble with our credit cards and ended up with no money to begin our trip with. Maru was incredibly kind and even lent us money to buy dinner until we managed to sort things out. In the morning, she provided us with some fresh fruit :) The neighbourhood felt very safe (the place is part of a gated community) and our room was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Great first night in Cancun, welcoming host and safe neighborhood

The owner was super nice and welcoming. There was filtered water and some fresh fruit. She also gave us tips to where to go swimming (Playa Chac Mool). The location is great, not far from the airport and from that public beach.

The room was quite hot but there was a fan so quite ok. It’s in a residential area so you can hear the neighbors doing all sort of things throughout the night and dogs barking but it is a safe area.

The location is far from everything. Toilet and shower in different floor. The room is in a house of family, its not a hostel/hotel.

Good place for a quiet stay

I like Casa's convenient location and safe gated neighborhood. It's run by a lovely host who offered to collect me from the airport. I stayed for two days to relax after jetlag before going to explore the rest of Yucatan.

Great Value, friendly host, clean room and bathroom, transport to the airport, nearby restaurants

We needed to stay one night in Cancun as we had a very early flight out. The location was quiet and in a secure street. There were a few good restaurants within walking distance. The rooms were clean and our host Maru was friendly, spoke beautiful English and was very helpful. For a reasonable charge she took us from her home to the airport at 4:00am, which was greatly appreciated.

Our bathroom was on the ground floor and our room was one floor up. Not a big problem for us, but may be a problem for elderly guests.

safe! cozy, beautiful and affordable!!!

This place has character and has a very chill vibe to it… so much natural light during the day and the beautiful verde garden had Christmas lights all around… the owner Maru is a beautiful lady!!! She even took care of dinner for us upon request… our flight landed at night and she was such an amazing host! We spend so much time talking about Mexican food and culture! it was highly enlightening… she also took us to the super market because we needed some stuff… and then dropped us off to the resort… yup she offer pick and drop from and to the airport or resort to! and she her rates are very economical!!!

it was Christmas eve when we landed… she had her family over… she had already asked us if we were gonna be ok with that… we had no issue… In fact… we even sang songs and enjoyed a beautiful firework session with her family. I would go back for many many reason! the house is in a safe gated neighbourhood… there is a gate keeper 24/7 and ask for Maru at the gate… its easier that way… the gate keeper will guide u through. small shops outside and one 24/7 store too. this was was 18 mins from the airport in the city and the city is safe and so so clean! impressive!!!

the host maru, was such a lovely and kind woman!

a bit difficult to find. also just for clarification, its a house where a woman called maru lives and she has a spare room where she offers accommodation for guests. for a short stay it’s absolutely fine

Comfortable and very enjoyable

Maru was execeptionally welcoming and helpful with my whole stay! Not only does she provide valuable advice but also she was a great person to have a conversation with (she also has a really good English so that helps a lot). The room was perfectly clean, the neighborhood was safe, the house is cute and charming and I love all the plants outside and in the little courtyard! If I was to visit Cancún again, I would definitely want to spend more time at her place and in her company!

Arriving to Cancún and looking for a cheap, flexible and simple sleepover? This is your solution. With the nicest host Maru you might want to spend a few more nights than expected!

Nothing to mention. One advice only - at the gate don't mention the name of the accomodation, just mention the name of the host Maru, everyone will know then.
