Dune path leading to Manzanita's famous seven-mile beach is only a half-block down the street. The Bungalow has a private courtyard with seating. It is a short half-mile walk into town by beach or walking path. Stroll down to amazing Nehalem Bay via the Nehalem State Park walking/bike path where eagles and a variety of shore birds are often seen. Hiking trails are as close as a mile or two from the Manzanita 101 entrance.

Bring your binoculars! There is so much to see on the North Oregon Coast: whale migration, shore birds, eagles, bats, hummingbirds and more. On clear nights the STARS are brilliant year round -- you can easily identify the constellations and take in the moonlight...

We were very comfortable and felt we had everything we could need. It was quiet, aesthetically beautiful and very well appointed. The kitchen had it all so were were able to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner. The bed and linens were high quality and the comforter was so light and cozy. The studio was artfully decorated and so unique that we were uplifted by every surface and place we happened to be looking at. I appreciated how clean, healthy and safe the studio was. Being so close to the ocean allowed us to hear the waves and breathe the ocean air while in the studio. It was a very short walk to the beach. Looking at the stars at night was spectacular. Nancy and Ron were very delightful caring hosts who respected our privacy yet were available and friendly. We were so grateful and quite inspired.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this wonderful studio, located steps from the Pacific Ocean. We appreciated the attention to detail that the owner took in equipping the place. Everything we needed was there and the amenities were all appreciated. We had a very relaxing and comfortable stay. Thank you!

I didnt realize from the listing that the owners lived above the unit. I was under the impression it was two separate rental units. I generally prefer rentals where I have the entire unit because I dont like the feeling that I'm being watched or monitored. However, this is the first time I've stayed in a unit connected to the owners where I didn't feel that way at all. I was so thankful they gave us our space, and even though we caught a glimps of them returning from a bike ride it wasnt intrusive. The location was great, just a short walk from the beach and really close to town. I really enjoyed chasing the waves under the moonlight when we had the beach entirely to ourselves. And stargazing and watching for meteors from the sand dunes was amazing. This is literally the very first rental that was connected to someone else's home or on their property while present that we would ever consider renting from again. Which for me is saying a lot because normally that makes me uncomfortable no matter what. So thank you.

Being a close walk to the beach makes going down early easy. Just a few miles from all there is to do on the Nehalem River, too. Well organized and very comfortable studio - having a laundry helps keep up with kids!

Seapeace is super clean, tasteful, and quiet. I came to work and got a ton accomplished during my short stay. The main drag in Manzanita is a half mile away--easily walkable. And the beach is right down the block from the apartment. Highly recommend.

This was our second visit to this place and we love it more than the first time. It is clean, has all that you need, almost on the beach, a few minutes to town walking or driving and the owners are friendly and helpful and are there if you need them. Will go back again for sure

I have already recommended Sea Peace to a couple of friends. Nancy is a gracious host and Sea Peace was very comfortable. It is less than half a block to the beach and we could hear the waves crashing again the shore at night. Lovely outdoor seating area. We enjoyed it immensely.

Ron and Nancy were great hosts who provided all of the comforts of home including washer/dryer, barbecue grill and a very nice audio/video setup. The rental was impeccably clean and convenient to the beach. We would gladly return to this rental to rest and relax in the quaint town of Manzanita.
